October 24th 2023 while driving down the road at 60 mph my drive daft came out of my car due to the negligence of this dealership with my 3 year old in the car with me. While having a gear shifter replaced they discovered a transfer case leak, and a differential leak that they would fix for under the same warranty copay. A few days after picking the car up while driving down the road and heard a loud pop and a terrible dragging noise. I immediately pulled over at the closest safe spot and looked under the car and took a picture to send to my father. After confirming the car should not be moved I took my daughter out and got her and myself to a safe location while I called my husband and father for help and a tow truck. The car was towed back to Black Buick GMC of Statesville, NC for what I assumed would be proper repairs of the damages they caused by not properly seating the drive shaft back. I was given a loaner vehicle while awaiting repairs on my vehicle. 2 days later I call back to check on my vehicle since I had received no updates from the dealership. I was told your car is ready to be picked up. I said are you sure, parts were an issue at this time so I was skeptical that it was being repaired properly. I inquired about what parts were replaced on my car, to my surprise the drive shaft that fell out of the car at 60 mph was not a part that was replaced. They put the SAME damaged part back in my vehicle and tried to pass it back off to me! I asked to speak with the manager to find out why my car that they damaged was not being properly repaired. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the drive shaft that hit the pavement and drug under my car. I told the manager that I wanted the drive shaft replaced this was no fault of mine and I wanted it fixed properly, he says I ll entertain it but parts are not easy to get right now . This statement made me furious nothing about this experience has been entertaining and it s not my fault that your service department was negligent and could have killed or severely injured me and my 3 year old. I will not drive my child around in a car that I don t feel is safe! I received a call back the next day that a drive shaft had been ordered but there was no ship date. Fast forward to 1/26/2024 I FINALLY have my car back. I had to pay 3 car payments, car insurance, and XM radio on a car that I couldn t even drive!!! I reached out to the general manager and he assured me that the owner of the dealership would be calling me. I still have not received a call from the owner. I caution anyone in doing business with this dealership. I have contacted GM directly and they have been much more apologetic and attentive than this dealership has been.

I broke down driving to Florida from PA, it was Friday labor day weekend, they tried til 5pm to get me running but couldn't. I had to leave my truck, they final figured it all out and the best part it was warranted. Thanks to Bryan Ervin and I wish I could remember the techs name for being so helpful. Definitely a 5 star service center! BTW everyone was very nice there.

Had one of work trucks go down. Made very clear when I took it I need a schedule of when it can be done so I know how to plan with it out of service. Said it would be done in 10 days. We are at day 32 and every day is the same. Claim they ll have it done by 5pm that day. Service is legit terrible and won t shoot ya straight and then offered a measley $100 off because it 3 weeks late and counting. Won t be saying their service department again for sure and wouldn never recommend it to a friend.

Official Dodge dealer and repair center. Parts in stock. Friendly staff. Estimates are spot on. Repairs done quickly. EXPENSIVE. But that's part for the course at an official dealer. Easy access off the interstate.

I bought a car from them today. They made the car buying process quick and easy. I got a great car at a fair price and a good value for my trade. Great people to work with there. I highly recommend!

**This Review will be amended if this situation is clarified.**I saw a Ram 1500 on Cargurus and called about it. I was told that it wasn't in inventory yet, it was still in transit. He said it was coming in a few days later and I could get the first shot at it once its on the lot. There was confusion about the listing price and he said he would get back to me about the price. I was then told that the truck was already sold. The truck that hadn't arrived, that I would get first chance at (Meaning I cant buy it YET until its on the lot) had already sold??.*Clarified***They had ordered the vehicle on behalf of a customer with a "Partial payment" and then posted the already sold vehicle for sale. I Raise my review from 1 star to 2.

I have to honestly say, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. And even now, one week later, I'm very happy with the service that I got, and the car that I got. These guys are "Top Notch" and I would recommend to anyone interested in buying new or used car!!!

There some good things you can find but some of their price are as little steep, I can get a lot of the same things they sale at another retailer, don't want to say the retailer name, don't want to disgremenate Burks because I do find nice clothes for men there at a very good price.

I have purchased 6 vehicles from Black. Service dept. is great with Sherri and Chris in parts can get what you need asap. I always dealt with George or Mike. Great salesmen!

Just went by to look at cars. On another note, these guys went out of their way to fix my mom's Chevrolet when the Chevy dealer would not even try. If you have a General Motors vehicle take it here not the Chevy dealer. I've always had better service at Black Automotive

Was very unimpressed and disappointed in my experience here. Waited and waited to discuss trucks for 10 min. Then waited some more to be left alone in the showroom twiddling my thumbs as it closed and staff left. No one ever got back to me. Needless to say i bought no new truck.

Don't ever let them work on your car. Done over 2g in work but used old parts. The ended up taking vehicle to different person an Black Pontiac messed up heads an had to replace. Would have done no stars of i could have!!!!!

I would not recommend these people !!!! They have had my friends car for 9 weeks now & still can't tell him what is wrong with his Chrysler 300 !!!! At last count the " repair bill was at $2800 dollars !!!!!
