Liz is awesome!! I was in contact with her through text message for about a week sharing details about the car I wanted. When I got there it was the quickest car buying experience I ve ever had. The finance department was great as well. Deric wasn t pushy about the extra options/coverage and very approachable. I d recommend this dealership to anyone!!

I want to thank Liz and Hunter for getting me into the truck that I wanted. I knew I had less than perfect credit, and I knew it was going to be a challenge, especially when I said I don t want to put any money down. Liz and Hunter stayed with me every step of they way and never gave up to getting me into this 2017 ram with no money down! I was super excited when she called me and told me I was approved with no money and that she had put the keys up so no one could come buy that truck , cause it was mine. They really made the transaction very smooth and I want to thank them both for going over and beyond for me to get into the truck I loved and wanted. I needed a vehicle due to needing to transport my 2 kids on days my wife worked. I showed up, James McElroy greeted me on the lot, and immediately started asking questions about what I was looking for in a vehicle. I was very specific with what I needed, he led me inside and we checked his computer for a vehicle that would meet my needs. He landed me first try on a 2022 Trailblazer RS. I loved the car. He showed the vehicle to my wife when I brought her back later, and she approved as well.I appreciate how professional and personable James was during the entire process of the purchase. When it is time for my wife to upgrade, we will certainly be returning to do business with him.

This was my first time at a Cheverolet dealership, and my first time visiting this particular dealership. I'm a Dodge guy through and through but had recently purchased a Corvette for my wife and it required some maintenance. I cannot say enough GREAT things about my experience here on 4.1.24. Mike Nishimoto was my service provider and IMO went above and beyond to make this service as close to perfect as possible. Super helpful when we spoke on the phone to set the appointment and made sure all my questions were answered and I fully understood expectations. He was able to get the car fixed and back in my hands in just a few hours and at the price quoted before they touched the car. I was given a nice loaner truck for a few hours and was able to knock out a conference call and a few emails in the user-friendly customer lounge. Great experience and Thank you!!!

I just wanted to share my experience with a particular salesman who really went above and beyond to help me. His name is Brad Mendoza-Picazo. I went to Brad a few months ago and to make a long story short, I needed a vehicle to match what I wanted - and under the circumstances , payment wise as well. He went out of his way to search not only at his dealership but others as well. When the time was right, He presented to me a truck at another dealership, called management, discussed what I was looking for - everything just fell right into place. Brad was VERY helpful, he spent a lot of time helping me and also the folks at the ram dealership in Salisbury were very good, too. Brad is a A+ guy. Go see Brad. He will do EVERYTHING he can to help you.

I had made an appointment to look at a Jeep in Statesville. The vehicle was out being used as a loaner, but was scheduled to be back on site that evening. On our way to our appointment (which is 40 minutes from my house), we get a text from the salesperson we were in contact with. He tells us that another salesperson has someone looking at the Jeep (the same person who was driving the jeep as a loaner). The customer was originally interested in a truck, but after driving the loaner jeep, they wanted to buy the jeep. The dealership was informed of this after I had made an appointment to look at the Jeep. Apparently, my salesperson and the other salesperson had failed to communicate about my intentions to view the vehicle. My salesman talked to his manager, and the manager said that they would take "the best offer". I did not want to bid on a Jeep and give the dealership more money than was on the price tag. In addition, by the time we got to the dealership, our salesman approached us and let us know that it was pretty much a done deal with the other customer.

After my car was totaled in a hit and run accident, I knew I would have negative equity. Scott and Allison did everything they could to get me close to the type vehicle I had before. I think they accomplished that by finding the right fit for my needs in a car. They worked tirelessly even before I set foot at Randy Marion, the car was waiting on me when I pulled up. Scott kept his word and I am grateful for that. Allison tried all avenues to keep my car payment close to what it was. She is awesome.

Can't say how annoyed I am with this dealership. Spent 2.5 weeks communicating with two different sales reps over a used car that was in for repairs, I couldn't get either to respond to me consistently and one ended up telling me to call the repair shop myself. I can only conclude they really really didn't want to sell that car

I definitely would not return here and only gave two stars since the salesperson was helpful and tried to find a solution to the issues we were having. We purchased a used vehicle from this location and within two weeks the car began to overheat. We took it to a mechanic to learn that we have almost 6k worth of repairs that need done to this car that is only worth around 9k. Yes, the car is older and has a good bit of miles on it and I expected some minor issues, maybe tires, brakes, or something like that, but you don't expect to get a car that needs so many repairs it would be considered totaled by your insurance company. We were told "Well, you bought a used car you should expect this." No, I don't expect to get a car that you state was inspected and in good condition to have a hole in the transmission pan and also need the head gaskets replaced. Unless you're going to take a mechanic with you to look at each individual thing on the car don't buy a used car here or you'll end up like me with a car that has more repairs than the car is worth, so now I'll only drive it around town briefly and otherwise it will be sitting in my driveway until I can pay it off.

I worked with Liz primarily, but also had brief contact with Paul and Allison. Overall, I'm extremely pleased by both the service I received and the deal that was agreed on. Took my Chevy Cruz here back in May 23 because my usual mechanic informed me that my turbo was leaking coolant and they couldn't fix. Randy Marion inspected the car fixed everything but the turbo. Told me it was something else. Charged me $1500. A few months later the car was leaking coolant again. I took it back. They told me this time it was the turbo leaking and wanted to charge me another $1,000. That was messed up. I told them it was the turbo leaking the first time. I don't trust them any more. I'll go elsewhere next time I need a repair.

As always Randy Marion Ford lets me down. I get a recall letter from ford, call Randy Marion service department to schedule an appointment. Asked me if I had the right codes showing. How do I know? Says to bring it in they ll check codes. If I have them they ll replace I guess, but if not they ll charge me $189 to check it. That s just plug in a scanner and read a number so I ask how I m supposed too know what the codes are he s like buy a scanner and check it. So why does Ford send out these letters if they won t check it to see without charging? I have a scanner, but how do I know if this $30 POS is correct?

Purchased a truck less than 3 years ago with 15,000 miles with the understanding that the truck had a 5 year/60,000 mile power train warranty when it was sold to me. The transmission went out in less than 3 year will less than 50,000 miles and Randy Marion of Statesville refuse to help get it repaired. Now I am being told that the 5 year is when the truck is transferred from the GM factory to the lot. I have purchased several vehicles from your other locations and referred several friends to your locations but this will no longer be the case. This location has provided the worst customer service.

Did not get the usual service I receive my service rep was not knowledgeable about my work. I talked to him twice about the work and he left things off I didn t get my car on time nor was the price quoted out the same it was 130.00 over. I received a text it was ready 3 hrs after the time. And I had to call and check to see it was ready. Was told he would call and he never did nor was he there to explain the rate increases.

Manager was too busy searching for a house online to help his salesman. Salesman was pissed and should be, it cost him a deal. We left and never returned. Had an appointment to buy the truck, wasted 4 hours of my day.

Great experience, I have gone to Mooresville Randy Marion for service for 2.5 years now. Over a year ago and they allegedly ordered recall/retrofitted parts for my truck because the lack of the parts during covid. Well I called to check on it after the year mark nothing. I go to Statesville for service a week or two ago. They order the parts and have them delivered and installed 3 days prior to they originally thought they would be delivered. Literally ordered on a thursday, parts delivered on Saturday. Installed on monday.

Absolutely love the service I get here, a year ago it would have been a different story, but I'm not sure if they're Under New Management or if they have just up their game but they are definitely the best place to take any Chevy that you have, whether you bought it there or not. Gunner and Allison are AMAZEBALLS!! I've been using the same dealership for a few years and the quality and service went in the shi**er, so I needed a new dealer (for cars of course ). I reached out and told Gunner exactly what I wanted (I'm more picky than a bad wedgie). They got me exactly what I wanted, they were communicative, friendly, and produced results! I will be letting everyone know about yall!Randy, give those two a raise and a new car on the house, employees of the year right there!I'm very happy with my purchase, service, and the value, it was a great competitive and reasonable price. The process was seamless since I live 2 hours away, Gunner even offered to deliver the truck and have the paperwork done at our house.The bad: someone could have warned me this monster truck I bought drives smoother than butter on a price of toast. I caught myself driving almost 100 on the highway back home. Although I felt like a complete bada** driving this 2500 home for 2 hours, I was contemplating my life's decisions for career choices. You may see me featured in Nascar, your local monster truck rally soon. I got this truck for my husband, but he may never get to drive it bc I love it too much.So long story short, if you're comfortable with a career change, enjoy friendly people, and new cars, Randy Marion is where it's at.
