I bought a pre owned 2021 Lexus from here and had a great experience. What I like about this dealership is there a very transparent. They gave me the very best price up front. They provide you with a Car Fax Vehicle History Report free of charge with every vehicle. Another plus I really liked is the warranty I got on my vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible customer service. I had a written deal from Jared and his sales manager for a Ford Raptor and the last text I had from Jared was over 2 weeks ago stating he d be in contact with me. There are plenty of other options for used car sales I recommend not using SP Select.

Having been around dealerships for quite a few years. This place knows how to do it. Friendly. Honest. And pressure free. Also, ask for Mark if you stop in, voted most handsome by many. And always willing to help you accomplish your goals.

The inventory was awesome. The customer service was unbeatable. The actual process of buying was very easy, and quicker than I expected. If I trade in or buy again in the near future, I will definitely be back.

Today is 8/18/23. My wife contacted me at home about a specific truck I have been looking for that is on the lot . I rushed over from a few miles away so I can get a good look at the truck. .I drove in and road by the office,where I was in view of the 3 salesmen that were sitting at their desks. I inspected the truck for about 15min. And no one came out to even see if I was interested. Any other time,a customer would be swarmed by salesmen. My wife told me to look elsewhere. So I drove back by the office so they could see me again. NO ONE MOVED!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner TRD Offroad Premium at Southern Pines Select. Conrad, the salesman involved in the transaction was very helpful, and went the extra mile in arranging a price and payment plan that worked for my budget. He even arranged shipping to my home in Pennsylvania, along with taxes and tags. The vehicle arrived the next day and it was everything he said it was . I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him in the future. Kudos to Southern Pines Select for being a great dealership to work with.

Contacted Southern pines select at 630 pm May 1st in regards to vehicle listed on their website. I provided JARED HAMMOND with Email and phone number.I specifically asked him if the listed vehicle was on the lot as I had to travel 2 hours. Jared stated he had his eyes on it and we made arrangements for me to see vehicle at 10 am the next day, as they closed at 730 pm. After our conversation and right before closing, Jared sent a text to my phone number with his information.At 940 AM the following morning, (They open at 9am) Jared called me and stated "The car had sold late late last night, However, he did have another similar vehicle with more mileage and a higher price"I reminded Jared i specifically asked him if the vehicle was on the lot and that I had a 2 hour drive to get there. (i was 20 mins away) Jared stated he couldn't help it. Obviously, I did not bite on the bait a second time.This is a classic example of Bait and switch.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Southern Pines Select Auto. I have had the best car buying experiences over all with this Auto company than any other company that I have purchased a vehicle from.Craig Mclaurin and his salesmen are so very nice and professional. All of the financial advisors have been great! This is my number one best experience in purchasing autos. I do plan to send friends and make future purchases from Southern Pines Select Auto

I just purchased a Dodge Ram longhorn from Southern Pines Select and is my 4th vehicle buying from them. I have been 100% satisfied with the dealership and over all experience. The experience has always been superb as well as the professionalism of all the staff.

The staff at Southern Pines Select are Amazing friendly people and not pushy. They are polite,curious and honest. I gave them my situation,budget and what type of vehicles I would be interested in and had intended to come back in a few days. Charles found the perfect Subaru for me and April took care of my final paperwork right there. There team effort is perfect and they pull from the big lots! Why go anywhere else and sit in line with pushy salespeople? I'll always return here and I will always refer people here. Just ask for Charles!

Fair and Honest review. We bought a 2014 Edge from this dealership and we were an easy customer. Two/Three weeks later we called letting them know the heat wasn t working (was hot when we test drove). Ward, the manager, did not want to pay to fix it when it was obvious it was broken when he sold it. It was the air door that needed replaced. He lacked in customer service. Their service was good until we needed follow up attention. They are part of the Chevy dealership on 15/501 and use their shop. Moshe was great to work with there and advocated for us to get it half paid by Ward. I more than likely wouldn t purchase again or recommend someone to buy from here based off my experience.

How this place has a 4.5 is beyond me. My wife and I went to this place to see if we could get something after talking to someone and found out that they knew someone that had no credit and no licenses went in and purchased a vehicle. I figured I wouldn t have a problem with anything. We pull up and one of the salesmen by the name of Justin greeted us and showed us a few vehicles. We went inside talked a bit about our time in the military and that s when I asked him about the guy who bought the vehicle with no licenses or credit. He just smiled at me said he remembered that but not to tell everyone. They ran my credit which was fair at the time and then told me they couldn t help me even after going to the Chevy dealership to print off a couple of LES s.

They had an awesome selection of cars that caught my attention one day with a beautiful forest green Porsche covered inside with beige interior. Unfortunately I had left the lot in thought as someone else approached to buy it before I could return.The Salesman took my number down as he saw I was serious and told me he would call me when they would have another available. Sure enough he did call a month later about a stunning artic silver Porsche with black interior. I waited almost a week to show up thinking it was too good to be true as I drooled over the ad online.That very same Porsche now sits in my garage. Awesome service and selection!! Always refer my friends to places like this!

Buyers should treat a potential purchase from Southern Pines Select Auto like they would from a private party - check all the basics, and then follow-up with a check from a competent mechanic before purchase. Select Auto is owned by the Southern Pines Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership, but that means nothing. Select Auto's cars do NOT go through any real inspection and there is NO grace period after you sign the dotted line. That means you shouldn't even assume the basics, like a second key, owners manual, or even headlights and AC working - that all happened to me. They're not going to help you out, so don't pay more than private party price either.

My wife and I purchased a Dodge 2500 from these guys. I had read a couple sketchy reviews but I always see for myself. We worked with Clint and Jimbo and it was probably the best service I've experienced when purchasing a vehicle. Jimbo assured us that he could get us the best interest rate available but we tried with USAA anyway. When we told him USAA had the best rate and that we'd use them if he couldn't beat it, he did exactly that. These guys are top notch both personally and professionally and we would absolutely do business with them again. I would always tell anyone buying a vehicle to review the paperwork to ensure accuracy, Jimbo was a man of his word and we sincerely appreciated the customer service we received.

Sales rep will lie to get a sale. I purchased an extended warranty under the impression that it will cover more issues than it does. The sale rep specifically said it covers EVERYTHING. Just to find out it is only electrical issues. I will never purchase from them again and I highly recommend you go else where. There are more trust worthy locations than this one.

I would purchase my vehicles from Southern Pines Select every time. Extremely nice staff with a wide variety of inventory. I highly recommend this dealership over any other pre-owned car lot

DO NOT ever use Alex or this dealership. You'll hear nothing but Lie after Lie. GM financial called and said the payments are too high,even a sales manager told me the same thing yesterday. Called my sales person(Alex) to get this error corrected, still haven't heard back. On to court we go you low life thieves. Stay as far away from these Con/Rip-off Artists.

My Brother in law just purchased a 2012 f150 from here. They have some lousy service the truck has been nothing but headaches from the start. His fuel gauge don't work properly the transmission is making a noise. Plus the truck needed tires and they would only put two on the back of it. And one of those had a broken belt in it. Ohh and the damn starter is acting up. This place is a Joke!!!! Glad I'm A Chevy Man..

Biggest RIP-OFF artist in Moore County. They are great at lying and will tell you anything to get you to buy. Had to a Filed complaint with DA Office and hiring a Atty to make the rip off deal right. Ignore this place at all costs. Do Not trust anything they say.

I bought a vehicle from Select Auto and it was the biggest mistake in my thirty years of car buying, they offered me a 20 year 200,000 mile warranty it's BS, and in my contract HIDDEN was a 24 thousand mile, 24-month warranty that they charged me $2,500 for in my contract that I was not aware of please read every single line if you purchase from any of the Auto Group ( Toyota of Southern Pines, Chevrolet of Southern Pines, Kia of Southern Pines, Nissan of Southern Pines ) all are in the Auto Group or this Select Auto Sale.Buyer beware

If there's a way u can buy a car this place will find it and I felt comfortable purchasing without fear of something going wrong...charles starcher was open and honest with us and explained the process every step of the way...this place is down to earth and trustworthy...i would purchase from here again and again and send anyone to them...they also have some really nice cars at a fraction of the cost 5 stars 10 out of 10...N&R Motors on the other hand I hope gets shut down for fraud, or false advertising or lieing to their customers or something.

I bought my last car there & the guy that helped us did an amazing job the lady that helped us the other day since we are now looking for my fianc� a truck of course this was our 1st stop she was awesome helped us find out wat we wanted wat we wanted to pay & test drive a truck bf we left she never hovered around us & made us uncomfortable she was very down to earth & I would love to go back & deal with her if we decide to go back & get that truck this will always be our 1st stop off top when looking for a vehicle from nowOn out bc the 1st car we got from here the process went flawless & I couldn t have asked for a better deal & they worked with us in every way possible that came up
