The radiator on my car was leaking horribly and the guys were kind enough to come out and try to help, car is in the shop now but thanks to the nice gentleman that didn't hesitate to help

I live in Grayson County. This is my go to place for parts. Knowledgeable people who help you any way they can. Helps a lot they know their job and help figure out what you need. Highly recommend.

Great customer service.My motorcycle (suzuki) battery died after 6 years of duty, and these guys dug around their inventory to try and find one that fit. Sadly, they didn't have one (their's was too tall) - BUT they bent over backwards trying to get me back on the road while I was 1500km from home.Great customer service. Recommend.

Have been getting all of my auto parts needs fulfilled here for over 30 years now. Very helpful staff and always willing to take a minute to listen to what you need or what your are working on. It's just a "Good Ole Boy" atmosphere every time you go in there. A great bunch of Guys !

Last weekend my wife and I were driving through Sparta on our way to a family camping trip and one of the trailer tires came loose, broke the bolts and detached. Thankfully the tire rolled to the side of the road without hitting any other vehicles or hurting anyone. That left us stranded at around 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. We detached the truck from the trailer and tried to see if a couple of tire and repair shops could help but we had no luck.One of the shops pointed us over to Carquest and said they maybe able to find someone that could help. I came into the shop and talked with Chris. He listened to my story and despite being 5 minutes from being off work, he told me to bring the trailer to the shop and he would fix it for me. I seriously couldn't believe it. Since Carquest is an auto parts store and not a repair shop I didn't expect that and on top of it Chris was so incredibly nice to stay late and help us.We towed the trailer over, Chris was outside the store waiting for us and within 30 minutes we were ready to go. One of Chris' coworkers even came out to see if we were okay. The guys in this shop are class acts! I even found the tire that came off, a bit down the road.I would HIGHLY recommend these guys especially if the rest of the staff is like Chris. He went out of his way to help me in a difficult situation, and we were able to enjoy our family camping trip. THANK YOU SO MUCH CHRIS!!

This is the place. Wonderful, helpful and pleasant. Also a well stocked store. All the locals who know, and who work with their hands for a living, go here.They have saved my butt more than once, and Ive no plans to go anywhere else if I can help it.

Great knowledge friendly folks stopped in at 730p.m. 5-31-19 , the store was busy.l had just had my truck serviced at the dealership the day before and we were on vacation when the service engine light came on over a hundred miles from home the guys took care of us like they had known us all our lives and told us to come back if we had any further issues. I will if in this area next time I'd drive past 10 auto parts stores to go to this one probably why they were busy we we got there , I'll bet !!!!! THANKS FOR SAVING THE VACATION GUYS YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!!!!!

Every time I've went, Steven has been the one to help me and he's ALWAYS so so so wonderful!!! He doesn't make me feel stupid, he finds me deals, and he always get the exact thing I need, even though I never know until I try to put it on my car.
