i have been going here for my batteries for about 20 years. For most of that time I've had 3 vehicles, 2 riding movers and a tractor. They know what they are doing and are trustworthy. I was just there with dead battery from a vehicle. They charged and tested the battery and confirmed the battery was in good condition, with no need for replacement at this time. I was not needlessly pressed into a new battery and now know to look for other factors in that vehicle. Similar service over the years has made me their customer for life. At times when I have priced shopped their prices have been at least in line or better and their great service makes for great value in my books.

I would recommend this company for all your auto repair jobs. They repaired my alternator for my Toyota 4-runner and it is running great And everyone there greeted me with great service They deserve a 5 star rating Thank you for everything you did for me

Great place, great help. 10/10. Got me a battery to replace one that's hard to find. For about a of what others were asking. I'll never buy a battery anywhere else as long as they're there. Be going back for electrical work on my car as well

We have had so much trouble with my husband's Dodge Durango over the last several months and pretty much have replaced the entire car...well we needed to put a starter in it this week and my mechanic sent me to Piedmont Auto Electric to purchase the part. The nice gentleman that answered the phone had to put me on hold due to how busy it was, other phones were ringing and voices everywhere. Once he got back on the line, he was so nice and friendly. He answered all of my (1,000) questions and did not rush me at all. He took the time to ensure that this part would fit our car. He put it on the side for me so I could pay for it that next morning. They are 100% about their customers. I will never go anywhere else to get car parts. Shop Local!!! I have dealt with Thomas and his staff for several years and I will have to say if you need a battery, starter , alternator or anything that has to do with any of those components please give them a call they are one exceptional company!

Great friendly service. The guy who helped me out was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Prices were well with in my expectations even cheaper than I thought it would be. I bought a starter for my lawn mower that was priced to me at another local dealer for double the price. Definitely need to check them out for your battery, alternator, starter new and repair. They also carry some reconditioned batteries.

Excellent and courteous service. Very affordable. I went to my dealership first and I couldn't believe what they wanted to charge me, plus I was asked to wait until the service guy to get back from lunch before they could replace my battery. He actually told me to drive around and not to turn my car off till then. That would have been a whole HOUR if I could have done that! THANK YOU CLIFF-DAY & CO.!!

Expert service. Best prices I've seen anywhere. Very helpful, polite staff.I've been there on several occasions and they've never failed to be helpful.I've an older model Oldsmobile and regardless of that, they've always had exactly what I needed.

Went for a new battery . people very knowledgeable and friendly. Battery price ranged from 120 to160 dollar , however he had a scratch and dent one for $55.00 so I chose that one with a six month warranty. Said most get 3 to 4 years out of these. So far very with purchase.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Will definitely be back!!! I had a problem with my alternator and electrical system. On a Friday afternoon, I took my car by Cliff Day's. Tom was extremely helpful and informative. When I asked him how fast he could get the job done, he told me he would try to get it done before the afternoon was over but if not, he would come in early the next day to get it finished for me. We left the car and went home. True to what he promised, he finished the work on my car before the day was over, called me and said I could pick it up the same day. I am extremely happy with the service I received there and will definitely be back when the need arises. Tom was knowledgeable and courteous and I could tell that he as well as all of the staff there are the same and wish to please the customer and put the customer first. Thanks, Tom, for your extra effort! The world needs more car repair companies like Cliff Day's.
