I was in desperate need of a repair of my body work and when I tell you Benny took exceptional care of me, I m just so grateful! From the moment I arrived, had no appointment because it had just happened, I was met with care, kindness, professionalism, and patience! I knew at that moment, I was in GREAT hands. The entire staff went above and beyond! They didn t just throw together a quick fix but they took care to ensure I wouldn t have the same issue again (they fixed the last company s work and did not have to). Caliber you have my business forever and always! What you gave me no price could match and that was peace of mind knowing I d be driving off in a car that was sound! Thank you Benny for taking time out of your busy schedule to make sure I was good. This is customer service at its finest!

Great service from the beginning. Everyone went beyond expectations and their communication throughout the process was outstanding. A special thank you to the owner who met me after hours and certainly didn t have to. I highly recommend this team.

They did an amazing job on our SUV. Will gave great customer service with attention to ALL my concerns! And I had some due to the nature of my accident. I can't think of a time that I stopped in or called that they didn't give me their full attention . It's been 30 days and I have been able to wash my vehicle the paint cured well. Caliber Collision was very professional through every stage of the repair process. Leighton was an excellent communicator and kept me informed and worked with my insurance company from start to finish. My vehicle repairs looked like new. Great body work and paint job! I highly recommend the Southport/Oak Island Caliber location. Communication was excellent, they kept me informed of the progress and it was ready on the day they estimated the work would be completed.

Took my f150 in just before Thanksgiving holidays and was surprised to have it right after holiday weekend. Truck looks great. Would recommend on product alone but Will was very patient with me and offered great communication. A+ rating. Will gets the + though!

I would like to commend Layden (Leighton ) at the southport store . It is rare to deal with such a cordial , knowledgeable, and professional young man who looks out for his customers. I will take my car there when I need quality work done to it. Caliber Collision is fortunate to have this young man on their staff and that he deserves a raise and a promotion. He is definitely management material.

In a day of horrific customer service, I am so grateful for people like Leighton at Southport's Caliber Collision. I went in with a small but irritating car problem. Leighton jumped up, fixed the problem in a couple seconds and didn't charge me. He was so nice, so efficient, I was so grateful. Seems like a small thing but it made an impact. Martins was a locally run owner that cared about service. Caliber is a corporate run operation that thinks it provides good service and communication is very canned with numerous automated texts that are incorrect and annoying.

I had my first car wreck and brought my car to Caliber, Aaron smoothly walked through the process and communicated well with me throughout the repair. The whole staff I got to meet was extremely nice to me especially the lady at the front desk (Sorry I forgot her name). Very happy with my experience and with the results! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

I have had the pleasure of using caliber collision several times I have been highly impressed with their customer service and their work ethics, being a woman they were always straight with me. They never tried to get one over on me. They always told me like it was walked me through what was wrong with my car and truck was straightforward with me on how long it was going to take, and if there was a back order on parts they let me know. If getting parts was taking longer than they expected, they even offered to rent a vehicle for me from a rental agency. This company is top notch.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Lee was my service rep. He kept me updated on the progress of the repairs of my 2018 F250 four-door pick up after I made contact with an eight point buck. He initially checked to make sure all needed parts were available and started to order them even before I dropped off my truck. He said it would probably take about two weeks for the repairs. I dropped it off Wednesday morning and picked it up two weeks later on a Wednesday morning. Great service, very nice people. Caliber Collision on Long Beach Rd. was recommended to me by some friends who had great service as well. Thank you Lee.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Randy, the service manager, kept us in the loop the entire my car was being repaired. He communicated regularly and let us know along the way where they were in the repair process. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision if you ever need repairs to your car. They were excellent and the repairs were professionally done. I was very pleased with my experience at Caliber. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond to handle the responsible insurance company because they were being difficult. My car s roof was damaged after my garage door closed on it while I was backing up into the garage. Lee at the Southport location initially consulted with me and let me know what needed to be done and let me know about the insurance process. Once dropped off, Caliber and Lee were very good at keeping me informed through periodic text messages. Very professional and friendly. Hopefully, I ll never need them again, but I definitely would go back if need be.

I had an accident that resulted in a small dent and a pretty big scratch on the driver's door. I had used Martin's Autobuilder's Collision Center previously and had a good experience. Since Martin's sold to Caliber I was a bit leery. However, I was paired with a single point of contact. His name is Ken (none of the paperwork I got has his last name), and he made this situation as good as it could possibly be. I took my truck to them 1 week before I needed it. He would only commit to do his best to meet my request. He & I stayed in touch, mostly with him calling me to keep me informed on the repair project. I also stayed in touch with my insurance company, prodding them to keep in touch with Ken so that I would not have to rent a car, which would cost the insurance company. Caliber Collision returned my truck late in afternoon the day before I would have to rent a car. Ken and Caliber can't be recommended more highly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was recently in an accident and had damage on my front bumper and big scratch in my drivers door. Leighton and Will the service advisors, were very professional and helped me get through this whole situation since this was my first wreck. Took over a month to repair a tire. Tire sensor and a small bumper piece then was told my car had lifters when it does not .. they tell my insurance company it was all worn parts nothing due to the accident my insurance says they won t cover any over it . But when brought to a friends of mines trusted mechanic he tells me there was plenty wrong from the wreck ,,now I am having to take pics and proof to my insurance company to try to get it delt with Then on top of it I tell my friend he might want to go to another shop he put his car that had more damage in another shop 2 weeks after mine was in and he still had his car back a day before they were done with mine if you are going to get a scratch repaired you vetternn be plan on waiting 2-3 weeks for it to get done god help you if you have any body damageServices: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim
