Stopped in this morning after the shop I normally go to told me they didn't have an inspector today. I was praying they could get me in and out in under 2 hours. My jaw dropped when the very kind gentleman told me it would be done in 30 minutes. 26 minutes and I was done with oil change and inspection. I will 100% be back! Very polite and kind employees, clean waiting room, epically fast service!!

Got there at 8am and out by 830am. That's with 2 cars ahead of me, so they're cranking out cars every 10mins. Overall good experience and I'll use them again.

Six people are working, but 5 sitting down and nothing has been done. It's crazy here. How long does it take to do an oil change or inspection? I mean, the employees are literally sitting down and doing nothing every time you come here.

Michael is so nice! He not only remembered me but my check engine light was on and told me it wouldn't pass inspection so he did a free scan for me to help me out!

Valvoline is the worst. I already did not like going there. I only went this time because I was in a hurry.But i guess being fast cost my car. They didn't do a good job on my oil change. My car was left a mess with oil spilled all around the engine and it's a mess. As soon as I get home all the oil ($96) spills down on my driveway.... I had to go to work so i had a family member take it back. Never againService: Oil change

They are always attentive and professional. From inspections to minor filter and brake light replacement. This place fulfills a need with top customer service fast!UPDATE: On 9/21/23 My car malfunctioned. Mike was kind enough to come to meet me nearby and take a look at it. Had oil changed; awesome. The mechanic brought my cabin filters to let me know they were dirty. Normally I remember to tell them not to mess with them because I prefer to change them myself; however I forgot this time. When he showed me, I thanked him and let him know I would take care of them. Because there was a lot of loose leaves on them, I asked if he would just tap them off. I had a sense that the question annoyed him. I watched him and felt he blew me off. I get it. I really do . But a little tap is all it took. I know because once I left I could hear the trash rattling around against the fan. I pulled the filters out, turned them over and the stuff just fell out. On the floor . I was just plain irritated. This is my first negative review... ever... And I'm fairly old. To say the least, I was very disappointed. Not with Valvoline, with the mechanic. Throws up a red flag for trust issues for me. Would have been 5 stars but a week later it's still bugging me.

Came in to get an inspection and all of a sudden i need two new light bulbs when they were just working a day ago. Not to mention the same thing happened two yrs ago! How is it they don't work all of a sudden but if they didn't work i would have got pulled over by the police the other night? Seems shady as if they manipulated the bulbs to not work! Last time ever coming here! This is your warning people not to come here!

First one in line in the morning and it took 15 minutes from start to finish for a basic oil change. Can t get it done correctly much quicker than that. Nice people, fast service. Will definitely be back when the lines not out on the road.

Quick in and out, a little pricey though but worth it if you don't want to sit hrs like you have to do at Walmart. People are friendly.

As always great group of people working at this location. Always get me in and out fast, and somehow manage to have a fantastic attitude. Even if they are busy, slow, hot, or cold. If you need an oil change or another one of their options, I would never hesitate sending anyone to them.

On Dec.13th, I brought my car to have an oil change with my son in the car, this is not our normal location for an oil change but was on our way out of town. As I was being instructed to pull in the mechanic starts yelling at me and tells me to get out because I was pulling into the bay incorrectly so he claimed. He was so rude my son asked me if everything was ok and if he should call my husband. The entire shop seemed to be on edge because of what appeared to be upper management being on the shop floor. Now fast forward my car has started running funny and smoking we take it to our normal Valvoline shop in Denver and they inform us that the valve gasket is leaking, as he checks the dipstick he states that it is still full of oil despite it pouring out from the valve cover. He states, its clear to me this was overfilled and ask if we had added oil? NO, we have not. The oil change was less than 2 weeks ago. The car has never had any leaks or issues so there wasn't a need to our knowledge to add oil as again there were no prior leaks. He then states well if you took it to the Statesville location I would say they overfilled it and are responsible for the damages created. My husband reached out to the Statesville location and was told to hire a lawyer that they did everything correctly and he must have been the one to overfill the oil. So I spent $130 on an oil change originally, another $600 now to a mechanic to replace the valve gaskets in total $720 to learn that this shop is considered by me and many others including mechanics from other Valvoline shops that this location is one to absolutely avoid at all cost unless you are ready for a ton of extra cost.Service: Oil change

Staff was very courteous and friendly, and they don't try to upsell. Worst part was the wait - the service must be good, both bays were full with vehicles waiting 3-deep and with hardly enough room to get off of the main road

Stopped by for a quick state inspection. Very fast, but cost $10 more than the standard $30 NC state inspection. When I asked why, I got no response. The receipt shows a $10 tint inspection, which I ve never had before. Windows are just as they came from the factory. Oil changes are also pricey (used them once in the past). If you need fast, the prices may be worth it, but I d advise to plan well and pay less somewhere else.Service: Oil change

I've used these folks before, but have to brag on them for their very customer-oriented handling of a recent problem. After an oil change, there was some slight damage to my car. We're all human and things happen. No big deal! When I brought it to their attention, John (manager) went above and beyond to fix it and make sure I was satisfied. Now THAT'S professional service. I've only ever used them for inspections but customers in the waiting area were discussing that this is the most convenient place in town for inspections. Fast and professional. When I got in my car afterward, they had even left the lights on since it had started sprinkling rain. These people don't miss a thing.

Great staff. Great prices. Respectable professionalism. Technicians are honest, you can feel comfortable sending your wife for a diagnostic, they wont take advantage of her. All together a great place

QuickPrice not bad/ fair.Had tires rotated and oil change and was done in about 10 minutes.Trust worthy !!
