I use Crumplers all the time. Very good at what they do and fast. They have also fixed difficult issues that other places could not. I send them all of my vehicle repair business. Cars, pick ups, and diesel dually trucks. Good folks and I highly recommend them.

Took my truck to another place first. They had it for 3 weeks couldn't find anything wrong. Took it to Crumplers they found the problem and had it fixed within 2 days. At a reasonable price.

I popped a tire after 5:00 and they came to me to help and then fixed and changed my tire that day! Lifesavers!! I couldn t be more thankful for their selfless service!

If you need basic stuff done, like brake changes or oil this is your place. They are cheap and the mechanics are rookies. It's not a place to get serious mechanical work done. Incredibly rude staff and the owner is old now and lets his son run the place. Ole Leslie up front is rough as can be and is about as rude as they come. Small town, smaller minds. Outside of that, I've been left on the side of the road and given the run around twice by em'. Just don't take your vehicle there unless it's something super simple. They aren't professionals

Quick and professional. I purchased new rims and tires for my old Gravely walk-behind mower and took it all to Crumplers for mounting (trust me, this was a real odd job). They did a great job and even modified the set up of my mower for easy changeability between my new turf tires and the old, aggressive tires. If you need something done well, even if it is out of left field, I recommend Crumplers.

This business is untrustworthy, unreliable, unprofessional. Recommend anyone that needs to spend over 1K to just go to the dealer. Either the guys that work for the owner down right don t care or incompetent.I needed a new engine for my truck, my in law told me about this business since I had just PCS d back to Bragg/Liberty. I thought the owner was decent and either he doesn t know what his employees are doing, specifically his daughter that works at the cash register or his son that supervises the projects upon completion.After my truck had been worked on, the truck never drove the same. Always stalled with many more issues. During time of warranty, I took the truck back and let them know what issues I had. I was told they fixed the issues but really saw no difference upon return of the vehicle. Since I knew I had just received a new engine, I took the truck to the dealership for a completely different issues thinking that would solve all the issues I was having. After a couple days and different diagnostics, I was told I needed a new engine. I told them that couldn t be when I in fact just had engine work completed. The difference this time was these guys showed me exactly where the issue was and recommended that I didn t get the job complete with them to save money.Upon return to Crumplers, the daughter who I didn t want to deal with due to previous encounter guess my issues wasn t important. Never seen someone eat a meal in your face when trying to resolve an issue. Not only did this lady have a nasty attitude from before now we got rude and customer issue isn t important.The son, called me to tell me after already spending over 8K with them I needed to spend another 700 and that would solve all my issues. I of course stated that he made no sense and what remaining issue he was referring to was connected to the engine. He of course back pedaled and then said well he wasn t there when the engine was out in he came to the project afterwards.Make a long story short these guys are clowns. Wouldn t recommend you get an oil change here. More than likely the oil wouldn t be replaced, hence untrustworthy and unreliable. Already working to ensure they are black listed from service members but I m sure their local population will support due to convenience of location. Again, if you can, go somewhere else!Service: Engine repair

Richie and the team have always been trustworthy with my vehicles. My SUV was previously taken to a specialized brake place and the wrong size brake pads were placed on. Richie worked on it all day fixing the problem the last place did 18 months ago. He only charged a fraction of what labor hours he put into it. Really scary to think about what could have happened with the bad brake pads.Thank you for everything and we will always take our vehicles to you!

I've always trusted Crumpler's Auto Repair Shop ever since 2014. plus I would recommend them to anyone who has work to be done on they're automobile. The shop is very reliable in taking good care of the customers who walk through their doors. Thank you for all that you stand for in the community.

Used to be great family owned business now just the talk of the stedman on how rude the son and daughter are now lease go somewhere else if you wanted to be treated with minded or even respect won t be around to much longer there tuning it with there personalities

Richie and his crew are always courteous, responsive to your needs and get your in and out as quickly as possible. A great place to take your automobile for whatever you need with that great small, hometown service that is poorly lacking in so many places.

Good morning, should you find it to be morning wherever you are. I woke up to a disaster with what looked like oil in a line from my passenger side to my rear back tire.I've just moved to this area, I only knew the lawn guy, so I reached out to him. He gave me the name of this auto shop that could possibly do my repairs.Long story short, if you're looking for a honest, sincere, family oriented place to take of your auto needs.I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Crumpler auto shop. Later I found myself in another dilemma.. My car after getting to work would only go 25 mph. I took it to this shop in Raleigh and before the looked at it. I was told it'll me 4K, to have my transmission fixed.I called Mr. Crumpler to have him tow it back to his place, if I was going to pay 4K, it was going to be with someone I trusted and who'd previously fixed my car.I know there are many auto shops and I thank God for them, yet the ONLY one for me is CRUMPLERS AUTO SHOP.They're family oriented and I love it.

I stopped in to get my manual transmission fluid checked. A young employee accidentaly pulled the wrong bolt on it. They quickly notified me of the problem. Since the trans had to come out to fix it they gave me a ride home and brought my truck back the same day. No charge. I had to go back and argue with them to accept twenty dollars for the service I asked for. Their work was excellent. The service great. Their honesty about the problem greatly appreciated.

The young man at the front desk is super rude and the young lady isn t much better I can take my business elsewhere maybe somewhere they actually have respect for people

Had the pleasure of doing business with Crumpler's Auto yesterday and i must say it was a great experience to deal with Richie, Leslie and staff. It's nice to see there is still a place where someones word is worth its weight in gold. The staff was very helpful and took care of my needs with a smile. I would recommend the place to anyone who has car needs of any type. Great customer service, honest, trustworthy and yes he ends your visit with a handshake which in today's world still means something to a customer!!!

I have been taking my vehicles to Crumplers for years. It is extremely comforting to know that my vehicles are being taken care of and that I am not being "sold" on unnecessary items or work. I have come to trust the crew at Crumplers and will not take my vehicles anywhere else. They treat every customer with respect and total care for their vehicle. They are an awesome team!

Walked in there without a clue on what to do how to do it or where to go. The employees were very friendly and helpful. And I thank them both for their help! I wish I had asked for their names but was in a hurry and forgot. The key works perfectly that you fixed thank you again for the help and will be coming here for future help!

Moved a shed for us and they were great!!! The shed was a bit of an issue to move and our gravel pad was not optimal, but they couldn t have been nicer or more patient to get it done right. We couldn t be happier. Thank you!!!
