I wish I would have found Tucker's years ago! I've been there a few times now, and it's great service, great people, honest, and they truly care about the customer. They've earned me as a customer for life!

Recently got my Truck looked at, had the dealer and another name brand shop look at it and not be able to fix it, but this one got it done at a fair price in a reasonable amount of time.

Excellent automotive repair service. Secretary does an excellent job communicating with the customer. Complete diagnostic was performed. Pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this auto repair center.

I LOVE Mr. Mike and Ms. Melissa When it comes to PROFESIONAL, they have it Hands down and they ARE ALWAYS willing to help, THEY NEVER GIVE YOU PRICES OR QUOTES, you DON'T NEED. JUST STRAIGHT TO YOUR PROBLEM, and They are fair in their prices. THEY NEVER TRY TO BEAT YOU IN YOUR HEAD!!!, WITH PRICING. I WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO EVERYONE WHO NEEDS A MECHANIC.

Tucker s Auto Repair was extremely professional, fast and reasonably priced. I was given an incorrect quote from another repair shop, Tucker s had my vehicle for less than an week and found the real issue and saved me over $1000 on a misdiagnosis.I will be returning to Tucker s for service and diagnostics in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Very friendly and helpful team. Came in with a quick question when my car broke down about a mile away and they took time to listen and offer ideas on how to get me moving again, even looking up and printing off some technical information regarding my car model to help out.And when i finally got my old car into the shop, they diagnosed and fixed the root issue within minutes, honestly identifying what i needed. A lot off other places i have tried in past would have tried to make it seem more complicated just to charge more.I just accidentally came across Tucker's due to where my car broke down but they have a dedicated customer that will go to them for any future car issues.

Reasonable prices & great service. This is a true family owned service shop.I have been bringing my vehicles here for a few years. I have never had any issues. They are honest and don t bring up imaginary issues to get money out of you. Actually, in a few occasions, they have told that the repairs that I requested were not really needed and that I should save the money.Melissa at the front desk is friendly, has good communication, and most importantly she knows what she is doing. Heck, she may know more than the guys turning wrenches!Highly recommended!

Could have charged me an arm and a leg and I wouldn't have known the difference. Instead they fixed my key fob and only charged a few dollars. This is a great shop

I drove from CO to NC to give my mom a car and the auto shop in CO put the wrong size engine gasket on. Thank goodness for Tuckers because they were able to get the car in the same day I brought it which was close to closing time. They immediately found the problem, thoroughly explained it, fixed it, and even documented everything on the invoice so I could show it to the mechanic back in CO to get my money back. They were very kind and honest down-to-earth people. I wish we had a place Tuckers here in CO!

UPDATE after having been a customer for 3 years now (just because places change):STILL No nonsense...straightforward and very accommodating!They have always done exactly what I asked (or talked me about of unnecessary fixes I thought I needed that I didn t!)...and what they have fixed has always been for a very reasonable price! Thank you!

Very friendly. They are as knowledgeable as anyone when it comes to their services. The prices are very reasonable and they will stand by the work done. My go to place for reliable, honest, and high quality stuff. And if you are like me, where piece of mind puts you at ease, this is the place to go. Five easy stars for me!

Very good mechanics. Quick turnaround as well. Dropped my car off at 830am and 2 hrs later, it was completed. This included removing the entire front bumper to fix the problem. They also installed both parts at a very decent and affordable price.

Yet again another great job, excellent service, and competitive price. They even had to deal with my vehicle for a extended amount of time due to shipper procrastination of my part. Can't say enough good things about this shop. They have my business as long as I stay in the fayetteville area.

Our daughter literally moved to North Carolina 1 month ago. Originally she thought her power steering was low but after investigation it turned out the tensioner pulley had completely snapped off with the bolt breaking off inside. Not in did Tucker's get this done in half day, they kept costs low which this momma appreciates. Thank you for your great work!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was extremely happy with the work they did. I have a 1977 Chevy C10, and it's hard to find people that actually know how to work on an old vehicle. They retrofitted my AC, along with several other smaller jobs. They did quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

These people are AMAZING! Everything that needs done is done in a timely manner and its ALWAYS done right the first time! They always get us in within just a day or 2 of calling! This is our second time coming here and we HIGHLY recommend this place and everyone is so respectful! This is the ONLY place that I trust to fix my jeep. Thank you guys!

Without a doubt they are very professional and honest mechanics. I went for something I thought would be very expensive and they were able to fix it for only $30. They could have said that it was something else, but they were professional, fast and efficient. I highly recommend this place. Will return if I have another issue with my car. Thanks Tucker!!!!

The shop that tells you what you DON'T need to fix! Tucker's was suggested to me by a friend and I have used it multiple times to take cars that I don't have the time to work on myself. I have been told by them that certain things don't need to be fixed--only doing what needs to be done to keep the car in good shape. They are reasonable and provide consistent good service.

Hands down, this is one of the best repair shops !! They have been consistent with the quality of their work, accurate with troubleshooting, andextremely fair with prices. Melissa is excellent with customer service and the mechanics are Top Notch. I would continue to frequent this shop whenever required and recommend to friends!

Tucker s Auto Repair deserves 5 stars. They worked on my Toyota Corolla and Honda Odyssey, respectively. Fair price, does the work that needs to be done, and like their motto boldly states and has proven to me true, when you want it done right the first time. Thank you Tucker s Auto!

These folks have not only given 100% quility service every time I've called on them to help fix my rides but have also stood by me while I had to deal with other problems. They do not chance a dollar here and they would never take advantage of no one. They are family!

One of our car broke down in country side of Spring Lake so We got towing truck send to our car to Tucker.They found out it was alternator problem, They called us next day morning about car is ready.Price was good, car is working well.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Family run, good people. I usually do my own work but when I am unable, I go here. They are humble enough to refer if they can't do your repairs. I recommend them to anyone who ask because I trust them. Affordable and have hung parts that I purchased which is rare in a shop. Most shops will not do this because they loose $ by not getting the mark up on parts. Give this place a look if your car needs repairs.
