I had to get a battery for my Silverado. Went online and they had several options depending on your budget. When I went to pick-up the battery, it was ready and the associate very easily found my purchase in the system and I was ready to go. When I brought back to old one for the core charge, it was just as easy. Looked it up by my phone and issued credit back to my account.

They will recycle your used oil. I bought a mini grease gun and cartridges. Their getting hard to find. Yes, you need one for older vehicles with grease fittings.

AutoZone has always been my first choice in parts stores. They have a great rewards program and do price things on clearance. The staff seems educated in the craft, not like 20 yrs ago educated but the kids seem to have interest in mechanical work at least

The AutoZone on center Street in Statesville is absolutely gone downhill I've been a customer there for 20 years and my recent visit I've never been more insulted in my life by a man named David Smyle home said to me after I requested him to double-check on my brake booster to make sure I had to correct the line I was told he does not get paid $45 an hour to look under my hood less than new AutoZone was the parts company that did that also he kept insulting my mechanic and telling me I needed to get a real mechanic real nice guy you got working there the day before this I just sunk $150 into my car I was there that particular day to spend over $200 and then changed my mind and went to advance I'll never go back

The only reason that I would go back to AutoZone at this point would be for my $20 off of the next purchase I was trying to return an item that I was completely unsatisfied with JB weld exhaust weld that I had purchased from the store opened because it was the last One that they had on the shelf I should ve known better to buy JB Weld anyway but this individual named Jamie supposedly the assistant manager was so Rude And quick to try and prove any reason for them not to take the product back when I had a receipt in hand he tried Anything and everything that he could to keep from taking the product back almost made me feel like he was some sort of police officer trying to make a case definitely not respectable customer service not to mention his dress attire did not look like anyone I need to be in a position of assistant manager or manager very unprofessional so will probably be the last time that I ever buy anything from AutoZone

Well thank god as a female with two cars one I've had for 18 yrs. I am very knowledgeable about my cars because maybe you should hire people that know important information. Love when men try to tell me nonsense about a car thinking ahhh female an Im clueless. Yes a lot of women don't know but I'm a different female. Hell, pay me real money and I'll replace him!

When I finally was waited on I was pleased with the service. I was forced to wait even longer because a rude customer walked in and right by me to loudly track down an employee he seemed to know to wait on him. The young employee who had called out twice for someone to assist me because he was the only person at a register with a customer, was too shy or intimidated to tell his fellow employee what had just happened. I realize I could have spoken up and chose not too.

The staff was very friendly and efficient! The salesman was kind enough to install the windshield wiper blades for me. This is a great store to shop with great staff!

I used to love shopping at this place, until somehow I wasn't refunded. I had to make a few rides back and forth over there before I had figured out Im basically gipped out of that money. I've went to the store and spoken with the store manager which did do his best to resolve the situation as best he could. Long story short still haven't been refunded and have the proof to show the transaction was done and not refunded back to me. I appreciate the managers help, but I think I've waited long to receive $38.00 back, thats all 38 bucks and I cant even get any corporate to answer or get refunded at the counter or anything. Goodbye Autozone.

Went in today with my father-in-law to replace his battery. Jeff was more than helpful. Explained pricing and each individual battery and the functions that would be best for the vehicle. He went beyond great customer service!!!! Jeff will always get our business!!!!

I was in need of a coil. Walked in about 630pm. Waited at the 2nd desk while the young man was in the phone. He asked another associate a question, she walked by me looked at me said nothing answered his question walked by me again said nothing. She then Answered the phone on the first ring to speak to Antonio. I waited another 30 secs and left. Horrible customer service. O Reillys Took great care of me and they are right a crossed the street.

I like the my AutoZone where I live I cannot speak for others but the one that I shop at the guys are very helpful they know exactly what they're doing they try and get you in and out as quickly as possible they answer every question that I have if they do not have it they try and find it for me they take good precaution on covid-19 on keeping their employees and customers safe you have to wear a mask plus there's hand sanitizer everywhere

Quoted me over $400 for rotors and brake pads. Nah son...!!! That's okay. I went online and found some for a 1/3 of the price they quoted and they are superior quality made in the USA and they are slotted and drilled too.

Associate was very friendly and helpful when I had to purchase a car battery and reminded me that they installed them free of charge, as I had brought the old battery in to exchange for new one to be put in my other car...

Always so helpful & ready to take care if customers. I've bought batteries, windshield washer & wipers there since I've lived in Statesville. They're always so willing to check things to make sure I'm buying the correct item. I had to get a headlight & they stepped outside to make sure if was for a bright or dim needed. Always well-lit parking area too so that I feel safe. Thanks AUTOZONE

I was passing through town on the interstate when my car suddenly broke down. I found a ride to Auto Zone and found their staff to be incredibly responsive and quick with my request. I was sold a battery and loaned a pair of pliers and out-the-door in just a few moments.

This place is great, Larry and his team have gone above and beyond for me many times. Staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable. I never go anyplace else anymore. Thank you guys

walked right to the front and was helped by a friendly man. he knew exactly what I needed and where to locate it in the store. I was able to do a quick exchange. I will be returning to this location for any future, minor car needs!

Tried to scam us. We asked for a specific part that we knew was there. When we went in to get it they said it would be 60$ when the one we where looking for was 25$. We went to a different guy and found out the first woman was trying to give us the lifetime warranty deal without telling us.

Customer service here was so so amazing. They really went out of their way to help me on a day where nothing was wanting to go right. I was having such a horrible day and they helped me so much and made my day easier. I will be returning to this store for all my car part needs for sure.

1st time at store. Black dude Javon or something was so unhelpful.He sent me to get my own oil. Than made me pay for the free plastic tunnel and NEVER OFFERED to put the oil in my car. LAZY MANThe other guy that worked there was trying to put a coupon code on my order and JAVON SAID NO she dont need a coupon. Ladies there are other auro zones in the area please DONT USE THIS ONE. HE WAS LAZY, FAT, AND UNHELPFUL.Javon you do not need to work in customer care you are super mean!!!

Great helpful employees. Have lots of parts on hand even for the older vehicles I own, 1977 and 1985 Chevy pickups. Can usually get what you need by the next day if not sooner.

Salvador was patient, and respectful to the rude guy that was in front of me, even though the guy to disrespect Salvador for something that wasnt his fault. Then helped me find the correct light. Great experience
