Very professional and the do good work I hit a deer on January first and knocked out my grill and headlight along with my horn they did way more than what most shops would to fix my car insurance paid up to a certain amount and we were responsible for anything left and they didn t charge us for our portion they covered it for us they did all they could to keep the cost low and they even fixed my air conditioner which was a nice plus considering they were only doing body work. Before and after pictures you can t even tell there was prior damage. I will most definitely come back here if I need any more work done on my car.

Awesome experience!!! Found this shop in hopes that they could fix my daughter's front fender from where someone hit her car and took off. Spoke with Mr. Bob, who asked if I just wanted it repaired or do I want it to look like nothing ever happened. Of course, I wanted the latter!! After four days I was pleasantly surprised with the results of the job. I got what I asked for and that was foe the car to look like nothing ever happened to it. Great job!!!

Really nice place to go, Treated me extremely well, Willingly let me know about concerns I had. Got 2 tires put on rims, Mounted and balanced plus had a cooling fan issue fixed. I went to Riverside Automotive for the first time. I have an older car, (doesn't matter really, except parts are harder to get). Riverside was patient with me, and did a fantastic job on my car! She runs great now! They communicate with you, don't rip you off, and best of all, are very nice people! They have a warranty on their work, too! I definitely will go back, and recommend them to anyone!

Everyone was friendly, up front and honest. When I took my car in, it sounded like a half full tool box going down the road. Less than 2 work days later it's quiet as a mouse and smooth as glass and they fixed some minor issues that I was working on while solving the main problem. 10/10 experience all around

Excellent Experience. Quick turnaround. Also, They were very fair with pricing and dealt with me honestly, In other words, not doing things that didn t need doing that they could have done if they weren t ethical. That s refreshing. And their communication with everything was top notched. I ll use them again.

I called Friday, made appointment for Tuesday. I got there a bit early today, They took my car on time, I didn t have to wait so long. Everything was good.Only thing I didn t like that They didn t give me a receipt. Other car repair places provided receipt about what they worked with price, I signed on the paper but they didn t give me a copy.It s clean, good place.Service: Wheel alignment

Wow. I'm just so ecstatic over my experience here. Everyone I talked to has been so amazing and clear on the issues with my car. I brought it in because I heard a lot of tire noise after getting a rotation and work done over a week ago at another shop. I knew I wasn't going to return despite having a pleasant experience there and decided to look around for another shop.I found Riverside and I can't begin to tell you how attentive and phenomenal their service was. I just found the new shop for my Honda. Thank you Adam and everyone there. I will be sure to spread the word on how great the service is. My radiator cracked today in the middle of road trip I was taking out of town. I didn t know anyone in the area, so I called my local mechanic who recommended Beacon Towing and subsequently Riverside Automotive and Tire LLC for my repairs today and I am very glad I was sent here!The customer service was great from start to finish. They were able to replace and repair everything needed within a nice 2-3hr window with no (zero) notice. I really appreciated them fitting me in. One employee even took me down the street to make sure I grabbed a bite for lunch since I was going to stay and wait for my vehicle awhile.Not only was the team exceptional, but the prices were too. I verified everything with my family mechanic before moving forward, but after he confirmed that I was getting the right Orr for the right price and actually getting a great deal on labor, I didn t hesitate.My vehicle was taken care of even faster than promised and I am just now about to hit the road again before it even gets dark! After my experience this afternoon I would say Riverside is definitely a quality, trust-worthy automotive repair business and would recommend them to anyone!

Review Update:They now smoke throughout the facility. This is #1 asthma attack trigger. I HAD TO LEAVE AND WILL NOT RETURN!Professional and affordable. I've been taking my Tundra and wife's Avalon to dealership. My truck will now be going here. Avalon still under free service period.

Got my tires changed and everything was good my only complaint is why did they think it would be a great idea to torque my wheels to 150 foot pounds and that is maxing out my torque wrench trying to take the lug bolts off. Stop zipping stuff with an impact. Ruined my lug bolts and damn near my lug bolt holes on the hub.Service: TiresService: Tires

I called to make an appointment, scheduled, and they performed the work on time. I've now used them twice since moving here, and have been very happy. This is the place to go if you want honest fair and good people working on your car!! Did not know that there were good mechanics left and so very grateful to have found them. They did exactly what they told me and were far above and beyond on pricing and and fast service! They made you feel at home and treated me with respect! Thank you so much!!! I 100% recommend!!

Absolutely incredible experience! Called on a Saturday and didn't need an appointment for tire repair. Get there and they take care of it in less than 30 mins. Has a friendly staff and sweet Rotty name Lazarus to pet. Will definitely return when we have a "real" issue. Service: TiresService: Tires

I was calling around the nearby shops to find quotes for a oil change with the full service right away the guy was helpful even took the time over the phone to tell me what type of oil my car takes and then even checked to see if they have availability for me to come and get my issue taken care of. The process was easy and smooth and I only waited around 15 mins when the mechanic came by handed the guy at front desk my keys and bam !I wish I caught his name but he was very helpful and nice and took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely be going there again!Service: Oil change

Great group, took my 4runner in to get a lift kit and tires installed. Kept me up to date on everything and called if they had any questions. They want to ensure you are happy with their service. They do not over charge and do unnecessary work. I was so happy, I have already spoken to them about working on my son's truck. I am very picky on who works on my vehicles and I trust them.

The automotive service provided is trustworthy and reasonable. I brought my sons truck in for multiple services. They care about providing exceptional service and treat you and your property with respect. Sometimes our vehicles take on a story or a memory all on its own, and this is the situation with my sons truck.......Riverside cares!!! They take care of both my vehicles. I have not taken a vehicle to riverside, but if I lived in the area Bob and Wanda would definitely have my business. Long story short. I found a boat that they were selling on Craigslist. Went down and took a look and told Bob I would be back in 2 days to purchase the boat. Mean while he had calls about this boat, with offers for more than what he was asking for the boat. He could have sold it before I came back, but he didn't. He kept his word. So if you're looking for good and honest folks to take care of your vehicles this is your place. By the way, the shop was clean and his mechanics were friendly. Thanks again

Being someone that does not know about cars makes it easy for some one to get one over on me. This place is awesome, they listened to me and explained what I needed to know, they did their job and very honest and up front. I see why their reviews are good. This will/is my new place I take my car for anything.

Very trustworthy. Most places try to squeeze all of the money out of you that they can. This business really seems to care more about keeping the road a safer place. It is comforting to have a place where I can take my car if I ever have a concern without worrying about being seen as a walking dollar sign. I don't go anywhere else.

Joey and the Entire staff at Riverside automotive are above and beyond amazing! I recently brought both my vehicles in for repairs and they were done fast, efficient and at a very affordable price. I'll be coming to them from now on for all my vehicle repairs!
