I was referred to them by RoadRunner Towing. When I tell you a friendly environment, they gave me detailed information about my car and was honest about the work. I highly recommend Humphrey's Automotive as you car service needs.

Mr. Humphry is A1! He will get you in and out fast and job will be done right!! Prices are better than most shops that over price same job especially imports!You will thank yourself!!

I've been here twice, once for repair of my alternator and second for brake replacement. Both times they got me in and repaired my vehicle within 4 hours with VERY reasonable pricing. In fact they got me my alternator at warranty price even though there was no warranty on it! They always look after their customers and the receptionist, Nia, is a kind and caring individual. Mr. Humphrey is an extremely nice gentleman as well and always cares about the customer's experience.

Since I couldn't find an email or a working website for this company I will express my concern here and hope that the company sees it.I am UK resident who just received a payment slip saying 'Your payment has been approved' and that the parts I "ordered" were to be shipped to the office of this company. I have never ever ordered anything from this company. I didn't know it existed until today and most of all I don't even own a car.I would be grateful if someone follows up on this report. I found out that I am not the only person with this problem. I expect an answer by the end of the week and if I don't I would probably have to contact the authorities as there's clearly something wrong going on here.

This place will get your car and find all kind of other issues that never was a problem. Keep the car so long and when you get the bill you need a whole new car cause the bill so high that they buy ur car for a low amount.. stay away....

Based on other reviews; the email I just received seems to be a scam. They didn't show my name on invoice (red flag 1), didn't show cost properly (red flag 2) and now see others who received similar emails (red flag 3).I'm imagining the "folks" providing positive feedback are a part of the scam. Do not respond to this phone number or email in any way.

My car broke down and I had to have it towed to Humphrey's. I had to be at work so I only let them know what I thought was wrong. They figured it out quickly and handled the problem. They were so amazing and made me feel like my car was in the best care. Nia at the front desk is great she treats you like a person and not just dollar bills. She made me feel so comfortable. They are really amazing and I will definitely be taking both my cars here from now on!

Needed brakes bled and pads checked. Got a call saying it was ready. When I asked what was done they replaced a line because it was almost worn through without asking. I said that's fine and paid. Brakes still had air in them. Brought back replaced master cylinder. Worse than before. Now my vehicle is unsafe to drive and I'm out $240 and would not give money back. Called me a liar. Do not take your vehicle here. Also took three entire days for him to do that.

I love Humphry's Automotive. I have been a loyal customer for 12 years. They have always provided great prices and service. I feel like I am part of the family. I can call them and ask them questions about a vehicle and they will explain the situation to me. When comparing their prices to others I have found them to be cheaper and to offer suggestions on how to make the situation even cheaper. I will always continue to go to Humphry's for all my vehicle needs.

Please read my complete review-concerning "E MAILS" (Especially my updates both 1 & 2)I received an email saying my "order" has been processed and approved with shipping and billing going out to this company, stating parts are being billed to me through Auto Parts Warehouse. The email also included a ZIP attachment. Anyone reading this, DON'T OPEN IT! as I believe it to be Credit card fraud.Never have I been to, know the owner or its employees, nor conducted any business with this repair shop so I cannot offer an opinion as to their repair quality or their veracity. I lived over 250 miles away.I can only suggest that anyone who receives an e mail from this company contact the Spring Lake NC Police department and also review their credit and debit account at whatever bank(s) they do business with.Also, monitoring your credit card statements for the next 90 days would be advisable.UPDATE: 1I called the Spring Lake Police Department to report this E Mail to them. When I asked for the Detective Department the operator at the Police Dept. asked if my call is about an "E Mail that I received", I said "Yes". I was only able to leave a message on the Detective Departments Voice Mail asking for a call back.UPDATE:2As I was writing this, I received a call back from the Detective Department in Spring Lake.They checked with AUTO PARTS WAREHOUSE-Non of the order numbers on the e mail's correspond to their order numbers.It has been determined by the local police that someone hacked Humphry's E Mail server and sent out e mail's in their name.I wouldn't say this company is a scam considering the circumstances uncovered by the local Police Department. I would say that this is a business who's e mail server got HACKED and this E Mail HACKING created a crisis for the business.

I ve been going to Mr. Humphrey for awhile now. Any issues with either of my vehicles, I m going straight to him. No matter what. Anytime I need to bring my vehicle in, Ms. Nia always get me on the schedule for repairs. The email you received is not the fault of this business. Don't blame them and post bad reviews. Their email was hacked and someone has sent these out to hundreds or thousands of people. It may even be someone they know trying to trash their business. Please be sensible and just delete the email. Be kind, this could be your business. Give them kindness.

Under my company email which i never link with any of my credit card have receive the shipping order email as most of you did. I'm quite shocked receiving such email since I'm living neither in US nor Europe. I'm from Malaysia where faraway from the spammer and have totally no idea how did they come with my email address. Hence, i hope to advice the host of the email to follow up with the matter and trace the spammer as soon as possible before they spread more virus under your company name and spoil your reputation.

Today I received an e-mail that my order was ready.I did not order any parts at this company.Live in the Netherlands so why the hell would I even order parts in the U.S.A.They have been hacked or this is a scam.
