A few people around area have had problems with this dealership. Change prices on clients, low ball their trade in. KBB can give a price and they will give 7,000.00 less than book value. Not a smart way to treat customers

Husband made appointment to test drive a certain vehicle. Drove almost 2 1/2 hours. We get there and Noa, the sales person, tells us it sold the night before. So we go in and he starts doing paperwork. He says he has 3 more there. Makes a copy of my husbands driver's license so we could still do a test drive. He keeps asking if we're trading anything in and we told him we were there for a test drive and IF we decided to buy, we were undecided if we would trade in or just keep our other vehicle. At this point we are over 20 minutes of sitting there waiting to test drive tge vehicle. Noa kept getting up and going to different rooms or offices. We finally had enough and got up to go outside to find the vehicles. From what we could see of the area, there was none of the vehicle that we requested. He came out and tried to get us to wait more. He just had to ask the manager to okay the deal? We told him we made an appointment, you didn't have the car and all we wanted was a test drive. It should not have taken nearly 30 minutes to figure out if we were going to be able to test drive a vehicle. So we left. Very, very disappointed in the dealership and in Noa.

Each time my 2019 1500 GMC Denali requires service, I drive 35 miles to Spruce Pine Chevrolet. Billy, Tiffany and the service technicians are always "spot on" accommodating my needs.

Ian Buchanan helped us awesomely! Our visit was comfortable and quiet. Just make sure if you a close a deal at the and of a business day you have the key to your vehicle before they leave lol Ian was kind enough to go all the way to walmart from whoever him and his family was to get the key from nate. But overall awesome guys and dealership!

I am always treated well by Kevin and the entire service department. I trust them to keep my GM vehicles dependable and ready to travel anywhere. The technicians are experienced and really care about their customers.

I rolled in on the Saturday before labor day without an appointment for service. They were so very friendly, accommodating, stayed late and the bill was way less than I thought. A+ Dealership of old. There are not many like this anymore and if you live anywhere near here, I'd buy and service here.

I had a brake issue and tried working on it myself. I didn't see the problem but the service team diagnosed and found what was wrong and advised me a few options. After the consultation I finally decided that it could be fixed at a later time.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Worked me in promptly, courteous and polite Service Manager is of the highest quality!!! In and out less than an hour for an oil change and state inspection.
