They were the absolute best! I called ahead to see if they had the oil filter for my car since another location didn not and they had called and had one delivered to them and were already waiting for me to arrive. They had my car serviced and taken care of so fast! I had never been in and out so fast ever anywhere else. They were so friendly and went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning to them.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube when I went in for my state inspection. The staff was courteous and professional, and they completed the inspection in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was kept informed throughout the process. I will definitely be returning to Jiffy Lube for future inspections and maintenance needs

So I m only doing this review in hopes that someone actually in charge can deal with their people. Went to jiffy lube today just for an inspection on my 2000 ford diesel truck. Super simple just safety inspection, but when I got there 1720 (5:20pm) the old guy tells me I have to take it somewhere else because the lift won t lift my truck. I ve brought it here before so I don t see why they wouldn t do it this time. Pretty sure since it was close to closing time they just didn t want to do it. So again to whoever is the boss please fix your people.

UPDATE: After supposedly getting a response from the owner (below), I responded to his email address and have not heard anything back 5 days later. Apparently their customer support is also a scam. Beware.Took vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. While there, they tried to get me to replace my brakes too, saying the rotors were almost gone. This made no sense as they were only a few thousand miles old. I took it in the next day to the dealership to ask about and not only were my brakes perfectly fine, but they had left at least one nut loose and stripped/damaged several bolts with a shoddy tire rotation. And, to cap it off, they had overfilled the oil to dangerous levels where the dealership had to do another oil change to protect the engine.So, on top of trying to get me to pay almost $500 for new brakes I didn't need, I had to pay for a second oil change in 2 days.Cannot possibly recommend after this experience. It was not the first time I've used this Jiffy lube, but it will be the last. Now I'm concerned about my other vehicle I had serviced there and will probably need to get it checked out.

Great customer service. All the employees were very courteous and respectful. They also took the time to explain the issues I had with my vehicle to better understand the repairs I needed to make.

I did not have an appointment for an oil change and I didn't need one. I arrived i was promptly helped and told where to park my car. There were a few people ahead of me and I was still in and out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend because the service was wonderful!

I've been a loyal customer at Jiffy Lube in Spring Lake, NC, for the past four years. However, I recently had a negative experience with an employee who requested a Cash App payment.The employee charged me $100 to change my battery, which I already owned. Since I had almost no gas and didn't want to take the risk of going to the gas station and turning the car off, I reluctantly agreed. When I requested a receipt, the manager instructed the employee to refund my Cash App payment and then charged me $128 for the battery change.While I understand that the market is tough, and perhaps the employee wanted to keep the money for themselves, the fact that the manager didn t apologize and officially charged me $128 for a battery change tarnishes the reputation of Jiffy Lube. I have decided not to return there.

Customer service is great, knowledgeable of products and services, and courteous throughout the maintenance experience. Price is reasonable and no add on salesmanship to get you to purchase more products you don t need. The waiting room is see through so you can see your car at all times. I've lived in the housing area across the street from Jiffy Lube, for 30-years, and I have used Jiffy Lube services over the years, and the best staff workers are the one that's there now. They are very professional and polite, I told all my military friends and battle buddies about their service and they all told me that they receive the same quality service. I look forward to my next visit for service.

Had an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection done. Friendly staff and attentive to my vehicle. The amount of safety taken in the shop was fantastic. Never had any issues coming in for routine maintenance. Fast service. Free coffee and wifi.'23 Edit: been coming here for a few years now and they always do a great job. Oil changes, state inspections, tire rotations, I don't go anywhere else. Always in and out without any issue.

For inspections, Spring Lake Jiffy Lube has always been in-&-out w/out the useless additional sales pitches if not required; been bringing all my vehicles here since around 2015 even though I moved deeper into Fayetteville, closer to Raeford; great team, professional, courteous; highly recommend.

I took my 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Sportto Spring Lake Jiffy Lube to have the oil topped off. They ended up telling me that they will go ahead and do an oil change mind you that was not needed to later. I want to get to the bottom line. I started having issues shifting the vehicle in gear(automatic) and also the vehicle was also stopping and lunging forward. I took it to a mechanic who told me the vehicle needed transmission fluid. I took the receipt from the mechanic to Jiffy Lube and they refused to reimburse me. They also stated to me out of the blues that did you know your vehicle has a transmission fluid leak. Nevermind that one of their operators told me on the 11th that there was a leak that was possibly caused by the person that did the last oil who did not tighten the oil filter properly. It is very sad to me because I have been bringing my Mitsubishi Montero to Spring Lake Jiffy Lube for over 10+ plus years. Not anymore though.

Very fast and friendly service. The (reddish hair didn t catch his name) man that greeted me was very polite. He walked me to the waiting room where I was at for less than 10 mins while they did an inspection. I ve never had such an experience while getting my car taken care of and I will be back for my next one!

Sorry for the late review, been a bit crazy since I moved outta my parents place.Actually that's somewhat relevant to the review, they helped me when my ride broke down near there the day I was moving out. The manager went out of his way to get my ride going again - he called someone who was actually off that day to ask if they could come take a look, they had me back on the road within a really reasonable time, given the convoluted nature of the situation

Great service, quick and professional. Very friendly staff, especially Bo. Work performed efficiently and no issues afterward. Went here to get a tire change because you know jiffy lube specializes in tires oil and breaks per their sign. I was informed they do not have tires at the location and they can t get it delivered. I m assuming because it is Sunday and it was only 3 people and no one can leave to get the tire. They had no cars or business at the time and just opened up.
