Big Dave is so helpful, he has now sold my mom 2 vehicles that she is extremely happy with. A Dodge Ram & a Subaru Legacy, that are so comfortable, and very sturdy, clean vehicles. He also helped her find a reliable and affordable insurance company AND even helped her with selling her old Subaru. We had a great time laughing and going over all the details of the sale. Truly felt like hanging out with an old friend. Overall he is a very trustworthy car dealer and all around good person. Will definitely buy another car from him when the time comes. Thank you Dave!

Cannot say enough great things about these people. Got a great car at a great price and felt at peace during the whole experience. They were very knowledgeable about their inventory. Would recommend to anyone searching for a car!

They were kind and friendly during purchase. Bought a truck from here recently. 250 miles into having it, the truck overheated. I immediately parked it. Once it had time to cool down I checked the coolant and there was none. I got it to my mechanic and it has a bad head gasket. I talked to TCB and was told the only thing they could do is take it in as a trade in and I could purchase something else. The only thing they have that is comparable was 5k more. I offered to pay for the repairs if they would help on it some and was told that if they did it would open them up for paying for others as well. I know NC is a "as is" state, but "as is" was a nice truck in good running order with a few minor problems which I was told about. I'm not saying that they knew it was bad at all, I just wished they would stand by what they sell.

They listed a vehicle online and then didn't respond to my inquiries. If you are going to join the online sales you need to respond to interested individuals. They did finally respond to tell me it was sold....gee thanks!
