A&A fit me in quickly and was very accommodating. I was worried that, at best, my tire would need patching, and at worst, I'd need a new tire. Turns out, my tire stem was bad. That's it. The honesty is refreshing. Could they have told me my tire was bad and that I needed a new one? Yes. Did they? No.I will be going back to them for any automobile needs in the future. Honesty and great customer service is hard to come by these days.

This service center really deserves 10 Stars. I was traveling from West Virginia home to Georgia and my car started to overheat and I took that exit and followed the GPS to this service center. The lady at the desk was so welcoming and friendly I felt relieved. I explained I had just changed the thermostat on my car back in December and she kindly called the company where I had the thermostat changed to see if it may be under warranty if they use the same supplier. I didn't ask her to do that she did not have to take time to make that call it really spoke volumes to me that they are caring people. Once the service was completed the maintenance tech test drove my car out to make sure it would be okay for me to get to Georgia. Such an awesome business with very kind people!! Hwy21, Statesville NcI brought one of my vehicles in for a noise that could be heard inside the vehicle after starting it up. Was informed that it was definitely the oil pump going bad. Didn t want to believe it but service writers were very adamant that the mechanic was very good at diagnosing problems and repairs. It took two weeks and a lot of money to fix the problem. After I make numerous calls for an update I am told I can pick it up. I had the same exact noise issue as before and was told I might need an engine for this 2015 well maintained vehicle. I got a little discount and a lot of apologies. Very disappointed in this shop. Took it to the dealership only to find out it needed a fuel part and repair and noise is completely gone. . Never needed the oil pump! Neither of my vehicles will be back! Not even for an oil change!!! Would not recommend!

This was the best experience I have had with an auto shop ever. I was treated kindly and with respect! My car broke down out of town and I got my car towed to A&A Sales & Services Auto and let me tell you they treated us like family! They knew we wasn t from the area so they offered us breakfast! I had a fantastic experience working with Kristy over the phone. I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none! Thank you to Kristy & the staff:)

I have taken my vehicles to this business several times over the past couple of years. I have always been treated fairly and honestly. This business repairs all of my vehicles. I trust John's work, and feel confident that when my wife or younger children pick up their car from John it is safe and ready for the road.

BEWARE a great place to do business when John managed the shop but he is no longer manager. I recently took my truck for repairs they took 2 weeks for estimate. They including repairs on estimate they had already repaired only months before. I took the truck to different shop to find many of the repairs on estimate not needed. Including missing oil dipstick and I could clearly see it on the truck on pickup. Different shop repaired everything needed for less than 1/4 of the price.

For years, A & A has been synonymous with reliable customer service. I recently had a vehicle issue where several other companies refused to do the work or offer a high price due to the complexity and urgency involved. A & A took the time to research and offer a very reasonable and fair estimate. Much appreciation to Jason and team for always being honest.

A&A took care of me like family. My car broke down and once I was there, they took me to class to make sure I didn t miss anymore of my first day. They kept me updated regularly. They gave me wonderful service at fair prices. Thank you A&A!!!

A &A has definitely exceeded my expectations. They got me in and out in a reasonable time. Mandy is AMAZING and pulled me quotes for tires after Frank let me know that the tread on my tires were getting low. Much more pleasant experience than I ve had with them under prior management. I will continue to bring me car here as long as I live in the area!

I purchased my first tractor Friday from Jason Alexander at A&A Sales . I have been in the market for quite sometime. My family and I live on a small working farm and we finally could no longer put it off. I went to an auction and also to many new and used tractor dealers and they all kept telling me what they think i need and don t need . Regardless of what I needed in a tractor. A good friend asked me to go see Jason. I called and made an appointment and went to dealership . Upon arrival I was greeted with open arms and a big smile. They listened to me and got me exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. The service after the sale has been unparalleled. Do yourself a favor and go see Jason at A&A sales and get what you want at a fair price and meet some really great people.

He's so knowledgeable about the mechanics of automobile's his trust and honesty he has earned by the many services he has provided to our vehicle's. Great Man!! My son was in a bad motorcycle accident and A&A was the company the police dispatched to retrieve the motorcycle. It was late on a Friday on a holiday weekend. I called very soon after to find out when we could pick up the bike and left a message. I didn t hear back so drove there the next day to see if we could pick it up but it was closed. My son went the morning after Labor Day and was told the bill was over $500 to retrieve the bike that was around 6 miles away from where he wrecked. Having worked in the auto industry in the past and my son who works at a body shop, we thought the tow cost was extremely high. My son said the staff in the front office were very friendly, helpful and thought the price seemed high as well and did see what they could do about the cost. They initially said the owner would take off one day storage. I asked if there was anything more they can do considering it was a holiday weekend and they weren t open and I wanted to understand why the cost was so high. At this point I asked if I could speak to the owner to see what could be done. The owner said he did not get a message and when I said we went there on Saturday he said they were there until 1:00. I explained that I could come there to show him my call log to show him I called and said I noticed he had security cameras and that if he checked them he would see we were there at around 12:00. After that he did agree to take two days of the storage fees. Before I had a chance to say anything he became angry and combative saying he thought I was beating him up on the price and so wasn t my son and that my son was calling him while I was talking to him, which he wasn t. I then tried to explain that I wasn t trying to beat him up but wanted to make sure he understood we weren t going through insurance because of the age of the bike to see if that made a diff on the cost. I was respectful of the fact that they should be compensated for there work but the owner became disrespectful, rude and accused my son of repeatedly calling him when he didn t. All that said I thank the staff for the empathy they showed my son and the kind associate who helped push the bike onto the trailer but the low rating is for the owners poor customer service and price gouging.

I own a 2012 Ram 2500 Laramie Cummins Mega Cab and I'm pretty picky about where I take it for any kind of work to be done. I don't trust the work to just anyone. My grandfather (RIP) had always spoke highly of this shop so I tried them out. Brought the truck in for a basic oil change. Little did I know that they also do a full inspection on the vehicle during an oil change. Which is a really good business tactic on thier part bc it enables them to lock in future business with the client and helps the customer out as well in the event something's amiss. In my case it was ball joints, u joints, and wheel bearings. These guys (and girls) go beyond what most businesses provide to make sure you and your ride are taken care of. No "shade tree" mechanics here. Quality work and quality business.

Awesome people to deal with! Scott took the additional time needed to assist me with a remote purchase due to my limited availability. The entire deal only took two days! From my initial inquiry to delivery, it took less than 48 hours to have the tractor I wanted sitting in my driveway. I would definitely recommend A&A to anyone.

They are the best auto shop! They checked the balance of my tires when I thought it was out of line and just let me go on my way! Then when I needed new front lower control arms they gave me a quote in a time fashion and got my car into the shop within the same week! I will continue to take my vehicle to them

John and his crew are the most honest, helpful and fair priced mechanics around. Very knowledgeable and they'll tell you straight up what's wrong and fix it right at a fair price. If you need tires,oil change, or something more give em a call and set up an appointment. You won't be disappointed.

They were phenomenal! For a day when things weren t going well, Jason certainly made the day easier. While driving to work my car started having problems and ended up needing to be towed. After putting in my request for service, Jason called within minutes. He made sure I had a ride and was in a good place and arrived promptly and took care of everything. He even gave me a break and didn t charge for miles he should have on the tow! Great guy, great service and would definitely recommend them to take care of you!

Saw car listing on their website; exactly as described with accurate photos. While test driving the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Not only was that repair included in the easily negotiated price, another small issue was noted and taken care of as well. Jon T. was a pleasure to work with and Sam S. took care of all of our paperwork with speed and accuracy. This was a terrific car buying experience and I am grateful for previous customers who left positive reviews. We felt comfortable the entire time. These are great guys, I only went for a inspection but they got me in and all done before my original appointment time. Very professional and friendly, will definitely be going back. These fellas are amazing I'm updating my review. Blacks Chrysler dealership messed my jeep up every way you could think of. Brought it to these guys and it drives better now than when I originally bought it. They're trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely will be going here from now on for all my vehicles.
