Went in to get some spark plugs for my ranger and was blown away by the service provided by the two guys working there this Thursday. They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. I had to keep running in to get tools and, even though it was busy, they were able to juggle everything and still help me with all my needs. I would hire these guys in a second. This is the reason I will only shop at O'Reilly's.

I absolutely love this place! Mrs. Heather runs a tight ship and her employees are extremely complimentary! Went in today to get a battery Mr. Kenneth sold it to me and replaced it for me. Service with a smile I appreciate that sooooo much. A few weeks before I had the same experience with Mr. Mark when I need a refill of freon. Again I love this place!!!

Went here after my racist encounter at AutoZone and I can t remember the girls name but I actually seen her at the counter when I walked in like they are supposed to be. Did the same exact thing I did in AutoZone and she did not assume I was trying to steal because my hands were behind my back holding lug nuts away from me. But she helped me find the right ones for the car and she was very friendly, nice and helpful. Then had to go back and assisted by another lady, I forget her name too. Lol but them ladies know their stuff!!

Went here to get some brake lights changed, super quick and easy, Kenny even tested to see what was broke first and then a quick purchase and he installed them too! Will definitely be back to this shop

It's pretty good. I seemed to have irritated the workers by having a few problems in a row so I don't go as often as I need. Sometimes people have an off day, I've had far to many recently so I understand. Maybe that's all it was.

I ve been to this location twice so far and both experiences were great. The first time was to get a new battery and the process was very quick and smooth. He replaced the battery, walked me through the process and told me to call or come by if I have any questions or concerns. I just called a few days ago to ask if they can check my battery and if there will be any cost. Of course there is no cost involved and the representative was very nice. The store is very clean and well organized.

Customer service is great but they don't answer the phone when you push the button for customer service they just let it ring and ring and ring and ring and then it goes back to the recording. They have not answered their phone and about 9 months that I know of the only way to get through to anyone is to call the pharmacy and then when they go to transfer you somewhere you still don't get an answer and it still goes back to the recording so when they start fully doing their job again I might change it to five stars.

If you need a part fast they will get it quicker than most other stores, BUT they will not match prices exactly like they state. They will give you a partial discount. Basically if you can get the part from some where else and you can wait a day later go for the other place. Other than that it's a great store.

Purchased a value remanufactured starter with free one day shipping from the store and got the starter installed it and it was defective. Was pretty bummed I had to go through the whole process of determining it was the starter and then removing it again.Brought the part back today and was told they didn't have another value starter and stock and I would have to wait till the next day to get it. Was just going to bite the bullet and purchase the higher price starter but then found that I could not get the 20% off with it being a purchase in store.But then Heather the manager stepped in and exchange the value starter for the higher tier starter for free. They've earned my loyalty as a customer and the way they handled this situation.They treated me as a value customer and not just another Joe Schmo and went above and beyond accommodating me and making sure I could get my vehicle back on the road as soon as possible. Goodbye to the other auto parts stores I'll be shopping at O'Reilly's from now on.

At 8:30pm and you your car battery took a dump they very friendly and will drop in a new battery for you in all of 15 minutes total time. Helped me out big time, now I don't have to drop it off at a Walmart or Firestone and miss time from work. Definitely a positive experience for a not so nice situation.

I checked a lot of the other parts stores in the area I have O'Reilly's give me the best price on the battery wiper blades and fluid and also they installed them all for free thanks O'Reilly's I will be shopping here again great customer service

Service was excellent. Parts ordered were supposed to be OEM Direct Fit , weren't even close. Not anyone's fault at the store but the manufacturer screwed up. Will be returning the parts tomorrow.

Good Staff that goes the extra mile to get you what you need. Not as well stocked as their competitors but usually can have what you need within a day. Management honors the manufacturer warranty and will make things right if problems arise. Parts are usually name brand and to be expected the prices are a bit higher but if you want junk go down the street to the other part stores. I am sure they will take your $ and leave you high and dry when the part fails. Besides if you find a part cheaper in town O'Reilly will price match it.

Dwayne and everybody else treated me amazing when I came in. Dwayne gave me so much help and direction to get my alternator fixed at the best price possible, and I appreciate everything he was able to do for me. :) y all will see me again lol

The people at this store are great. Whether you come in during the day and talk to Heather or at night and work with Larry or Dwayne, they are always on top of their game.

I ordered a much needed tool on 14 May 2018 (from Store 3884) and was told that it would be in at 0730 on 15 May 2018 because it was coming from Greensboro, NC store. I went to the store at 0742 on 15 May 2018 to pick up the tool and was told by the manager that the delivery routes were changed and didn't get the email till midnight of the 14th. However no one called those waiting for parts for 0730 to inform them. When I asked the manager about when is the estimated time he responded with "I don't know but it will be in today". I have called throughout the day and was told that truck has still not made it in. At 1930 I called again to locate where the part is and when it will be here and the guy on the phone said he didn't know and no one in his store knows. I then asked half joking you guys lost a truck and he said "yes", so I asked seriously your company has no idea where a truck they bought, and pay a driver for; his answer was "yes we have no idea". So far the customer service minus when I placed the order has been horrible and the lack of care of service is very disrupting, especially when one of those people is the manager. I am very disappointed in the company and if this is how the company takes care of customers they should be ashamed.

I am and always have been a loyal customer to oreilly's around the country but today there was a hispanic man, who was having trouble speaking in English. I witnessed an elder employee raise his voice and yell at this customer trying to return his item when he was not being rude, nor trying to break any rules. I understood the language barrier, but that was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. I will NOT be returning to this oreilly's for as long as I stay in Fayetteville.
