I have been going to this shop for years.... More or less a decade.... The only time my bike was not done when expected was because i did not have the money for parts.. Which i cant blame them for. Sometimes communication seems rude, but in reality they are being honest. If it aint done.... It aint done....nothing more to discuss.... Just lmk when its done...so.e customers think they are the only customers and they are not. Things take time and complications arise. Roll with it

Love working with these guys. They always take good care of my bikes and are way more affordable than most of the shops around Fayetteville. I'll continue taking my bikes here and recommend them to anyone else needing service or repair.

it says to ring bell upon arriving. I go to ring bell, it completely falls off and bugs are all in the compartment where the bell is. I wait a while to be assisted. When I am assisted, the employee is very rude and unhelpful. Will NOT be going back again.

This is the worst shop ever ever I don t recommend you taking your bike there they are a mess disrespectful bad terrible customer service mechanic is mean always making excuses given different explanations disrespectful all the time I ask about what my bike have in the end of the day he said that he s not sure what s the bike issue 4 months and a half I lost my summer and my bike s still there unassemble no fix he have no idea what he doing he blocked me he don t answer and if I keep telling you guys you won t believe terrible customer service not recommend you to take your bike there !

Very friendly workers . I was broken down on the side of the highway and one of the workers saw me and went out of their way to help me out . They ve also done plenty of great work to some of my friends bikes .
