Started out with a burnt out headlight.. went in and a young man named AJ helped right away changed my headlights within minutes.. was very friendly and very well mannered! Seeing that my headlight covers were older and dingy.. he sent me to Stanley Auto where I got them cleaned and they look awesome! If you need help with something at this store.. I suggest you ask for this young man he is top notch!

This O'Reilly's is horrible. It's now 9:33 on a Sunday morning and you have 9 vehicles out here waiting on you guys to open up. When you own website and door sign says 9:00 am open time. This is such a inconvenience for people that had no other parts house nearby to go to. Please update you TRUE hours and quit wasting all your customers time before they go elsewhere.

I've always liked O'Reilly Auto Parts for the old school "parts house" feel. It's just different from their other two competitors. The staff seem more knowledgeable about things and the service is always top notch. I'll continue to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts until something changes. Keep up the great work! Thanks!

Walked in to grab 2 quarts of oil. Walked up to the counter, was assisted immediately. Checked out and out the door in 4 to 6 minutes. Several associates inside to assist costumers. Great experience

Russell listened about the battery and told us that they will be able to look it up about the battery and the warranty. He was definitely better than the Mount Holly store.

If you walk in and have a question to ask, forget them prioritizing you over someone on the phone sitting at home on their ass. I recently walked in to ask a question, no other customers were in the store. Only 2 employees were seen and both were on the phone for a good 10-15 minutes, all while I waited patiently. I eventually left..

When I was ready to checkout, there was no communication to walk up to register to checkout. No hello, are you ready, need anything else, did you find what you were looking for, thank you or have a nice day. I know the guy can speak because he was talking to coworkers. For me, customer service is #1, don't feel welcome to come back.

Stopped by to have them check my battery. Staff was very friendly. Battery and alternator were fine. Spoke with Michael about general auto maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and offered sound advice.

Quick and friendly service!! We bought a set of windshield wipers and had a hard time figuring out how to put them on so one of the employees were nice enough to come out and help us put them on...Thank you so much!!

Idk who the young guy is working at this store, but Oreilly s needs to hire guys who know what they are talking about and know parts for vehicles. My mom came to this store (i was working out of town so I could do it myself) to order front quick struts and camber bolts. The young guy sold her brake bolts and said they will work and sold her shocks for front strut and said it was a complete strut assembly.I will not be returning this store and Neither will she.Thanks to the guys at the new store in Dallas for getting us the correct parts!

Store was not open when i got there it was to ooen at 9am on Sunday , waited til9:40 the employee that opened said he was able. To take cash , only credit . me and one other guy watch 4 other cars drive off . store manager was not there.to ooen up from what the other guy was saying it was not the first time this has happened at this store. But the employee that was there to open was super nice. Manager sucks give the job too somone that shows up an wants the job.

I really wish I knew why this place has went downhill over the past month. Lots of new faces and it hasn't been good. One new girl they have there, Aliyah or something to that effect, is down right rude and unprofessional. She also has little knowledge when it comes to parts it seems. I was in there last week and she was on her phone taking pictures of herself while others were helping people. I think I'll start going to NAPA or Advance.

"Know what they're doing" was one reviewers quote. "Wendy has done wonders" was another. Oh she does wonders alright, wonderful job at preserving sales revenues without taking any accountability. If installing your battery backwards, shorting your entire electric system out, denying it happened, finally agreeing it happened and then passing the buck to a DM who was termed two days prior so that they can try to make your complaint disappear only to find out you called corporate and won't stop until your situation is fixed, lying to corporate about who installed the battery ("wasn't out guy it was the customer he insisted on having our tech stand there and watch him"), then passing the buck again to the gastonia store manager to handle for a total of three months all while trying to deny they did it and then trying to stick you with the bill is an example of "know[ing] what they're doing" then yeah they do know what they're doing and yeah they're pretty good at it. What Wendy works wonders with is her ability to still have a job; since her asst manager claimed she was on a vacation for the first three weeks of my complaint, i guess it is kind of hard to terminate an employee who is never there. Take the time to go to advance,Walmart, or auto zone in Belmont. At least they know which terminal the black cable goes on.
