We've been calling on Burleson Plumbing & heating for all of the 30 years we've owned a vacation home in Little Switzerland. They have always provided superior service through professional employees and prompt response to calls for help, all at reasonable prices. Every one we have dealt with has been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Every community would be blessed to have a family company like Burleson serving their community. They have been a blessing to us.

Burleson Plumbing takes very good care of their clients; they call ahead, and arrive on time with everything they might need. In our case they listened carefully to what I thought was going on with my old kitchen drain. They thought outside the box and found the least invasive correction possible. They left everything clean and neat. We have used Burleson for 23 years and they have never let us down.

I had a major water leak, the main city pipe into my house, and had to turn the intake off. I called Burleson's, and they put me on the emergency call list. They came first thing this morning, fixed the problem, and now I'm good to go. Matthew and Matt were so nice, super helpful, and very efficient. Burleson's is my go-to for plumbing and heating. 5 stars!

I've been using Burleson plumbing since before Kenny was a twinkle in his Daddy's eye. They are so honest, their integrity is beyond reproach. I would never use anyone else, especially since I don't live there full time now. Just recently had a pump repair at my cabin and Kenny would have made his daddy proud.

We had Burleson out on three different occasions for various problems. They quickly came to our rescue and called before arriving. All of the plumbers are polite and offer suggestions for repairs. They do excellent work and saved us unnecessary costs.

In the post COVID world race to mediocrity and a whatever attitude when it comes to customer service, the folks at Burleson Plumbing are a welcome reminder of what real customer service used to be. Without fail they have been there for us -especially during emergencies. If you want to be reminded of what first class service is and what quality work looks like, call them. They show up when they say they will and do what they say they will do with no oh by the ways or misses. I will never use another plumbing or electrical service.

Great customer service and professionals that really know their stuff. Burleson plumbers Matt Petino and Mathew did a great job installing a tankless water heater in a very problematic spot. On-time, conscientious and knowledgeable. We really appreciate how difficult it was and what a great job they did.

Matt installed a new kitchen faucet and disposal for us last week. He and his partner were punctual, personable and got the job done quickly! We have used Burleson for all of our plumbing and heating issues and highly recommend them and all of their team!

Jet pump went out late on Friday night. Contacted Burleson Saturday morning. They put me on emergency list for Monday morning. Called first thing Monday and had pump changed out and water back on!! Matt and Matthew were very pleasant and informative

Had a leaking water heater replaced by Burleson Plumbing & Heating Co on 10-9-23. Their response was fast, they even arrived earlier than they said they would and they had taken the old heater out and installed the new all within about an hour. Mark and Robert were very friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.Service: Water heater installation

I just had my Mitsubishi mini-split serviced by Burleson Plumbing and Heating. The technician was Greg Reed. Greg did a thoroughly professional job! He was friendly and competent and worked efficiently. I couldn t ask for better service! We had an emergency with our water pressure supply and well so we called Burleson to let them know. The customer service rep was excellent and the technicians were excellent. I can't remember the lady's name but she was so attentive she even recognized we had small children and ensured the techs would come right away. Our techs were Matt and Braxton and they arrived within hours of our call and had us up and running almost immediately. They absolutely knew what they were doing and they made a great team. They were also able to educate us on a separate existing issue that we had a quick question about in regards to our toilet and they were professional and polite the entire time. We couldn't be happier with the service and with our water working again! Thank you all!A couple days later we had an issue with several of our outlets within the house not working. I called Burleson back and they sent two more technicians out within a couple days. Tim and Duane were also completely professional and more than polite. I actually forgot about an outdoor outlet while they were here and I was able to catch them right before they left. They were so understanding and kind, and had no problem getting back out to continue their work.We really appreciate again, thank you!

We had an excellent experience working with Burleson Plumbing to get our water back on. We called close to closing time about our water not coming on. They had a crew out first thing the next morning to assess and had the repairs completed the following day. Matt, Jesse and Tristan were efficient and professional. Matt made sure to communicate with us about everything going on and helped us understand the issues that needed to be addressed. Thank you guys again for an excellent job.

Bobby's mother water froze during the bad weather over the weekend. We called first thing Monday morning, and they were on site and working on the situation before 11 am. So grateful for the fast response and the problem solved quickly. Thank you for your prompt service!

Over several years this business has provided heating, plumbing and electrical repair services at my home. Today they replaced a failing electric meter panel. They (Cory) coordinated with the power company (to remove the meter and disconnect power) and the building inspector to approve the replacement. The repair people (Tim and Duane) were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Special thanks to Anthony, Hunter, Jereme, and Burleson Plumbing & Heating for the 5 star service installing our new furnace and AC.There service went above and beyond by:- Expediating the order and installing within a week just before the first snow- Straightening and resealing the air ducts- Draining and correcting the slope on the exhaust pipe- Unplugging the drain pipe- Right sizing the electric fuse breaker- Installing a lighting surge protector- Leaving the work site cleanerThanks for the early gift of heat this holiday season!

Very unprofessional from Plumbers to management to office staff. Terrible work done and I can't even get a supervisor or manager to come see why I am not happy. Just excuses. I was working with the owner and he is not at all interested in hearing my issues. several phone calls and several emails and no response. waste of money. I have to re do the work myself.Thanks for nothing Ken.

The Burleson Team once again has been the best of the best, Tim Barrier and his partner Dwayne re-wired a large shed, added can lighting and installed a new heater. They are the best! If they can t do our electrical work, we wait until they can. Hire the best of the best and you will get your best results!

We are out at Avery County Airport and on short notice (next day response) John and James came out and fixed two toilets, one shower and cleared a sewage line. They were polite, VERY competent, cleaned up thoroughly after every job, explained what they were doing and why - could NOT have been happier. I would have them come work on my own home in a heartbeat. Thank you Burleson for the quick response and the wonderful service your employees provided to us. - Geoff Russell
