Ray Road Auto Parts and Service took great care of my car. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very friendly. My car runs like it's brand new! I just recently bought a home in the area and this will be my new go to mechanic for all of my auto needs. Thanks Ray Road Auto for getting my car back on the road!

They are very friendly and do a great job. Had an overheating issue that they fixed. Instead of selling me coolant the called and asked if I would rather have them used the coolant I had already paid for. That is a solid and trustworthy auto repair shop. I also didn't know it is a hardware store too. Local small business's is where we should spend our hard earned money. Class Act!!!!

I called 2 days ago to schedule for car alignment service but they said We don t take appointment service so I asked is it ok Friday afternoon lady said We are not busy this friday afternoon looks free. I told her I ll be there this Friday afternoon. I showed friday afternoon, they said We won t be available till Tuesday plus They charge surcharge if you use credit card. I always support local business than big chain but I m not going back this place. I actully called other wheel alignment place to schedule my car after wasted my time here.

Had to have my heat pump replaced and they gave me a good deal and helped me replace it. The service was good and they done a really good job with the installation. So I can say that if you half to replace one and give them a call.

I hate that I m writing this review, because the folks at Ray Road have been nothing but extremely friendly. I bought a new car a few months back and brought it to them and paid over $100 to have a full inspection. They found two small things but said the vehicle was great. Today I brought my car somewhere new for a routine oil change and come to find out that the entire bottom of the car is rusting including the oil plug which is so rusted I have to replace the oil pan which is almost $400. If they had told me about the oil plug being rusted I could have had it taken care of for free by Car Max but now the warranty is over. Unfortunately I will not be going back ever again.Service: Vehicle Inspection

These guys were awesome. We needed a vehicle trailer to PCS across the state's and they hooked us up. We noticed that one of the tires were blown and they replace all the tires no questions asked. They also gave is 50 dollars off just for the inconvenience of waiting for them to change the tires.Awesome people and good folks. Front desk girl is pretty hot too so that's a plus.

Honest, effective, excellent service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The mechanics are knowledgeable and communication is great. They explain everything before they begin. Price is fair and the service exceptional. I highly recommend them.

I was very satisfied with Ron. He did some welding on a windmill blade. Cost $25 which is a heck of a lot better than buying a new windmill.

Always EXCELLENT curtious service. Im told about problems before they are and about how many miles ive got to do something about it in and what my choices are to fix it and about how much it'll cost. Im 55 and female. This is THE ONLY PLACE in my life i felt was honest about everything with me. I just started using RAY ROAD when the current owner bought it. Id NEVER willing use another car repair place ever if I can get to them. They've NEVER done me wrong and helped educate about cars so mine will last me longer. Honestly I cant praise them enough.

Mechanics are very knowledgeable in their craft, very friendly and informative. They get done what needs to be done in a timely manner. Customer service is superb! Wouldn t recommend any other shop.Honest and straight forward.

During the 22 years I lived in NC, I never had a complaint with personnel, auto repair, hardware, etc. Outstanding folks at Ray Road Auto. The owner manager, Joey Phillips has made this business the success it enjoys.People and community oriented.

I so hate to be writing this but definitely not Happy at this time!! Took my van in to have the O2 Sensors replaced because will not pass inspection with the check engine light on. When I paid the bill and picked the vehicle up, the light was off but now two hours later it's back on!! Called and talked to one of the mechanics, now being told it could be something else but to put it on their computer/machine it would cost $80.00. After paying and trusting this business I'm hating that I ever took the vehicle in!! Because I've heard of garages, fixing one thing but doing something to cause you to bring the vehicle back!! I do have to say NO to this and I will have another place of business to check on why the light is back on!! Also, will be calling the Better Business Bureau because this girl doesn't play after letting my trust down!! So Be Ware!!

Awesome customer service. I rented a uhual. I was assisted on loading my car onto the trailer as well as attaching the trailer to the uhual . I was also given tips on driving the trailer since I don't have much experience with them . They went beyond what they had to do.

These guys are legit, I love Ray Road Auto! They have saved me lots of money on multiple occasions. By only fixing what needs to be fixed unlike most other auto repair shops.

I get my truck HUD do 4 months ago and broken down 4 night go. We told ray about it and he said it don't looking like same part so change over by it self. I will never go back to him

Not very friendly, I prefer Rays up the street.My review was 4 years ago and there was another auto service shop that was much smaller. His name was Ray. This shop was not friendly four years ago.
