I called several years ago for an estimate on some Michelin tires. I was promised a call back.Didn t get one.Called a few weeks ago. Promised a call backStill no call back.I suspect this establishment doesn t want to sell me tires.I did find some elsewhere for a lot cheaper though.Bless em

I have been trusting Bill Martin Tire for all my vehicles maintenance/repair/tire needs since 2018 and I have nothing but positive feedback to offer. They are a honest/trustworthy family oriented atmosphere and always go the extra mile to ensure my vehicle s safety. They are faired priced and are never pushy with their recommendations on the services needed on my vehicle to keep its longevity. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My daughter told me she had a slow leak in one of her car tires. We're fairly new to Statesville, so I did a little research and decided to take her car over to Bill Martin Tire and have it checked out. I'm really glad I did. They got me in quick, plugged the tire, and had me on my way in under an hour - for less than $20. I'm very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. If I'm in need of tire repair/replacement in the future, I'm headed straight there.

Lesson learned, if you have a good place you can trust stick with them. Never would they let me drive an unsafe vehicle. I moved and decided to go with the Firestone tires at their dealership. Been driving on a defective tire that made my van sound like it was falling apart. Saying it was the breaks, then van was too heavy, left it sitting so the tires flattened, the cold was making the thumping noice. I'm returning them and having Bill Martin's put me on a new set. I will drive to maintain the the good customer service I have received for years. I'm back to a happy camper!

This family business won my family as a new customer for life today. I needed tires , was quoted more than double at the place I ve gone to for years. Called Bill Martin Tire, spoke with Joe; they were honest, actually cared, showed me what I needed and didn t, and actually gave me options. To boot was in and out quick! Won t go anywhere else now! Traveling on I-40 when tire pressure indicator came on. Near an exit that led to Bill Martin Tires. Greeted me politely, worked me in, put on my spare, and sent me on my way in less than an hour at no charge. Cant say thank you enough. When next in need of car service, I'll be headed to Bill Martin Tires.

Not only is it fair and competitive pricing but family owned with 3 generations playing hands on roles. They will also stand by their work 100%. I won't go anywhere else for my tires, oil changes, inspection and small engine repairs. You leave there knowing you can trust them to be honest and fair.

I had a Great Customer Experience today with Bill Martin Tire in Statesville NC, so much so that I wanted to share my experience. I explained to the Martin's that a car dealership told me that my ball bearings were bad when they showed me how to check it. The position of their hands were a little deceiving at the car dealership, but when Bill Martin team took me out and showed me the proper position my ball bearings weren't bad. I drove my truck home and it was smooth, I trust Bill Martin with my auto repairs!

Martin Tire has been our "go to" shop for decades. Reliable and honest and they have saved us money. They have done all of our routine vehicle maintenance and tires.Confirmation came about 15 years ago when a dealership said state inspection was conditional on tire replacement. Martin tire confirmed tire replacement was not required to pass state inspection, triggering a DMV alert and confirmation by DMV that the tires were OK. I safely got many more miles from those tires.Occasionally they have confirmed a job or tire change was not yet required and charges have always been fair.

I had a tire problem on my RV while passing through Statesville on I-77. The good folks at Bill Martin Tire really went above and beyond in resolving my problem and getting me back on the road with minimal delay and cost. My thanks to them. I would recommend them to anyone.

This place is all about customer service. I had a issue with the electric brakes on my truck. I showed up this morning without having a appointment. I told Billy my situation and he got me worked in quickly and repaired my truck, just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past, Billy and his team proved me wrong. Thanks guys!!

Bill Martin is always dependable to fix car repairs. JENNY is very nice and knowledgeable . She keeps the place hopping! I wouldn't take my car any where else for repairs because I know it is done right and reasonably. I highly recommend Bill Martin to anyone needing car repairs! They are the best!

Would give this place more stars if I could. Had a truck break down while travelling across country and had it towed here. They squeezed me in last minute and had me out in the same day. Mechanic worked through his lunch to get me back on the road. Reasonable prices as well.
