I had a great experience with M&A Automotive. They are good people who do quality work at reasonable prices. They fixed my car s brakes and oil change in no time and gave me honest advice on what else I needed to do. I appreciate their professionalism and customer service. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable mechanic. Thank you, M&A Automotive!

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this auto mechanic shop. The customer service was abysmal and the staff lied to me about their accepted forms of payment. I own my own business and was trying to pay with a debit card over the phone, which they had falsely approved, but after the service was completed, they insisted on payment through Zelle or cash. They claimed they had been scammed before and did not want to take the risk of using a debit or credit card. When I expressed my disgust with the last-minute switch, the representative argued and dismissed my complaints, refusing to take responsibility for their unprofessionalism. I asked to speak with the owner and when I told them I would be leaving a negative review, they went to my vehicle and tried to remove the part that had been used to repair it. They acted with malice and I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this terrible shop. They are not professional and can become reckless and spiteful.

Dropped my car off to get my check engine light looked at they told me I needed a throttle sensor and a o2 sensor paid to get that done then told me I had an exhaust leak had them toe the car to the exhaust shop they fixed the exhaust and I go to pick up my car and its ticking the check engine light is still on and treading the same code I paid this shop to fix I dont recommend anyone to take their car here I had to give 1 star just to post my reviewServices: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic
