Stopped in to have a big set of tires mounted up. The guys got on it relatively quick and got it done relatively quickly as well. Had an issue with one of my tires and the guy fixed it up for me. Also, the price was cheaper than the surrounding tire stores. They have a comfortable customer lounge area with lots of vending and complimentary water and coffee. Just gained another customer. Great job guys. I'll be back.

These guys got me right in after hitting an object on I-40 and blowing a hole in my sidewall. On Good Friday. Great service, great price. Thanks for helping us get home safely!

At 11:25am I approached to a locked door and a guy with a blue shirt in the bay on the phone. Online shows a 12pm closure time. He looked at me from the corner of his eye and acted as if I wasn t there. Such lovely customer service!

Bought a set of Cooper tires for our SUV and had alignment done. Much improved ride and handling! We have always gotten great service from Scott and his crew.

Went in for an inspection. Told me I needed a headlight TO PASS INSPECTION.Paid them over $20 to fix something I could have done for $4 myself but I needed the thing now, and then? THEY FAILED MY INSPECTION.Haha. So they're liars and thieves, nice.

Great service there is always dropped it off for them to figure out what was wrong when we took a few days fixed it quickly, the service is good and the prices are right will definitely go there again

Shady went to get car fixed and get an inspection done after getting it fixed. No inspection done. Got my 1400$ though. Been going here for 8-9 years and they will no longer be getting my services!!!!!!!

These guys and gal are top notch! I have been coming here for years. Why?Because they are honest, hard working and more than fair. They understand working class and the struggles normal people face. It is rare to find decent folks in this kind of business that won't take advantage. I'm willing to change my review now because, I believe they did a better job this time. Before I got the 3 new tires, the van was vibrating very badly. (Had just purchased the van off of someone so I have something to get from point A to point B in. Mainly work.) With those older tires I knew I wasn't going to get very far. They replaced 3 of them and said the other was still fairly new. Now the van drives smoothly. Much appreciated!Listening to the girl complain behind the counter while I waited wasn't very pleasant. Especially when Scott brought out some filters to show to a customer. He was only doing what is best. He can't just replace something and toss the others without saying something about it to the customer about it first. The customer would have said, "Well, I would have appreciated seeing how the older filters looked before you just took it up on yourself to toss them and replace them." She really should watch what she says and does in front of other customers. It looks very bad on the business if people don't live in this area.

I appreciate you guys for helping me out with my car so quickly! Originally I was told it may take up to two weeks for my car to be fixed (worst case scenario) but to my surprise they had my car done that very day. Thank you also to the woman who answered the phone, helped me coordinate towing my car to the lot, and taking my details down! She was very friendly!Thanks!

I have been taking my vehicles to Accel for years, and I am always more than satisfied with their work, knowledge, pricing and hospitality! Never once have I left feeling anything less than super satisfied. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don't make you smile Then nobody can! I found this shop during a Google search since I'm not from Statesville. I called around Noon and was told to bring my car in after 1pm. A simple test drive and a replacement tire allowed me to make my 80 miles drive back home. Not only did they address and fix my problem quickly, but they even did my inspection last minute with no issue. Great place! I'll definitely make the drive down here for future car repairs!

These guys are nothing short of amazing!! Every time I've had to go to them, I've been treated professionally and in a timely manner, unlike some of the places in Statesville. They truly have earned my repeat business!!!!!

I have been a customer of Accel Tire for 20+ years. I have no complaints, always great service and treated like family. I would recommend them for all of your auto care and services that they provide. I am sad that I need to let people know that the first time since I have been going there I was charged for things that they were aware that was already in none working order. And when I took my vehicle back because they were suppose to fix my turn signals and that my turn signals are not. I am on a fixed income. And to be charged for this is very upsetting. I had wrote the owner to let him know about the charges but no one has reached out. So check your receipt for any and all charge's. I feel I was taken advantage of. Never did I think they would have done me this way.

Stopped here to check on getting some tires for my SUV. I was greeted promptly by multiple people and quickly assisted with tire prices. After I found the tire I liked they pulled my vehicle in and started working on it. In very short time my vehicle was done and ready for payment. Overall it's been a great experience here and absolutely no complaints. They stay pretty steady with work and have many return customers I've come to learn and I can definitely see why that is. It's hard to beat this kind of friendly, fast, and reasonable type of business! Highly recommend you give them a try next time you need tires, alignment, oil changes, inspections etc.

I was greeted upon entering. Spoke with the guy Scott at the desk. He answered all my questions, got my car inspection and was done in 30 minutes.
