Ordered parts online for pickup. Supposed to be ready in 30 mins. Waited an hour. Drove to the place. They were closed. Now I had to buy my parts elsewhere and wait 3+ days for my money to be returned from this place. I will NEVER go here again.

Awesome service, Dewey will help you in any and every way possible! Always goes above and beyond. They even deliver to us at work. If they do t have it they will find it, usually having the same day or the following morning!

Such a wonderful experience when trying to find car parts and great reliable customer service. The employees are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Carquest makes the experience friendly and able to find what I'm looking for fast and in a timely manner. The sales associate that assisted me was named Tator and was very helpful locating what I needed. I've also been able to work with Dewey who has worked in the parts business almost for 45 years and knows it all! I would highly recommended using Carquest in Spindale, NC as that's the only place I'm going to take my business when looking for car parts!

Tell you what, these guys and gals are friendly, knowledgeable and will get you set straight in no time. I've been here no less than a dozen times in the last year, and every time, I leave with exactly what I need for my truck or tractor.
