Had a transmission issue while traveling over Thanksgiving with a camper. They got the truck in quickly and got us back on the road with a new conductor plate in one day! Super thorough explanation of the issue and process. I would absolutely recommend these guys!

Customer beware of this transmission repair shop. This transmission shop has integrity problems and wants to just screw over the customer. I took my tremic 3650 out of the Ford mustang for rebuild due to grinding shifting up and shifting down. They said no problem we can rebuild it. I asked if they had any problems getting parts they said no problem. Then they had the transmission for two months and informed me they couldn t get the parts that were needed to repair the transmission and charged me $100 to reassemble my transmission or I could take it disassembled.

I was looking for a transmission shop and I found this place. The owner was great and honest. My trans/overdrive light was flashing. After troubleshooting the codes he found small pieces of metal in the oil pan. Of course, I needed my trans rebuild. The shop did a great and very reasonable price. Much better than other places around the area.

Top notch service, honesty, & fair prices are usually not in the same sentence with transmission shops, but there are rare exceptions! Hi Tech is the only place where you can get all the above, and not to mention that it didn't take 6 months to get the vehicle back!

On my home from Florida this week the transmission on my Chevy Tahoe failed after 240K miles. Didn't know where to turn to since I was 600 miles from home. A local truck stop recommended High Tech. Had the truck towed over to High Tech not knowing what to expect. To say that Ricky & his team exceeded my expectations is an understatement. There work was performed well & within 24 hours I was back on the way home with a rebuilt tranny at a very fair price plus true southern hospitality. I am very grateful for them & would recommend them anytime! THANK YOU!

I have not had a pleasurable experience being recommended to this team. I had asked questions in reference to a vehicle problem due to information from a mechanic that had recommended this place. First thing as I walked in none of the staff even budged while I was asking questions and they were to focused on the TV and one of them seemed more interested in my friends arm wear rather then answering questions. The shop looks well taken care of. The series of questions I asked the answer was something that only left me returning my vehicle back to the previous mechanic. You don't make a diagnostic not looking at the problem gentlemen rather than assuming. I had the problem relooked and it did have to do with my transmission not shifting from 1to 2nd gear. Arrogant and disrespect make potential future customers get away. Hope this serves well and may prevent some others waste of time in driving the distance to this building.Appeareance isn't everything gentlemen. I

RICK IS A SUPPER NICE MAN!! HONEST!! TELLS U EVERYTHING UP FRONT!! QUICK SERVICE! HAD COMPLETE OVER HAUL OF TRANSMISSION. DROPPED OFF ON A MONDAY, HAD CAR BACK BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON! MY 2 BALL JOINTS WERE IN BAD SHAPE & THEY NEEDED REPLACEMENT. RICK GOT THE PARTS & THEY REPLACED THEM FOR ME, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, ON THE LABOR!! WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN $2OO.OO OR MORE.
