Words cannot describe the type of guy Patrick is. He cares about your bike just as much as you do. If not, then more. I m at a lost for words as to how to describe Patrick s professionalism. I normally do ALL my own repairs such as wrecks, valve adjustments, etc. I had to find a shop after this wreck do to being away for work. He repaired my bike in a timely manner and took his time to make sure it was right. He s a great painter too. I will be taking all my parts to him for paint from this day forward. Do not hesitate. This guy is it.

Being new to the area, I am so glad to have found Patrick's Cycle Shop. He responded fast and replaced my tire before I could even finish my pizza. He is more than fair with his pricing and communicates clearly and promptly. I look forward to using the Cycle Shop in the futureService: TiresService: Tires

Patrick is excellent motorcycle mechanic!!! I took my bike w him to install a lowering kit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job installing the kit and he also lowered the forks and adjusted the kickstand (cut and soldered it) and it looks like a factory installation. I fully recommend his work. Price was also very reasonable.

Never knew about this shop until another shop recommended Patrick. I brought my bike to him in pieces and he did everything I asked him to and then some without over charging me like a lot of other mechanics try to. He even made his self available for any questions I had about the services or additional parts I needed. Patrick definitely has made a long term customer out of me! I won't be taking my bike anywhere else, I suggest you do the same.

Patrick did great work in my bike. It was timely and very well done. He kept me informed as we was working on it and let me know of any price adjustments. I have had numerous mechanics work on my bike and Patrick has hands down been the best experience.

Took my bike in to Patrick telling him my issues. He quickly identified the problems with the bike and gave me a quick estimate on the price reassuring me that it is what's needed. Only down for a couple days for a new chain and sprocket, new spark plugs, cleaned filters, and fixed my fuel pump issue vs telling me to buy a new one. I have been a constant customer of Patrick's and I would recommend anyone to go to him! He's thorough and cheap but most important very fast with what he does! Quality quality work from Patrick. 5/5 stars!

Patrick couldn't have done a better job. He consistently kept me in the loop as the problem was very difficult and intricate to fix. He did phenomenal work, had exceptional patience, and was willing to work way outside of general mechanics to fix the bike. You can't beat the price, nor can you find a more genuine and knowledgeable guy. Thanks again.

When I first called Patrick, it was 3pm on a Wednesday. I had called a few other shops to see when I could get a new pair of tires mounted on my Vulcan before the weekend, and if it could be done for less than the tires had cost. Patrick asked a few questions and then floored me with, "Do you want them put on today?" Of course I did. I arrived at 3:30 and he put a fan in front of the bike to cool it off while he finished up with another customer. He then went to work. Occasionally, I would hear him answer the phone telling folks to just come by and call him from the phone out front of the shop, hours after closing. Oh, and that shop... It's like passing time in a museum. He's got quite a collection of old bikes. Finally, what you're really here for: Yes, he does good work. It's a small shop, but the stuff he does is quality work, and I will go back to him with any of my other bikes. And no, he's not out to get rich off of one customer. His price for labor on my bike was very reasonable. If I had known of his shop before I bought my tires, I would have bought them there for a few dollars more just for the convenience of not waiting for them. I will highly recommend Patrick and his shop to friends and family, and anyone who reads reviews. His high Google review ratings are well-deserved.

My GSXR was having some electrical gremlins that I couldn't figure out myself. Took it to this shop and he sorted it out. Service was relatively quick and reasonably priced. 10/10 would bring my bike back here for all its needs I can't accomplish myself. Highly recommend!Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Had Patrick check out my bike to see why my rear tire was losing air slowly. Turns out that the rim and tire was damaged from the last shop who changed the tire. Patrick did a great job to get things as close to perfect as possible. I'll definitely be bringing my bike to him from now on.

As a supporter of small businesses run by veterans, I cannot recommend this shop strongly enough. If you own a bike and want to take it somewhere you will be treated like a real person, this is your shop.Patrick is super knowledgeable about motorcycles and professional to deal with. He has experience dealing with a wide variety of makes and models.I brought in a 2005 Suzuki SV650S and he has had the dubious honor of helping me catch up on 14 years of maintenance. He has been extremely detail oriented and communicated everything I might want to have fixed or will need to keep my eyes on.He's a responsible veteran running a small business. His business relies on word of mouth and repeat business.

The cycle shop did an amazing job. He made absolutely sure that he did the job right the first time. Brought the bike home and rode it till the storm rolled in, rides better than it ever has. Great and honest mechanic shop that will not try to sell you stuff that you don't need. It's my go to spot now and I've referred all my buddies that ride. Thanks much Patrick

I've used Pat twice now to fix a wide range of issues for me, and I left impressed and beyond satisfied both times. He knows you by name, explains your situation in depth, and gives you honest and fairly priced services. You can tell he runs his business for customers and a passion of motorcycles; not to rip you off or sell you things you don't need.I would highly recommend utilizing his services, and I refuse to take my bike anywhere else.

I have been screwed by motorcycle shops before in my hometown. I remember changing a front tire turning into a $500 repair because they found nails in my tire or electrical system is messed up.I know a lot of people on post says stay away from Fayetville for any repair, but Patrick displayed sincere and professionalism with his service today. He is very friendly and helpful. I brought my Kawasaki 1600 MeanStreak in for a front tire change. Came in around 1030 and left before 1200. No extra service was recommended and no problem occurred. The price was very reasonable as well; in fact, cheaper than my home town. His shop is clean and unique. I almost thought it was a museum.Look no further. This is the shop you will want for any motorcycle stuff. I would recommend it to my friends as well as coming here for future service as well. Save yourself time and money. Go here and find Patrick. You will be happy.

Patrick is an awesome guy got an emergency tire change and before that had a hydraulic clutch rebuild all at competitive prices. All the 5 star reviews on here are deserved as Patrick is a man of action and deserves your business. Will be bringing bikes to him time and time after. I want this mans business to prosper.

Patrick is the man! He did a great job on my CBR. Very personable service, pricing was reasonable and as predicted, no hidden fees. He also topped up my tire pressure, took some slack out of my clutch cable, and tightened up my throttle cable without me asking and without adding a dime to the price. Will be back in the future.

Took my bike here to have a full exhaust system and rear tire installed. Patrick did a great job and seems like a swell guy. I'll definitely be taking my bike back to him in the future.

The Cycle Shop was my 3rd and last attempt to fix my chain assembly for a wide tire kit. Another shop in Fayetteville tried twice but ended up causing more damage. I took Patrick my custom Hayabusa in to get parts installed that I purchased for repair. Instead of him just installing the parts he studied the bike to see what was causing the issues. After a lot of time and research, he was able to identify, align and fix my entire chain assembly for a 330 kit. I appreciate his time effort and personal commitment as if it were his own. He also kept me informed with texts and pics of the entire process. It rides like new! This is exactly the type of mechanic I ve been searching for! He is the only mechanic my bike will be serviced by!!!

I try to always leave very honest reviews. That said, if I could give higher than 5/5 I would!I have had several bad experiences getting my bike worked on around Fayetteville but after hearing so many good things about Patrick over at Cycle Shop in Spring Lake, I decided to visit him today. Service was OUTSTANDING!I accidentally over-torqued my brake caliper mounting bolt and broke the bolt off inside (still not really sure how I managed that). Called Patrick and he told me up front that he wasn t 100% sure he could do it but to bring it by and if he couldn t do it then he d be honest (which I appreciate cuz some places will just do it, break your bike more, then rip you off).I told him I was in kindof a hurry to get it in somewhere before I had to go into work so when I showed up he met me outside with a ratchet and checked it out, determining he could do it.Left it with him and within two hours he called me to say he d gotten the broken bolt out without issue, rechecked torque on all the other bolts, and found something going on with my rear brakes and fixed it.Also, this man LITERALLY took a bolt out of his own bike to lend me in place of the one I broke while I wait for the new ones to come in.When I showed up after work to get my bike back, he told me he also went ahead lubed up my chain too. That s quality service you don t seem to get anywhere else! And he did all this for a really good rate - I m sure most other places would have let it sit for a week or two then charged an arm and a leg.I ll definitely be returning!

Patrick was recommended to me by another motorcycle rider. I was hesitant at first because I know how mechanics can be shady with their dealings, but Patrick is definitely not like the latter. From the start he kept me informed on what the prices would be even though I brought my bike in for annual maintenance and asked him to check for anything else that might be wrong with the bike because I did not ride it for a while. As a matter of fact the motorcycle was cutting off on me about a mile from his shop. I was concerned that this might be an electrical problem that could be very expensive. Patrick assured me he would take a look and if it was something serious he would notify me. I never received a call and when I came to pick up the motorcycle Patrick let me know that my positive battery lead was slightly loose which caused my problem. I've been riding my bike for the past two weeks and no issues to report. Patrick is a prior Air Force Vet as well, but his service is way beyond par!

The service here was great you can tell the guy really loves and takes pride in his work. Before I even paid for the services he gave me a break down on everything that I was paying for and everything that he would be doing to the bike. Also, the prices are very reasonable compared to the other shops in Cumberland County.

Patrick really knows what he is doing and makes sure that you know what he is doing to your bike at all times and never leaves anything out, he is very straight forward and doesn't give you the run around on prices or what needs to be done. I will definitely be going back to him if i ever have any issues again. Thanks Patrick

It's hard to not get f***d around the ft Bragg area if your trying to repair any kind of vehicle. I recently bought a bike I don't know much about them so I went to a few different shops they all said I needed some extra stuff to make it run and they were asking for an arm and a leg to get it fixed. I took it to Pat he told me exactly what it needed fixed he didn't charge me to take it apart and check. All It needed was a new oil gasket. (Not what the others said) He had no problem holding it for a few extra days while I was on leave and he allowed me to pay when I got back. I highly recommend this shop to anyone around this area. You can tell he loves his job and he won't screw you over.

Great service. Brought my bike in to clean out the carbs after sitting too long so that I could sell it. Bike was diagnosed and repaired quickly and they offered consign it for me as well. I am sad the bike is gone but happy that they made it easy for me to sell it. I recommend the shop to everyone that needs motorcycle work done.
