I don't know the reasons for the negative reviews but I can sure tell you not to believe them. This company has been providing oil to my home for a year now. I will never use anyone else! They have bent over backwards for us. Same day deliveries so far and only a few hours pass before they are at my door. The staff I have dealt with are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. Thank you from my family to yours HTO.

My 80 year old dad lives in the area and he had ran out of heating oil for his place. I live all the way out in California, so I looked them up and called. I spoke with the owner, Jackie I believe was his name. Very nice and helpful. I was able to take care of everything over the phone, pay for the service and they were out to my father's house within a couple of hours. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you!

They came to my rescue when a tank which I had been renting for years from another propane distributor ran out of propane because the gauge was not working. Thanks to them they insalled a new tank four days faster than the company whom I had been doing business with.

Customer service here was so bad! I would definitely go somewhere else. Tina was so rude, and disrespectful! I ll never recommend them to anyone!
