This Company was one of the most amazing I ve been to. There are family owned and small business, and they are very polite and kind. Brandy is a very kind and sweet lady. She helped me so much and even help me with the price and the mechanics. They were very patient and kind to me. I would totally recommend their service to anyone.

We are so grateful to the team over at Affordable Towing & Auto. When our other towing service failed us, they were johnny on the spot after we called, they arrived to help us about 25 minutes later. Their actual tow truck was quite a distance away, so a gentleman took his personal vehicle with a floor jack to come assist us in safely changing our tire to a spare. He got it done in what felt like no time, and assured us he would be happy to replace our tire in the morning at their shop. We received a polite text 15 minutes after they opened the following morning letting us know our replacement tire was ready to be installed, so we drove the car with the spare over to their (very clean and inviting) shop where we met an extremely kind woman in the office. Everyone at Affordable Towing & Auto is lovely, and we are grateful for their help in assisting us, when AAA left us stranded for hours. Thank you to Leonard and team for quality and quick service!

Not good at following up. My initial visit in person went well and I was excited about getting my vehicle serviced. However, when I followed up with the company the next day by telephone the young lady who answered the phone did not follow up with me after she said she would. I would not recommend. Due to poor customer service.

Affordable auto repair and tow have been a great company thus far with me. I have the 2014 Nissan versa note that the previous owner did not take care of, but affordable repair was able to get the car running the way it should and they were affordable as well in the work. They even fixed my mother's 2011 Chevy Cruze and found out that the previous mechanics at haku auto had not done which they should have in the first place. When haku auto repaired or so they said my mother's Chevy Cruze they replaced the thermostat and said that the electric fan could not be changed from being in the high setting all the time unless it was taken to a dealership. That was incorrect. Affordable auto into found out that there is a sensor that controls the way the electric fan runs and replaced it. However, because that sensor was not changed the water pump as well had broken down causing the car to overheat. They were able to work with my mother in the cost of the repairs. Don't be fooled by reviews of haku auto they also will harass you if you give them a bad review as well so beware. I don't know about the towing aspect of affordable auto, but the auto repair part it s definitely a place I will take my vehicles next time.

First impressions are always a must!Having an issue with my vehicle and my husband went in and spoke to a lady who said they would send someone out to look at it after taking down my address, phone number and name. 2.5hrs later, no one so he calls and she said they were still out running calls, ok fine. Well the day goes by and Ive wasted my time and no one ever came or so much as called to say they got behind. I called the next morning to inquire if someone would come out and the first guy sounded rude and like he didn t want to be bothered so he passed the phone to another guy that had no idea what I was talking about. I asked about the info she wrote down and they said she didn t write anything info down when my husband said he watched her did. It was a complete waste of my day, but I was able to find another great shop and towing service nearby the next day.

I Highly Recommend this place! They are courteous, fast and reasonable with their prices. I ve had both cars there for inspection, oil change, etc and that s where I ll continue to go! By the way, I live in North Wilkesboro and go to them in Statesville.

They really took care of me, from picking up truck on rollback,to having me repaired and ready the next day!!! Excellent service, would recommend to anyone and everyone! Dodge dealer was a week out to even eval my truck.

HIGHLY UNETHICAL- This place claims to have moved a storage building, that belongs to our company, onto their lot at the request of the landowner. Our company had no knowledge of the move, having never been notified. When we finally located the building, we were met with hostility and told that we had to pay $6790 in storage fees before we could have our building back. They refuse to give a written invoice, claiming "telling us is enough." Highly unethical business practices on display.

They are great here. I never have to worry whether they will try to sell me a service that I don't really need. Very reasonable prices. I'll never go anywhere else for auto repairs.

First time I took my car there for inspection, everything was great. Then when I took my car there for brake pads - very not good. They said it needed something else (I forgot), so agreed to that. About $2000. We didn't even get home and the warning lights about the brakes came on as well as the brake lights. Couldn't get back into them for about a month and when we did they said they didn't have our paperwork - their computer had crashed and they didn't have any record of it. Wouldn't even have the mechanic look at the car to see if he remembered. Told us to go home and find the paperwork they gave us. Could not find it. So, had to take care elsewhere to get fixed. Also, they never put the engine cover back on our car and had no idea where that went. We stopped by once again to see if they had any record of us. She said no: computers crashed, had a fire, and now under new ownership. Good for towing and inspections but I wouldn't trust them for anything else.

This towing service allowed for me to stay on the go. After my flat tire occured, it only took them 30 minutes to come and tow it. Charles was one professional employee to deal with. Also, the manager followed up with a courtesy call.

Excellent tow company. Owner was very fast and helpful when my car broke down, and the tow was a very fair price! Overall was very impressed with the entire towing experience from Affordable Towing and would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow. Brandy, the receptionist, was so sweet she stayed on the phone with me the whole time.

We were sitting on the side of the road, flat tire, no spare. So we called for a tow, the guy said he would call us back in 5mins to let us know if he had a driver, since they were about to close. We'll, 45mins later we are still sitting here, no call back, and their hours clearly state 24hrs a day. Trust and respect start from the very beginning, no call back shows they are not reliable enough for our trust and respect. They will never receive our money.

A friend recommended them for a/c work on my truck I called them on Tuesday by Thursday they had it all done. The a/c in my truck has not worked in 5 years had different shops try to fix it. But these guys got me taken care of fast and reasonable price I will definitely be bringing my truck there every time great and friendly people highly recommend

On July 31, (So sorry for the late review) we were on our way home from N.C. to Pa., when our truck started shaking and making a weird noise. We pulled over, and looked up a service station, and by sheer luck Affordable Towing and Auto Repair was just down the road. We pulled in and Leonard and Darrell came out to help. While they were putting it up on the lift, we were thinking of looking up motels to stay the night. Within 15-20 minutes, they found the problem, fixed it, and we were on our way! Everyone couldn't have been more courteous and helpful.Thanks so much for your help. I wish you had a station here in Pa.!!! And when they say "Affordable" they aren't kidding!! A+++++

I highly recommend Affordable Towing for all your mechanical needs. I just had to have anew motor put in my GMC Terrain and Darrell and his crew did a GREAT job! Brandy keep us up to date on the progress of the repairs and the is the sweetest person you would ever want to meet. They have a great Family owned business and stand by their word.

I absolutely love these guys! They are very open and up front with you about the issues you may have. And when I had an issue with my alignment and tires they did everything they could to solve the problem even if it cost them time and money! And they truely are affordable! I dont take my vehicles anywhere else unless they tell me to!Service: Tire change

My boyfriend was in a wreck and affordable towing was called. Darrell was the one that came to our rescue. Darryl was kind and prompt, he gave us good information about what we should do as this was my boyfriend's first wreck. And with dealing with the office Nikki was very kind as well she gave great information that helped tremendously. Both are angels in my book. I do recommend you give these guys a call if you need any Towing services or any other services they offer... a definite five-star place with 5-star peopleService: Car towing

I was stranded in NC due to a flat tire. This couple was an absolute joy and pleasure to work with. Professional and made sure that the dealership was there and opened before leaving me. I will definitely call them again whenever I need help in the area.

Cannot say enough about this business and it is my pleasure to write on their behalf. My car broke down just off I-40 in Statesville, NC. The app for my auto insurance company gave me a listing of area repair shops and I decided to go with Affordable Towing & Auto Repair at Turnersburg Hwy there in Statesville.The facilities, including the waiting room, office, and repair area, were clean and professional. I was warmly greeted by Nicki, the receptionist/administrative assistant, and made to feel comfortable within their waiting area. The area was decorated for the Christmas holiday and had several large and well-kept live plants, as well as comfortable seating. The waiting area also has professional signage including a menu of inspection and repair costs per type of vehicle.My vehicle, a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, was quickly evaluated within 15 minutes of its arrival by tow truck. The owner, Daryl Jones, brought me outside to show me exactly what happened to my vehicle to cause it to become so quickly disabled. He then gave me several repair options and suggestions and brought me inside to his wife, Nicki, who immediately researched and shared parts and labor costs. I also asked about the possible costs of a new engine, mine had locked-up, and Nicki immediately used my VIN to make phone calls to explore local used and dealer new costs.Despite my vehicle s serious mechanical needs, Daryl and Nicki Jones were extremely professional AND hospitable, even allowing me to borrow a cell phone charger AND offering to pick up some lunch for me during my long stay and decision-making. I was extremely impressed by this business and would highly recommend them for your mechanical needs!

Affordable Towing was the light at the end of a long tunnel of traveling around looking for places to see my vehicle all morning. They were professional, fast, and so kind. The facilities were beautiful and, although my wait was short, it was very pleasant. I'll definitely stop here first in the future. Thank you!!

Staff is polite and honest. I was from out of state and stranded. They got to work on my car quickly even though their schedule was full for the day. It didn't take long at all for the parts to come in and for them to get it done. I was in and out in just a couple of hours

They truly care about each individual and their vehicle needs. A husband and wife duo who work together to help you. Honestly, besides my father in law, they are hands down the best and most honest mechanic team and inspectors around in a town full to the brim of crooks. We are so thankful to have them around. As a young couple with toddlers honesty and fair pricing is very much appreciated. Not to mention, their dog keeps our kids entertained while we deal with adult responsibilities. 10/10

We were in an accident on I40 E just east of Statesville, NC. Our car was undrivable. Darrell towed us to his shop for storage until our car could be evaluated by our insurance company. He also helped us to get a rental car. Darrell and his folks are very friendly, helpful and professional people.
