So difficult to know who to trust these days when it comes to service. Am I being mislead, or told something just so someone can make a sale. I have never felt this way when dealing with Flow Hyundai of Statesville. Matt Anderson is the service manager there and has never been anything but up front, reliable, and trustworthy. He always looks out for me and my families best interests at heart. Loyal customers for life!

Very aggravated!!! I just scheduled oil change & tire rotation (drop off) online and there were multiple appointments available for the day I needed. I now have rec'd call back from service saying they have nothing available for express lane (whatever that means) and so now I can't have services done until the week after. What's the point of scheduling appointments online if supposedly your not able to select correct "express lane"Service: General repairs & maintenance

We had our car towed to this location after a bad experience elsewhere. Matt and Ryan were very efficient on getting the car diagnosed and repaired. We appreciated the timely communication as well as pictures and videos to show exactly what they were doing. We live about 40 miles away, but would definitely say the travel time was worth it.

Super polite and gave me tire rotation and car wash along with my oil change...and did it all in a speedy manner..great dealership/service department!!
