Terrible company. They sold me defective tires. These tires are a week old and have less than 100 miles on them. Im lucky this happened going slow and not on the highway. They hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation after calling them 25 times. Their email is not helpful either. Never give them money. They are shady and not cooperative. How can they still be in business if they work this way? I should have read the reviews before I bought from them.

They use FedEx to ship and FedEx is a real CLUSTER-F asked them not to thru seller and was refused, recieved two tires earlier and 4 days later I m still waiting on two tires and I m 1 state away. I could have drove there and picked the tires up in the time I ve spend waiting on FedEx to get their heads out of their rears. I hate to say it but if you are a company that uses FedEx you are failing your customers and people should anchor that to your reviews

Bad experience they shipped order never got here to my hause now there saying FedEx is looking into it. I call FedEx they saying there's nothing they can do and ask me to contact seller big con artists

This company is one of the worst I ve ever worked with. Customer service is non existent and they bully and harrass customers for no reason. Their products are absolute junk, their tires are so poorly made and literally could cost people their lives. These people should be ashamed of themselves and put out of business. Not to mention you can smell alcohol on one of the worker s breath. Shop anywhere else, these people aren t fit to run a business let alone interact with other humans. Embarrassing.

Purchased four tires from ATW tire on eBay. They were shipped from City Limit Tire, Spartan, NC. One was lost by FedEX in shipment. Tried to file a claim on the tire and FedEx said the shipper had to file the claim. Called and emailed the shipper many times with no response. Phone number was answered by a fax machine. Emails were not answered. Wish I had read the reviews regarding this company prior to purchase. This is absolutely the WORST online shipping experience I have ever had. eBay told me all kinds of lies regarding this purchase. I suggest not using this company or eBay ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

worst ever order a set of tires they delivered to a different house i told them i needed the tires on the 16 they never arrived so i ask for refund they said that there investigating with FedEx something that has nothing to do with me by the way policy states that i am entitled 100% refund!!!!

DO NOT BUY !!!!!! They sent me the complete wrong set of tires. I have yet to receive the correct set and it has been 3 weeks. They will not respond to my phone calls. I have left emails and they cant tell me anything. This is stealing.I'm more then happy to change this review once you make my order correct.

Buyer beware. Total scammers. They sold me tires on eBay and after full payment proceeded to tell me a story about an inventory discrepancy. I even received tracking info from FedEx with a delivery date. How does that happen if you don't have the merchandise? Auction stated you had 6 tires available. How are your numbers that far off? Just needed 2 tires. They did refund my money but it'll be stuck in internet purgatory for a week or more now. Thanks for nothing !!!!

Got my tires today and had them mounted. Tires were in excellent condition and the right size. Cheapest price of all places i searched and only delayed a day due to bad weather in my state. Other than that. They are perfect !

Do not buy!!!!!!!!!! City limit tires sold me some tires that were recalled seven months prior to sale stating they will hold the weight of my trailer according to specs 6 miles on the expressway after installing tire start popping exploding Contacted city limit tire and they basically blew me off did not wanna hear about my situation denied Knowing that they were recalled from manufacture do not buy from this company please everyone post as well the same experience for your safety and peace of mind

Honestly, . I m going thru the process now.. I feel like I m being SCAMMED.. I payed for a set of tires they actually sent the tracking info and all How about the sender requests for the tires to be returned . Still haven t been refunded on my end SCAM SSCAM SCAM

Terrible terrible terrible service. They sent me the wrong tires and when I tried to return them for the right tires, they would not send me a return label, I tried to send the tires back at my expense but it would have cost me almost what I paid for the tires. They also took 2 weeks to respond to me and they don't answer their phone. This is a definite "Bush league" operation.......BUYER BEWARE!!!!!RICH DIAS.Fall River Ma

Sketchy, unethical businessSent me the completely wrong tire size and refused to ship me the correct tire that I purchased!!! Getting a return label out of them was a completely disaster as well. Give your money elsewhere!!

This company is a fraud. They sent defective tires and then wanted me to pay the $330 to return ship them. They will not answer the phone or emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Buyers beware I have 4 tires I bought from them had them on less then 2 months and 1 of them is defective I have tried calling and emailing to no avail will never buy from them again they don t even deserve 1 star if they contact me then maybe I ll edit review
