I have personally never had any issues here. Just communicate clearly and there's no issues. They always call me before they start work. They also tell me the amount upfront. They have never messed anything up.I'm sorry for those who have had bad experiences but I have not.I think it's smart to always communicate clearly with places and ask that they do that back. It sends out your expectations to them. If I was their only customer then I could be mad over small things but they do a lot of work. I feel like they work hard to do quality work for their customers. There's always 2 sides to understanding a situation.

I love M & M Tire. I have known them for years. They treat you like family. Always friendly and courteous no matter how busy they are at the time. If you want honest and quality auto or tire service give them a call.

This place is awesome! Before I moved here 8 months ago, I had an emergency repair 2.5 years ago. Transmission leaking profusely!! A friend recommended them to me them. I thought for sure being from out of town it was going to me through the nose. BOY! was I wrong!!This place treated me very well, considering what needed to be done, I was expecting in excess of $750. They fixed my transmission for just over $300.00. I have since been here for several vehicle (4) services. Every time, I have been treated with respect and timeliness repairs/services. I would recommend them any day of the year. Family owned and operated, small business and working class working for all. Treating everyone the same.I am sure I will be getting to know these mechanics and service technicians on a first name basis.Thanks again for your expertise, M&M tire and auto.

Love the guys here! They took care of my entire family for years. My Dad wouldn t take his cars anywhere else. My dad passed and we have all moved away but if you are in this area, you can t go wrong. They are fair, honest and won t try to rip you off here! Thanks for taking such good care of us over the years!

First visit and definitely won't be my last! Bought a car from Carvana and needed to make sure the car was reliable within the 7 day money back guarantee. Had a good friend recommend these guys and they were as reliable and efficient as I was told they would be. They were able to schedule my appointment quickly with a limited wait time. They were courteous and very reasonable! Definitely recommend these guys!

Exceptional Customer Service is an understatement! My wife had an event that was over an hour away and sent me a picture of her trailer tire at 1pm that had a hole in it and the rubber was cracking. I reached out to multiple tire shops and they all said they wouldn t drive it but couldn t do anything til the weekend. Well Not M & M Tire. I called at 1:10pm and the gentleman on the phone told me to just pull in and leave the trailer attached and they would knock it out to get her driving safe. She pulled in and my sons said they felt like they were in a NASCAR pit. Six people ran out, jacked up both sides of the trailer, removed the old tires and 10 secs later the new rubber was on! I can t thank them enough for the peace of mind they gave our little local business! We will be back Friday for the other two tires. 11/10 recommendation! You want to be treated like family then you should only go to family owned and operated!Mike Roberson

I traditionally do not post many reviews but this business should not be overlooked! Been taking multiple vehicles here for 10 plus years and the business, service, value, and workmanship just make me excited every time. Thank you M and M crew for the great American, say it before and then back it up, service that is obviously a mission statement to you all.

I went to M&M based off of some high praise I had heard. They fixed the problem, found another problem ($hocker) and broke my keyless remote system. The keyless worked when I took it in and didn't work when I picked up the car. They wouldn't take ownership of the issue. I haven't and won't be going back there.

This is a fine example of how a business should be operated. Honesty and integrity are paramount with these wonderful people. Me and my wife are fans for sure. They are a shining light in this dark world we live in these days.

Went to M&M to get a wheel replaced. I provided the wheel and had them change the tire from the old wheel to the new wheel.They were unable to complete the process, they had trouble removing the tire and suggested that due to the offset of the wheel they were unable to remove the tire. The wheel was a Camaro SS 1LE factory wheel. Took it to another tire shop and they had no problem removing the tire.Unfortunately, not only were they unable to remove the tire, they also scratched the wheel in two places (luckily this wheel was going back to the manufacturer due to a defect), and additionally they jacked the car up incorrectly which caused damage to the front passenger fender.They were gracious enough to pay for the damages after I pointed them out and got repair quotes, however they never apologized for the inconvenience and in fact they claimed over and over that it was not their fault and there is no way they could have caused the damage. Body shop confirmed that the damage was due to improper jacking of the vehicle.Truly unfortunate, as this shop is within walking distance of my house and I would have loved to be able to have a reputable shop so close, however after my experience I cannot recommend them to perform even the most basic of tasks.

Really great people, that just happen to be in the automotive business. They do great work, and always get it done quick. Several times they've pointed out things that may need attention in the future, but have never tried to force any work on me that isn't necessary. I moved to NC seven years ago, and tried other places before I discovered M&M. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have to make an appointment if you don't want to wait as they are extremely busy. Did a good job with a new suspension and brakes for my car. Labor rates are fair. If you can get your car here, you won't look back in the rear view mirror.

This family business has always been fair and honest with me the many years I've taken our vehicles to them. They explain everything, and have often checked a vehicle at no charge ! Courteous and professional, down-to-earth and friendly. Always busy, all customers LOVE their work ethic and honesty.

The guys here are amazing to work with! They seem to care they take the time to diagnose your issues They seem like they re there to make money but not make money . I ve always been fair and honest with me and my family members At this point I think everyone in my family has repairs done here

I've been trading with these people for many years now! They have always took good care of my car! They are very knowledgeable about their business & also very honest! I know they will always do right by anyone that goes to their business for their car maintenance! Love this place & highly recommend!

The place I'd trust with my grandmother's car-repair needs!It seems so difficult to find a place for auto repair that's trustworthy these days! And to find a service center that provides that, AND also offers friendly service and such surprisingly fair prices is almost too good to be true. But that is how I've come to feel about M&M Tire.I've been using them exclusively now for perhaps three years. And they continue to impress me. Sometimes even amazing me. They have more than once declined to perform (and charge me for) a job I bought my car believing I needed -- finding some smaller, less costly correction instead. When a business protects you even from your own mistaken assumptions -- when it would benefit them to just shut up and do what you've requested -- it feels reasonable to trust them not to take advantage of you in other areas...A sincere Thank You to Mark Middleton and his fine crew!!

I love these guys and I trust them. I feel like that is rare and valuable. My only complaint is that they have so many loyal customers, sometimes I have to wait a little. Considering the new highway 73 makes it so they can't be seen by passing cars, that is a pretty strong recommendation.

Exceptional, honest, fast, quality service at a fair price. They go out of their way to make vehicle maintenance and repairs easy. They treat you like family every time. We now get all 5 of our vehicles serviced and maintained here.

These guys are the best, honest, reasonable and go above and beyond to make sure the car is at 100% upon pick up.We have given them volvo challenges, and they do an outstanding job; and very patient trying to get in touch with us while having work done at their shop. Just wish they were closer to our home town.

The best auto mechanic experience I've had in years. A few years ago I took my car to the dealer to get some needed repairs done. After a $4K estimate, I went to M&M who completed the repairs for ~$500. We take all our family cars to M&M without hesitation and they always complete the job as expected and at a price we can always afford. Our cars are in great shape and with hundreds of thousands of miles on them. We wouldn't be there without the affordable and quality assistance of M&M Tire.
