Blue Ridge has been extremely helpful getting us acclimated to the propane and kerosene appliances at our new home. They recently dug up our old propane tank, installed their own and cleaned up nicely. They checked all of our old gas lines, cleaned up ones we weren't using anymore and educated us on safety and our new Rinnai and space heater. They are one stop shopping for Electric, Gas, Oil and appliances. Always excellent customer service!

Service team is outstanding. Eric Anders proactively reached out due to scheduled service call that would be impacted by weather to move up install. Expected customer service is lost art but not to Eric a Blue Ridge

I was privileged to meet Eric and Johnny yesterday as the provided a safety check and gave us hands on education for our gas logs. We are new to having a propane tank with gas logs and because of their help, we are now prepared for the cold season. Above all, Eric and Johnny were two of the kindest, professional, and quality service technicians that I ve met. We are grateful. Job well done.

I LOVE working with BREMCO! They are efficient, courteous, timely, and professional. I had the pleasure of working with Alishia for our recent purchase. I loved getting the courtesy call from her reminding me if the sale! Thank you! For the past 8 years at two different properties we ve had the pleasure of working with Eric and his team. AWESOME results! We thank you ALL, right down to the propane delivery crews, for the dedication you have to our comfort and safety.

My experience in getting a propane tank delivered, setup, and my gas appliances checked out could not have been greater. Alisha did a great job with the purchase of the tank and the follow up. Thomas from Ashe Blue Ridge Energy worked with me in scheduling. Service Technicians Eric and Michael were very efficient with the instillation and checking appliances for any leakage. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions.Everything went perfectly.

Beautiful! Exceeded my expectations. We just had this stove put in by Blueridge Energy. Eric and Michael were great! They are extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They explained the whole installation process step by step. Not only did they do a great job but they did it as though they were doing it for family. May I add that Alicia, in sales, was extremely helpful in guiding us in picking a stove that is perfect and the wholes sales thing.. Did I mention she also called me when they were going to have their awesome sale!!!! I also saved money! If your in the market to get ready for this winter, Blueridge is the gas company for you. M

My service visit today from Eric and Johnny today was appreciated. They service my dining gas logs and den space heater. Both work well now and I am ready for cold weather! These guys are very professional and work well with their customers! Thank you again for your hard work!

Eric and Johnny were everything you would want a team to be. After they left I dropped my remote on my ceramic floor and could not get it to work. I called Eric's number to ask if I could drive into town for a new one. He told me not to worry that they would come back. They did and fixed it. Great guys.

Eric and Johnny did an outstanding job installing the new gas logs.They did a neat job of it. They were also quite helpful in instructing me how to use the logs and remote. I couldn t be more satisfied with the quality of their work.

Recently converted wood burning fireplace to propane gas. The installers Eric and Michael showed up as scheduled. They did a great job on the installation of the gas logs and the tank. They were neat, clean and very professional and answered all of my questions.

0 for 2 is what Blue Ridge is. About 1 year ago bought propane fire place insert. After waiting months, what was delivered was not what we bought! Turns out vendor does not make what they pictured! Fast forward to this week. Went to Blue Ridge to buy a fire pit. Turns out what is pictured on the web site is not made by the vendor! So, Blue Ridge, you really need to get your act together. You are a very disappointing company to work with. Service is great' Sales and marketing should be fired.

My experience was with the employee whom I do not know work by installing a fixture on a pole , work looked safe and he knew what to do as oriffesional as it gets., BUT,,, THE fifteen minute doing the work doesn't justify the hour lonconversation with the owner, now while he stands there on the clock the Powerball is running for all members so good paycheck for an easy days work but he did do an excellent job five star rating
