Shower was clean and had an extra towel. The shower attendant was very nice and does a great job at getting showers cleaned and ready rather quickly. My shower #4 has a leak in the metal housing and reduces some of the water pressure.

They are awesome... They helped me with a dead battery when I had left my key on and were so nice and polite! Thx guys!

I stop here from time to time. The shop guys are super nice and helpful. They do welding here. (That was years ago though don t know if they still do)Stopped just today though. They gave me ballpark idea of what it would cost to do wheel seal. However, they didn t have a mechanic to do it for 3 days.No big deal just sign of the times. Unfortunate but what can you do, many many places are having issues with hiring employees.Air works well.This is one where you are likely to experience drivers parked at the fuel isle for extended periods of time though.So if you re in a hurry and you have other options might want to skip this one.Has laundry and showers.

The guy working the service desk didn't know his head from his tail. Charged me 200.00 more for the tire I was having replaced. The guy messed up several accounts while I was there waiting. You charge us a lot of money to deal with this level of inexperience.

3 HOURS FOR A TIRE PASS. And they refused to put in a tire because it was under 80psi. Waist of time then when they are done they all take up the one computer to charge you to note what they did. RIDICULOUS. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else.

I had a load to deliver here. The GPS tried to take me next door, but the address was clear on this facility.They promptly checked me in and unloaded me.

Loves gas stations pretty much got my family safely across the country to our new home, and this station doesn't let down. They are safe all hours of the day and night, they have great food options, and don't forget the safe dog walk! This is our home gas station!

I didn't go inside but the dog park is one of the biggest and cleanest I've seen at a Love's.

The shop was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday for a front wheel seal since I already grab my part from the dealer. 2hrs and I was back parked for my 34 reset.

Easy access access for travelers needing restrooms and fuel. There are two restaurants:McDonald's with a drive- thru and a chicken place. Cars and tractor trailers have separate entrances. Plenty of parking and fuel pumps.The ladies room is clean and well stocked. There are 3 buttons on the wall patrons are encouraged to use to indicate the acceptability of the restroom.I saw clerks restocking and tending hot snacks area, but I didn't interact with any of them.This particular travel center had a great feature for people traveling with their pets. Across from the gas pumps is a spacious fenced in area with double gates and a few tables and benches. On the outside is a sign welcoming people to the Luv's dog park and welcoming photos. You can keep your dog on leash, or if you trust its recall, take it off leash. The space is large enough to accommodate multiple dogs.Unfortunately, it's a stinking mess where you have to keep a strict eye on where you place your feet. This is NOT the fault of employees or Luv's management team. I think people fail to appreciate the generous gesture by this company. I frequently travel through Georgia and Tennessee and this travel center dog park is rare.

Shop is not 24 hours, and they open at 8 am, not 7 am like it says on the Loves app. Guys in the shop seem to be pretty good. Little slow but they are short-handed today.

My driver arrived at the tire shop at 4:45pm, with one truck in front of him. Needless to say he's still waiting to get into the bay. This is ridiculous, it's been over 3 hrs. Now he may miss picking up his load.

Been waiting for roadside service for over an hour. The service sucks and not professional with customers. The service truck went 10 miles out the way and we were sitting on I40 W on ramp, next to the store.
