Went in with minimal car knowledge but I knew something was wrong. Bill was wonderful and made me feel comfortable. I asked alot of questions and he was extremely patient and was more than willing to talk me through the process. I didn t feel pressured to make any purchases. He explained why my car was having issues and he was very knowledgeable about everything! Great experience, ask for Bill when you go!

A female employee at this location told me I was wrong for using SAE5W-20 full synthetic for my wife s hybrid for the past year. I trusted her because she claimed to have been a former Firestone technician and bought 0W-20 oil since hybrids only take 0W-20 (while laughing). All to get it on Jack stands and see the picture attached below. I guess that s why she s a former technician. I sympathize with Firestones decision to let her go unfortunately. I pray each day she makes it to work okay probably using the wrong oil in her personal vehicle. I guess I gotta go to advanced auto parts for some 5W-20.

I stopped at AutoZone in Spring Lake North Carolina today looking for some NGK spark plugs for my Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The store associates name Tim Williams was very thorough in his attempt to help me he called around some different stores to see if they had any in stock but they did not. Finally Tim ordered some for me and guarantee they would be there by this afternoon that's some great service he understood what I needed and he did all that he could to help me achieve my goals I really appreciate Tim Williams.

Came in for a new battery. The store manager assisted me in testing the battery found that a cell was going bad. Checked for a warranty, the battery was under warranty. Manager came out and installed the new battery in a matter of minutes. The best service I have had in an auto store ever!!! Will always come back to this location for auto needs!!!

Mr. Danny took great care of me & my family after I was at the Auto Zone by my home in Hope Mills on Hope Mills Rd & was told that I would have to drive back to my home store in Spring Lake, about 30 min away to get my battery replaced. I had all required information but still was told they wouldn't be able to replace my battery! Just wondering how this makes sense? This type of service doesn't benefit the customer, just causes aggravation to an already stressed situation! Appreciate the team here in Spring Lake, you guys are the BEST!!

This AutoZone store is the best in the state! The store manager, Danny Conklin, is the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable manager I have run across in any store I have been in. His customer service skills are beyond reproach! He has a personality that makes you feel uninhibited about asking, not only for parts, but for assistance in what part you may actually need and he helps with putting those parts on your vehicle. Danny and his team are the complete package. AutoZone should use the Spring Lake store as the model for all other stores to follow. It is truly the epitome of the "neighborhood store" where everyone comes, not only to fix their vehicles, but to share ideas on how to fix their vehicles. I cannot say enough about this store! In order for me to get to it, I pass five other auto parts stores, to include another AutoZone. I will travel the extra distance for the customer service, respect, knowledge, and family-feel that this store gives me! Keep up the good work!!!

If I could give 0, I would. I purchased a part called to check if it arrive, one of the employees was trying to talk over me, just been plain rude, then hung up the phone on. To many auto part places in town for them to be so rude.

Went to the Autozone on spring lake last minute due to some battery issues and was blessed to have been helped by a store employee named Della Jones. Since the moment I walked in, Della went out of her way to assist in every way possible with the most professionalism and very kind-hearted. She s an amazing person and an amazing employee to the store. Left with the issue resolved and a feeling great, after a pleasant experience with Della.

I had an amazing experience with AutoZone ( 404 N bragg blvd ) , I needed help getting a headlight bulb replaced and i talked to a service member named Audrey she is sooo AWESOME ! Not only did she help me locate the right bulb for my car she also tried helping me replace it ! Unfortunately we couldn t make that happen but instead of us calling it a day she gave me some places that she recommended me to stop by and see if they can help better assist ! I will forever be grateful for people like her !

I really appreciate my experience here this morning. Came for a battery change, not only did James provided excellent customer service, but great conversation as well. Every second was blissful and appreciated. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Will return if my car has any issues and definitely recommend coming here. Thank you.
