If I could give a zero I would, these men were so rude to my daughter as she was trying to get an oil change. They talked to her like she knew nothing because she was a female and young, the reason I know is because she was on the phone with someone and they told me and she did too. She was in tears and that s unacceptable and very unprofessional!!!

I put one star because zero wasn t an option. The guy told me that my lug nut was stripped and he couldn t do anything with my tire, but the next spot I brought it to said there s nothing wrong with the lug nuts at all. Poor poor poor

If I could rate lower I would. Today I went for an oil change. I was called on my phone to come back to the tire and lube department.I was told that my oil pan had been stripped and they couldn't do anything to correct it, and it wasn't thier fault.I spent the next 15 minutes going back and forth with the department manager as to who was to fault. I had to have them pull service maintenance records to show they were the only ones to place hands on the oil pan for over the last one and a half years.I was then was requested to get 3 estimates for repair cost in writing. This meant i had to waste more of my time and gas to collect estimates that could have been obtained by Walmart via phone conversation.The only good thing to come from this experience was their willingness to correct the problem created by their own actions. They turned a 15 minute job into a couple day ordeal.

2 hours for a battery change is totally unacceptable, it takes 1 min to change it! The mechanics spent most of their time talking and giggling as if people don t have anywhere to go. They should be ashamed of themselves. Extremely disappointing.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Turned in the keys for an oil change and tire rotation at 1045. Woman said there were 3 people ahead of me and it would be about 2 hours. No worries. At 2pm, I'm informed it will take another half our. Are you freaking kidding?

If you buy tires from Walmart online with an aspect ratio of 40 they won t install them. But they will install a tire bought at the the store with an aspect of 40. So that makes sense. But they solved the issue and got my tires installed in a timely manner.Service: TiresService: Tires

Fed up with this tire center. Never had issues anywhere else! 5 hours and counting on getting a battery replaced. They let cars go ahead of us. Claiming they were already here first.. hmm no they weren t but ok. They also claimed our vehicle had been serviced when it actually wasn t . Lady at the desk has an attitude and I m just seriously fed up.

Scheduled an appointment, drove 30 minutes just to be denied service. They where very rude and walked away when I was talking to them. They would not even bother to explain why they refused to service my car even though I'm fixing to have a blowout. Will never come here for any car service ever again. They could care less about anyone's safety.

1st we try to walk in and are blocked by a bunch of employees talking, another employee has to yell at them and tell them to move out of the way so we could get out of the rain. They dont even apologize walk by yelling back at the other employee. We tell them we want an oil change and get told good to go. It never even got put in the system and they have to go talk to the mechanics in the bay. We get told it'll be the next one in the bay. Mind you it's already been 2 hours waiting and we have food in our cart. A few weeks ago my husband ordered tires, they never called him to let them know the tires had arrived, and once we went in to see what was going on they couldnt find them in the system at all. Each time the employees act incompetent and rude as though doing their job is a pain for them. This needs to be addressed its absolutely ridiculous.

There was grease on my leather seat and Bruce, the department manager was unconcerned.I waited over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They said they were short handed. Not real smart to schedule a skeleton staff on a Saturday.Brenda is the ONLY competent employee in the department.

Took my wife's car in just for a basic oil change and was informed that it would take at the longest 30-45 minutes before it would be done. Filled out the paperwork, dropped the keys off and went of shopping. After aimlessly wondering around Wal-Mart for an hour I proceeded to check out then eat at Subway in the store. Spent 30 minutes there at Subway and noticed that I had not received a phone call or page yet twice the length of time stated. Proceeded to the back to check and my car had not yet even been pulled in the bay. Sat and proceeded to wait another hour. By this time being a mechanic myself at a John Deere Dealership knowing it does not even take me this long to change 50 gallons of fluid from a tractor, I consulted the counter personal and said it would only be another 5-10 minutes wait another 15 minutes then to have my name yelled at me throw a door by one of Wal-Mart's professional staff. Staff never apologized for the inconvenience much less any acknowledgment. I will never recommend ANYONE to have service performed here, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am truly disheartened by the communication barrier here.

They took almost 4 hours to changes two tires after telling me it would take 2. On top of that both tires lost all of their air on my way to meet up with friends at a movie. I'm currently waiting outside the theater to try and get my vehicle towed. I would recommend somewhere else for tires

Went in for a Standard Oil Change, that was 2 1/4 hours ago. Was told it would be about an hour wait. Just now I went to check on the status and was told that they are just getting to my car. I understand that things happen but that's poor customer service not to notify me that there's been a delay.

If I could give negative stars I would! The manager in the auto department is horrible. Not only does he not know what he is doing, but I have seen him on more than one occasion yelling at his employees in front of customers, I'm pretty sure his name was Bruce, but anyways I come here all the time for my oil changes but I don't think I will be returning, and further more I will be reporting this to head quarters! I don't know where in life a manager could have such a crappy department and walk around with such a big ego like he is doing something big in his life, but in fully intend to see him be terminated. Walmart in spring lake please read this and others, if you don't believe me go and see for yourself. But be warned you will wait forever, see live Jerry springer action with employees and your car will be messed up!!!

The employees were very courteous and precise about putting my tires on my vehicle, I definitely will be back again in the very near future...Thanks Walmart auto shop staff.

These people are slow waited 2 hours for a tire change with only one car a head of me.. I recommend nobody to go hear I asked for a discount they told me no it's out of there hands.. yall are sorry..

Would raise stars if I didnt have to wait 2 hours for an oil change. I was literally the 2nd in line. First guy was done in 30 minutes.

Do not do business here in the tire shop. Came up here to get a new tire put on my car and said at 7:15 we won't be able to get to it. I then asked about just putting it on the rim and the woman gave me an attitude. Poor customer service.

The worst service I have ever seen. They ruined my tire sensor and expected me to pay for it.... Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible service...went into get two tires and took 2 hours and they forgot to put the hubcaps back on the tires after and just threw them in the trunk...absolutely horrible never again
