This shop helped me out in a jam, got the parts I needed when other stores could not. Allowed me to finish a trip safely after brake pads failed on my Miata.

I came 8nto Sparta OReillys needing a battery. I was 3000 miles from home. The manager was quick to find my battery and then offered to replace it, which he did. Good customer service and a great guy. Thank you !!

I was passing through Sparta on a motorcycle ride. My chain needed some lube so I stopped at the only auto parts store open to see if they had chain lube. They had it, I bought it (fair price), and I was happy!

We love our hometown team of automotive specialist at O'Reilly's here in Sparta! we also would like to let supervisor Matlock know that his customer service representative David Schirpik was extremely helpful with merging our accidental card duplicate, for full points earned, and assisted with navigation on the website to accomplish our needs. Thank you David, thank you O'Reilly's! And Alicia and Patrick, and all the staff here in Sparta!! You guys are great!!!!

As a father, you hope your teenage children can pull up to a auto parts store and get help with their vehicle when they need it. Not the case with my son as he broke down in the parking lot of Oreillys, his car would not start. He walked into Oreilly auto parts and asked for help with checking his battery to see if he needed a new one. The response from an employee was "I cant check your battery,I can only check your check engine light." Would this be a good place to put in parts place or what? Not only did they lose a sale, but never again will I or my family walk into Oreillys as they will leave you stranded in their own parking lot.We went to Car Quest who offered to come to the parking lot of Oreillys and assist us .Thank you Car Quest, we can always count on you!

So far the staff had always been friendly and helpful. I got a battery charged and various tools to repair my mower.

Very nice and helpful staff, just didn't have what I needed. They offered to order it but Carquest had it on the shelf.

Not the same since Mr O'Reilly moved on. Used to be a really good place to buy auto parts at a good price, not any more.
