I had my fender painted, door painted and repaired, and rocker panel repainted. The price was what i expected and they did an amazing job on the body lines, paint, and service in general. They kept in contact with me and let me know about any issues and kept me well informed in general. They finished the car way quicker than i expected. 10/10 experience!!

I was very pleased with the time and prices of the repair for my vehicle, it was done sooner then I had anticipated and the owner was very competent with keeping me updated with the status of the repairs! Highly recommend for all your paint and repair needs!

Have you heard the phrase, "You get what you paid for?" Well, we didn't even get that! It has been just over 8 months and the paint is peeling off of the truck we had painted by Simmons Affordable Auto Care LLC. The owner refuses to acknowledge that the paint job was less than pristine. Let the pictures speak for themselves. The painter's tape was left on the inside door frame. Paint bubbled and dried on the edge of the hood. It is literally peeling daily above the windshield and on the passenger's side door. The truck bed has paint stains from it dripping during the painting process, Lastly, we opened the gas door, only to find it is still the original color of the truck. The sign says affordable, but in the end it will cost you more to fix whatever is done! Go somewhere else. Disappointed customer.....Mr.Richard BagbyService: Painting

My entire passenger side door and window, fender and bumper were replaced here and I couldn t be happier. My car looks better than when I bought it. They were extremely understanding and I never had a problem getting a hold of them when I had questions. They went above and beyond to get my car back to me as soon as possible and were very reasonable and understanding. If you have any doubts about taking your vehicle here, those them out and just bring your car in. You will be very happy with their work.Service: Body & Trim

Mr. Simmons helped me a lot, my back door was damaged due to hit, but they were able to replaced it for an reasonable price and now my vehicle look brand new. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much I m satisfied.

Very flexible, actually remembered that I had come in like 2 weeks ago to ask about putting my door on and had extra people on standby. By far the best price in town, was very quick, excellent job, and did everything i asked. 5/5!

Very disrespectful verbally. Because i was trespassed on purpose i have to call police when i need to check on my vehicle. He called me this morning threatening that the next time i call the police and say i want to pick up my vehicle. Which i have a right. He will destroy my truck and leave it on the road. Then hung up on me.has no knowledge or dates after months and months and months and months of when a paint job will be done. Constantly giving false dates and times. Always stating your vehicle is in the paint booth. No other vehicle will be touched before yours. Blah, Blah, Blah. Ask for payment up front. But then you don't know when you will get your vehicle back. The same way and condition you brought it in. Then he likes to call you with threats and when you respond he hangs the phone up. Then he blocks your calls. I will update with photos of my Truck when or if i ever get it back. Its been 4 months now. 2 different painters. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! Your response is untrustworthy and untruthful. You will be held reponsponsible for your work. My opinion. Eric Derrick who pays for a paint job 3 times?? Get it right the first time. At least the second time. Now on the third time and 4 months later let's see the outcome. The mistakes are your responsibility not mine.Far as calling me a liar is defamation. You have not been at that shop when I brought my vehicle in. Get the job done right is that too much to ask from a paid customer. Stop the blame and take responsibility.

I can t place a higher recommendation than 5 stars or I would. They went above and beyond in every aspect to help me out in a manner that fit with my difficult schedule and took time on a holiday to ensure I was taken care of. The prices were very reasonable for the work provided and the work was done in the same day. The mechanic even agreed to stay late to ensure the work was finished. I am very happy with the work and wouldn t hesitate to recommend Simmons to anyone needing mechanic work in the spring lake or fort Bragg area.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Criss is lying, I was there when she spoke with the owner and he was very professional and tried several times to calm her, but she was insistent on being belligerent. The purpose for the call was to inform her of an equipment malfunction that added an extra day to the process. No threats were made and the owner was nothing but courteous. This is the 3rd time her truck has been painted here because the first 2 times the paint had problems. She only paid for 1 paint job so everything after that has been out of the owners pocket. I understand being frustrated with the progress but dishonesty and personal attacks against the business are uncalled for.

Travon and his team were great in keeping us updated on parts orders and repairs. Body work and paint looks good. They went beyond what was expected and really have a family feel to the business. I called in hours after getting into a car accident asking for an appraisal. I was stressed and was not sure what to do with the damages on my truck. I got an appraisal from the owner of the shop less than five minutes of walking into the door. He looked at my truck, gave me best and worst case scenarios, talked me through what he thought the insurance would do, and gave me an amazing quote. This is not a dealership with flat rates. This is an old fashioned shop that you can walk into and talk to another human being that works for a living, not a robot style front desk lady. 10/10 recommend this man to anyone. He s not fishing for work, you can tell that by all the cars in his shop/property. He s got work, but he s also got a good business mind and can help you out that day. Couldn t be happier with the service here, and as a service member from Fort Bragg I can say that it s hard to find someone this close that s not trying to scalp you.

@Criss it s unfortunate you ve had this experience but it s extremely hard to believe. Mr. Simmons has always and is a respective person. Mr Simmons conducts him self in a professional manner. This is what I ve personally experienced and witness. For my personal experience I don t even know where to begin, but if a given 5 !! As a single mother I have done business with Mr. Simmons on several occasions, and it was always affordable and time sufficient. Even when the expense has been out of my reach Mr. Simmons tailored to my need so the job can get done. I ve recommended, referred, and will continue to recommend Simmons Affordable s business to anyone that is in need of his service. Great place to get your car needs done

They have unbeatable prices and great services. They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I got my car fixed a few weeks back and they helped ease all my concerns that I had about my vehicle as it wasn't starting, and now it working better than before. I highly recommend this business!

First off Mr. Simmons was the most exceptional human being you can come across starting off!! The repairs were more extensive than anticipated so there diagnostic was quick and very thorough, he immediately accommodated my truck in to his work load. Mr. Simmons was very professional and was an amazing subject matter expert that was just as impressive as his staff. His mechanics worked tirelessly and diligently to do the upmost for my vehicle. He definitely arranged the payment as his name states affordable auto repair . I thank Mr. Simmons and his staff for an amazing job with my 2007 Mitsubishi Raider as well as give me THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever had at any auto repair ever. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone who is seaming herbal auto repair or even esthetic work due to him having multiple shops for a wide varsity of support for your vehicle needs. I had an awesome experience with Simmons Affordable Auto! He was transparent & polite!. He worked with my son and I on a vechicle that was right for our abudget and that he enjoys driving! Anything I had a question about was answered in a timely manner. He went out if hus watcto make me feel comfortable! He assured us that he is a business Man that cares about people as well!. I have seen this first hand for myself. I'm a single parent and can't afford alot of problems. Mr. Trevon told me to contact him first if I had any issues! Ee are planning to get another vehicle for my youngest son. Overall great experience !!

amazing team honestly, Brought in my M3 for some frame work. Their team provided really high quality work & repainted replacement parts all in such a short time i was amazed and very satisfied! They also didnt charge me an arm & a leg very reasonable business & they have no problem telling you exactly what will be used/done to your car to get it back to the oem look, they dont leave you wondering thank you guys for your work im hoping this review opens eyes for the locals passing this place. My experience here was amazing. It s a hard to find an honest shop with people of integrity. I found that and more here. I came in with a scratched up side and left with no scratches!! I went to Simmons to have my car detailed. This is the second time having them detail it and they did a great job inside and out. Very detailed work, from debris removed from the crevices in the carpet to the dust in the vents. Left my car smelling good as well. Would recommend their services to others.

ABSOLUTELY 5 'S. My car had an incident with a curb and needed major cosmetic work to the lower driver side door and painting. I could not afford to have a complete door replaced. I was referred by a friend to go to Simmons Affordable Auto Care. She assured me I would be well taken care of. She was right! I found Simmons to be AFFORDABLE AND PROFESSIONAL! They repaired my car in a timely manner (2 days before the projected time). My car looks as good as new! Thank you Mr. Simmons and staff. I feel so bad because I told him I would give him a review and I forgot! But I ve sent three people your way since! I had a few scratches on my car from letting a dumb friend drive it and he fixed it in one day! Will always come here for my car needs, and I m always recommending you! One should be there tomorrow
