Great customer service , Mr Paul help me put my wind shield wipers and my car Battery for my key fog . He was super cool and helpful when I came in even tho I came in 10 mins before close . I do recommend checking out Paul for help .

Had what I needed was right on the shelf. People are friendly and will help you with what you need. Well stocked with all your general service needs. Stocked with OEM parts and some aftermarket parts that you didn't know you needed . Lifetime parts are easy to exchange as long as you have the original phone number they were bought under. Definitely will be back for more.

These guys are so very helpful and knowledgeable! Tom helped me and my car was DEFINITELY not behaving! They are friendly and patient. They give advice too, (to a point, yet let you know they are not professional mechanics). I definitely would recommend stopping by if you need any parts for your vehicle(s)!

The service is great. I bought a new battery. They were able to provide options and expose of my old battery. The parking lot is a little tricky but the overall service makes up for that.

I needed a battery, I called and talked with Tracy, she was sooo helpful! I was able to get my new battery at a great price, and the young man who was working there with Tracy installed it. I'm thankful they both were working today and were a great help to me! Thank you!!

Not very welcoming. When I walked in there was no one at the counter and the male representative pretended he was busy on the register and as soon as I moved to the other register he walked away to have a conversation with others (so obvious).

I ve always been a fan of Advance Auto Parts, this is my go to car supply store. The first time I went there, I ordered rotors and brake pads online and had it shipped to the store. The representative was very nice and explained the warranty to me and told me to reach out to him if I have any questions or the parts don t fit. As I was about to grab the parts off the counter he stopped me and told me he is going to carry it to my car as I shouldn t have to. What a gentleman! The second time I went inside the store to buy some items and I was looking for windshield wipers as well and of course I had no idea which one to get. The representative helping me looked it up on the computer and walked me over to the wipers and went over the pricing with me. The third time I had ordered rotors and brake pads again and the rep was not as nice as the other two but she was alright. She didn t go over the warranty or anything with me but I already knew about it anyway. I will definitely continue going to this location!

I went to one in spring lake and the people were so helpful even came outside with us to help look at the car and talk us through the treatment process, good at selling items, help you find whatever you need, talkative, love it.

Very knowledgeable staff. This location has that magical combination of staff that rarely happens. Courtesy... check, willingness to help you track down the issue...check, great sence of humor... check, knowledge of a wide variety of makes and models... check. Pound for pound the best auto parts place for miles around!

I walk in and nobody speaks to me out of the three employees that are present. I then proceeded to look for wipers but didn t know exactly which ones were the right ones so I approach two registers. The first register employee doesn t acknowledge me standing there and the second registers employee doesn t acknowledge me as well but clearly had more things going on with his cell phone. I then walk i and tell them all to Have a nice day after about a 3-5 second delay I then get a response You to .

Very friendly service. They have always had what I needed. I purchased back light bulbs for my Chevrolet Aveo. They also have parts for my Ford Ranger and it is a 1998 model.

I'm a truck driver, and was stuck on the side of the road, near Fort Bragg. I had a busted hose, and antifreeze leaked out of my truck. The company " Lyft" wasn't available. I called Advance Auto, store 4690 in Spring Lake, and was met by the MOST KINDEST people I've ever met. Tracey, the on duty manager was SO NICE!! Not only did she have the commercial parts, but she went out of her way to have someone to bring the parts to me. I was 468 miles from home ( Georgia ) and didn't know what to do. Tracey helped me BEYOND BELIEF!!! I filled my truck with antifreeze, and fixed the hose. Tracey at 301 S Bragg Blvd, Spring Lake, NC is my ANGEL, and I'm FORVER GREATFUL!! I am now a lifetime Advance Auto customer!!!

Very disappointing at the attitude and the total lack of customer service manners. Went there to pick up a package from UPS and the staff at this store played games saying it wasn't there and to come back later UPS tracking showed it there. Being rude and playing games is not a good business plan

You couldn't pay me to go in the store and buy something the woman that works the front desk during the daytime is as rude as they come I don't understand how people can even be that rude it's your job to look up parts and help people to the best of their ability and you try whatsoever to get past helping anybody you should not be working there

Very helpful staff, normal prices. Awkward location, but right by a garage, so I guess it's kind of convenient if nothing else. That being said, it's my go to place for anything i need for my car, I recommend it to everyone that asks me about a good place to go for car supplies

Sadly I've never had to change a battery for a key fob before.A worker took some time to show me to to do after showing me which battery was the right one to get for it

I went in to get a battery alternator check can I find out that I need a battery customer service outstanding very polite very intelligent or not gave me the best offers I love my experience there
