Great people and trustworthy! They don't play the stealership games. They will tell you honestly what you need and repair it for a reasonable rate.They do what they say they are going to do.Easy to deal with.Glad they were recommended to me and happy to work with them for years to come!

We just relocated from out of state and were thrilled to drive by EURO HAUS ahead of our moving van. We were unsure if we would find something like we had previously. Once we settled in, I called and introduced myself and was thrilled to find an amazing repair shop and were thrilled to established a place we could depend on when needed. What a great experience! As fate would have it, my car battery died and they were spectacular fitting me in and also preforming an oil change which was due in a few months! Once the car was completed, they brought it to me. Great customer service, my husband and I are thrilled to have a dependable, friendly shop that we trust!! Thank you, Janet & Chris!

I had quite a bit of work done. Spark plugs, oil change, transmission flush and filter change. I had to go out of town, however they offer a drop off option. I dropped off on a Thursday and they delivered my vehicle on Monday, cleaned and completed. I have more confidence in EuroHaus than the local dealership.Customer service and professionalism still exists over at EuroHaus.

I had been traveling from Miami to Chicago to Greensboro and then got into my car (X5) at the airport at about 5pm. Then, started heading home, within 10 minutes, check engine light came on and reduced power message. I called EuroHaus (Preston). He was still at the shop and told me to bring it in. He diagnosed the issue and immediately went to work to fix it. By 6pm, I was back on the road and made it home with no problems. I highly recommend EuroHaus. Great work and great customer service!

Should have taken my car there first. My car was seen at the dealership and two other repair shops and still was not fixed EuroHaus got it right the first time and at a reasonable price.They even washed my vehicle before it was returned to me.

Great customer service! They picked up my car from my workplace serviced and returned it. I would highly recommend this company. They made recommendations for the next service that will prolong the life of my vehicle. They didn't try to over sell unnecessary service. I needed a couple relatively large jobs (let's call them preventative maintenance) for my 140k-mile Range Rover before a big road trip -- specifically moving to the West Coast -- and EuroHaus really came through, especially with our timeline in mind. Really honest people who know their stuff, and care about the people they work with. It's a shame I won't be able to go back to them now that I'm moving!

Let me just say what a great experience! Spoke to Chris Underwood about my check engine light coming on and off and a few other issues. He was super nice and listened to me then scheduled my appointment. Wish I found you all 4 years ago. My hats off to you!!!Will definitely be back.

Horrible customer service with ridiculously inflated prices. I thought this was a great place to bring my car until they wanted nearly $200 for a 5 minute oil filter change and $1,000 for a repair that only cost $250 at another shop. When I said I wanted to take the car to another place after the proposed price for repairs was so high, the owner got very confrontational and unprofessional. Don t bring your car here, and don t trust what they say to you. It s a rip-off!

Wonderful experience, from the beginning with Chris talking me off a roof to fixing my car in 2 days. Emil even picked me up at home when my car was finished!!Now that I've found them, I'm not afraid of owning a Volkswagen in Rockingham County anymore.

Repairs are always done promptly and correctly. Customer service is always great. The prices seem to have increased to the point this shop is no longer competitive compared to many shops in the surrounding area.

Eurohaus is amazing! I needed a part for my BMW and called Eurohaus right at closing time. Chris was so helpful, looking up the part and verifying he could have it the next day. I jokingly told him if he made that happen I would bring homemade chocolate chip cookies. Sure enough the part arrived the next morning and, good on my promise, I arrived with fresh from the oven cookies for the crew.I was so please at how friendly and accommodating everyone at Eurohaus was. They patiently listened to my questions about my new-to-me BMW and gave me recommendations on service schedules and care.Oh, I forgot to mention as I was chatting, I was surprised to learn the part I needed was being installed on my car!There is no doubt I will be a regular customer of Eurohaus!Sandie - the Cookie Lady

Very helpful with a stumped prognosis, not always the best news , but provided info that I could repair myself as repair cost exceeded by budget. Even helped reload car onto my trailer. Nice people to work with. Will be back. Experienced DIY with a fleet of European cars

They always do a good job. Overall I would not take my mercedes any where else because they always have discounts for their customers. That is 1 reason why their customers keep coming back but the main reason is excellent customer services. The mechanics really know what they are doing and they make you really feel at home. I m very satisfied with the services rendered. Thank yall soooo much

I was experiencing issues with my BMW and was referred to Eurohaus. Chris got me in the same day and Emil gave me a ride home. The next afternoon my car was ready and it's running better than ever. Thanks guys!

Had service done, less than 100 miles of driving check engine comes on...they wanted 159.00 to read the code, Advanced Auto did it for free. Advance Auto tech stated "Since its been really cold they might just need to clear the default. It was for engine thermostat reading engine temp is low...so no danger of overheating. I needed to drive to Raleigh do to the unexpected death of my brother and asked EuroHaus if they could clear the code to see if infact it was needing to be replaced so I could drive to Raleigh. Doesn't cost them anything other than maybe 90 seconds to clear code Chris stated it would still be 159.00. So now I know they are not really there for the customer as much as trying to squeeze every ounce of profit out of the customer regardless of the situation that are affecting the customer on a personal level. I stop going to the dealership because of this type of treatment. So now I know I'll never take my cars back to them again. Time to find a shop to work on my vehicles.

I ve been using these guys from the day they opened! Now here s the kicker! I live in Southport, NC and still drive 3.5 hours each way to arrange a service for my 2015 Range Rover with the team at Euro Haus. They are the best!

The local BMW dealership charged for an inspection and quoted me over $1000 for a wheel bearing service. Luckily I took my vehicle to EuroHaus who inspected my car for free, identified a couple of bulletins from BMW that describe the issue and state that it's just a sound, nothing to worry about. Walked away spending $0 and feeling confident my vehicle is working properly. And now I will be taking my car to EuroHaus for any future problems.

EuroHaus is an excellent repair facility! The service is excellent, they were very quick to get my car in for brakes. They were also very quick to get the repairs completed and even did a great job cleaning my car which was an unexpected surprise!
