I paid for the front brakes on my boyfriend s truck the guy gave me the wrong front brakes. He didn t know what he was doing. Unprofessional!!! Anyways, my boyfriend got his straightened out.

The people are great..My husband is a mechanic and I am always calling and asking for the wrong part and then I have to call back lol I talked to a woman named Debra today 7/12 and she was very nice and curtious and she helped me very quickly! Most of the men I talk to at other parts stores treat me like im dumb but no one here ever does .Thank you Debra and all ofthe staff

This is a great AutoZone. Most have very friendly staffs that are super helpful. I had to get a new battery in my 2017 Transit 250. Their manager had never changed one (it's under the driver seat). He watched a YouTube video in about a minute, said it should take 60 minutes, and his system apparently said they were not supposed to, but he wanted to know how to do it. We had the old one out and the new one in, in about 15 minutes. Just above and beyond!

**Editing my review after my last visit to this location**Kudos to AutoZone for employing such a great group of individuals at this location. Their customer service never ceases to amaze me. Ryan J. thanks for everything you helped with in getting us the battery we needed tonight! Thumbs way up to you guys!!I had a small problem with the oil in my car on the way home from work. It was completely out of it!!! So I stopped at AutoZone to purchase some and an older gentleman and a young man both came out checked the oil. Checked for, visible leaks, topped her up, and gave me some very valuable tips for my car and I didn't even have to ask. I don't think the older gentleman was an employee because he said he was a mechanic but he and the young man who does work there deserve employee of the month!

I have a 94 Ford Bronco, and I had to order a new ECM/PCM for it. Ms Natasha and Mr Chris were GREAT, they went above and beyond to help me get the correct one. Their computers were acting up and it took us awhile to get it ordered and then when we finally got it ordered it got lost in shipping. Both of them worked very hard and communicated with me every step of the way. They were on point and very professional and relatable, thank you for everything y'all

Our family was traveling up from Florida back to Massachusetts and we ran into a big truck problem. One of the workers Chris helped us out by driving us to and from a hotel and allowed my husband to fix the truck problem right in the parking lot! Such a blessing and great people!!

Ordered a part on Thursday told by the staff it would be there Friday Friday comes and goes and I finally call Friday evening and say where's my part and they say oh it'll be there tomorrow which is Saturday October 16th. Today October 16th no one's called me no one said anything I called them to ask where my part is I'm now told it will not be there till Monday. So obviously I'm irritated. Then I request a refund and I'm hung up on by Travis. Then I call back directly and speak to Robert he then tells me that I have to come all the way back to the store to get my refund because they didn't get my part here when they said they were going to get my part here. So now I have to be inconvenienced because of the lack of knowledge and leadership in that store. I'll shop elsewhere from now on I'll never come back to an AutoZone

The staff at this location honestly are very kind and try their hardest to help the customer, even if it means losing a sale due to them not having exactly what you need. The kindness they showed along side their knowledge helped me greatly with repairs to my own vehicle.

I bought 2 degreaser one a can type and one a plastic bottle type. I used the can type and didn't need the bottle type. I went to return the one I didn't use and the bottle had a leaking top. So Michael J didn't want to accept it which I had just brought it 7 mins ago from him.He wanting to say it's used I told him I didn't use it ,must have a defective bottle top. But final be gave my refund back. I wasn't going bro argue over $3 ....smh

The employees that work here are OUTSTANDING!!!! Very helpful, polite, respectful, even entertain my kids while I was getting stuff for my car. I would give these guys more than 5 stars if I could.

I won't be going to this location anymore. Once when I was there I could not seem to get anyone to help me. I ended up leaving without what I needed. Then today, I go in there to get a battery tested just to be told that their tester is broken. They only have one? This is a remote location and usually if someone is going here they had to drive a ways. I know to call or check online before hand if I need a part but to check for a battery? So that makes twice that I wasted my time going here just to leave empty handed. It won't happen to me again.

Great place, convenient location, service good, visited multiple times. But, at times i'm shopping online cause the prices are high on some items. The Rewards programs helps but i don't spend $20 every single time I visit and it doesn't compound if i spend over $40, the head company really needs to re-evaluate their program and maybe add Ford Racing to their list of manufacturer products they sell? Needed a new intake and i'm not buying a Dorman.

I'm so delighted to have AutoZone so close to home now. The service is wonderful. Occasionally they don't have what I need in stock but they offer to order it and it'll be here in a couple of days. I really don't have anything at all negative to say about this place just happy to have them in my community. Thank you AutoZone

Always has what you need. Friendly staff. A good addition to a small town. It save us from driving to Fayetteville to get parts. They install batteries and windshield wipers. The latter is usually done in the rain!

Needed a part for my C3 that noone else could seem to get in a reasonable amount of time. Autozone got it for me overnight. Now I don't know how long it will last, lol but at least they got me rolling.

Prices went up, never had what I need, they can t even empty their oil recycling bin. Why out a store out here in Stedman if we have to drive 30 miles to another store anyway. Half the time the staff is rude too.
