My husbands car got hit outside of this shop so we took it here and everyone was super helpful at first but what we didn t expect is that it would take 6 MONTHS to repair the dent and rim that blew and it was estimated to be 7k which was mostly paid by insurance and then the day before he was supposed to get his car back they said he owes an extra 10K which was never talked about in the multiple conversations we ve had with them throughout this whole 6 months. We will never go here again and I don t recommend.

This business is black listed from the military for a reason! Customer service is great people but the owner is a scam artist and you can not trust taking your car here.

Had these guys do some work on my truck, had some discrepancies in the beginning but the owner was very understanding and was very patient with me as I was with him. Ended up going above and beyond and turned out amazing. Only reason why I will not be giving 5 stars is due to the lack of communication in the beginning with the guy at the front desk and the the attitude of the painter. Other then that the owner, his other help and his daughter were amazing and very polite

Recently had my vehicle repaired at Ft Liberty Collision and you cant even tell it had been in an accident.Dropped off on a Monday and had it back on Friday same week. Very happy with how it turned out, looks good as new if not better. It did take a long time to get our van back but definitely worth the wait! I'm very happy the way it turned out and they were very patient with us and our insurance as well, help us with the rental and everything. Fort Bragg Collision did an awesome job on my car following a car accident. The turn around time was quick, they even cleaned my car before releasing it!! I only had one issue with them forgetting to repair the rim, I called them and it was handled quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They won t give you an estimate on your vehicle without you paying 50 dollars first. This is an anti consumer business practice I will not support. I have a right to know how much repairs would be before handing over my money so I know I m able to stay within my budget.

Great body shop to get your car fixed. They take great pride in their work, and give you the best customer service. They were willing to wait for us like half an hour after closing time so that we could take our car home. Highly recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Worth the read:Nothing goes 100% smoothly, some things are just unforeseen. With that being said these guys fixed up my vehicle even though it took longer than expected due to my vehicle being from up north.Nuts, bolts, and screws were breaking left and right.When my insurance was telling me that they may not cover my rental vehicle, the owner of the shop made sure I was taken care of 100% and was not charged for a thing!My one and only complaint is that there is such few guys working the owner has taken on a lot of the jobs personally and has to drive to get parts on his own to meet deadlines etc. Due to him being out of the office it is hard to get in touch with someone over the phone. However leave a voicemail and he WILL get back to you!I do reccomend this shop as they are very respectful, Courteous, and great at their jobs!

Had Ft.Bragg Collision to do some body work repairs on my 2007 Nissan Armada, they did an amazing job. I had my driver side bumper repaired by macco a couple of years back and they didn't match the paint correctly. Ft. Bragg collision did a much better job at matching the paint and the body work. Have nothing to say bad about this business!! Soldiers should go here! Went to other locations that my insurance referred me to go and the customer service was terrible! Rick and his team took care of me!! Will be using this business again!-Lee

I was so amazed at the work that was done on my nissan maxima.. they even cleaned out my car and even left me an air fresher.. thank you so much. Also the Receptionist was so awesome..

They were very nice ppl. I needed my head light replaced and got it done in less then an hour. And it was cheap.. will be going back to them for any or my car repairs.

Did an excellent job on my 2020 highlander I couldn't tell it had been damaged.Staff is friendly and professional.

From the looks of it they are adding some remodeling to the building and it is something that will be noticed from the highway...If you get to find someone who does excellent work...I would offer the suggestion. Check out the scene the next time you have a ding!!!

I accidentally pulled into their parking lot and the worker the cursed at me I said I couldn't read because I meant to pull in next door to Jiffy Lube. Extremely unprofessional.
