My truck sat on their lot for 4 days before they took a look at it. They took the front bumper off, said they couldn t fix it and charged $300. It would bother me less if Brad had not told me it took 3 hours to take the bumper off and then put 3.5 hours on the receipt, or if he had not charged me 2 days worth of storage when the truck was off of the lot within a day of it being looked at. Its just the little things. Brad seems like a nice guy I just did not have a good experience here and I would not go back

Brenda & I have been customers for many years. Greg & Brad a great. They do want they say they will and their work is superior.Body Shops are not places we want to visit too often but this one is different. My gracious! They gave me an estimate and it was correct to the penny. How often do you see that? Dropped my car off on a Monday and it was done three days later exactly when they said it would be. Their work is exceptional! When I came to pick up my car, they even had it washed. Talk about going the distance! Very, very pleased with Brad and the entire crew at Southern Pines Paint and Collision. The next time you need repair/body work give Brad a call. Tell him I sent you. I definitely won t be going anywhere else or recommending anywhere else for body work or paint. Brad was very patient and incredibly helpful while dealing with the insurance nightmare that lasted over 2 weeks. Incredibly grateful to have stumbled across his shop online. No one else was honest with me about the condition of my truck or willing to sit down and explain the process of totaling a vehicle to me.

After looking at reviews of a few body shops in the area I decided Southern Pines Paint and Collision was the best bet, and was it ever ... initially I had asked Brad to order a part to replace the gouged one on my wife's car, but after managing to track one down myself he said he'd have no problem installing it. When I went to pick up the car and asked what I owed, he said don't worry about, it's on us. WOW! He just earned himself a customer for as long as I live here. Thx again Brad, the car looks new again too.Service: Body & Trim

Great local small business. Brad and his team are some of the nicest people you ll ever meet and will go above and beyond to help you out. I ve taken a couple of my vehicles here and Brad has always given me solid advice on my vehicles and provides multiple options for fixing issues. They will try and go with the most affordable option that provides the best outcome possible. They care more about happy customers than a couple extra bucks and that speaks volumes.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I scraped and dented my Jeep severely and was looking for a local, quality body repair shop. Southern Pines Paint and Collision was the answer! Bradwho is the Manager, actually worked on my car. He did a fantastic job and the price was very fair and reasonable. This business also performed the work very quickly.Now, one would never know there was any damage on my vehicle. Brad greeted us in parking lot..friendly professional ...received detailed estimate for insurance company review & approval.Two weeks later - my car is like new again! Brad & his crew did an amazing & top quality job returned my vehicle on schedule and on budget. Looks like they washed and waxed here too! PLUS they handled the insurance business end seamlessly for me. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Great Job Guys!

Amazing business services from being personal to repair of my 2006 HHR Chevy. Couldn't believe it looked like brand new. Brad made sure the turn around time was quick and did more than I expected. I was blown away by the service excellence at Southern Pines Paint & Collision! I was in need of paint and body work on my truck, and the customer service, quick turnaround, and finished product were fantastic. Owner, Greg Brown, and his team of highly professional and patriotic service agents made me feel right at home and take care of. I will bring my truck back here in a heartbeat. The only place I would ever take my car in the So Pines area. Best service and fair prices. Brad is a great dude, extremely honest and personable. I had a run in with a big orange utility cart in a hardware store parking lot. I took my car by for an estimate as it had florescent orange paint all over the bumper and looked banged up pretty bad. Brad was so nice. He quickly determined that it was mostly orange paint transferred onto my white car and went to the back and came out with something that took it right off. It would have cost me 900 bucks to fix it and he almost made it disappear for no cost. Excellent service, friendly and honest company who wasn't just out to make a buck. I will definitely be giving my business to you in the future and recommending you to anyone. Thank you!!

Brad is very knowledgable of vehicles and very pleasant to work with. Greg, the owner was there when I picked up my vehicle, and spent time with me while his staff did a few minor touchups on the paint. This business knows thier business and works hard to make sure things are done right, and makes things right if there any issues. the BEST service we have received in a long time from anyone. My husband had been hit by a tree company who drove away and had no insurance. After I was able to get he company to agree to pay for the repairs Southern Pines Paint and Collision dealt with ALL the details including and paying upfront for a rental car for over a month and continuing to follow up with the tree company who kept delaying payment They even went as far as contacting their corporate office when they were having an issue getting the payment. I was so surprised that they handled everything and we had no stress in a situation that without them could have been very stressful. They went above and beyond and will have customer's for life from us. Thank you!!!!!!

I was hoping to use this shop to repair some damage on my truck. As soon as Brad saw my Connecticut plates, he asked me why I had moved to the area and then became hostile and immediately started complaining and swearing about Northern people moving down South; that they were showing up to the town meetings making unwanted suggestions and such. I've never experienced such hostility or anger from someone simply because of where I was from. Wow. Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

Took my car in with a new ding of the front fender. They had replaced the entire fender 3 - 4 yrs ago. They not only fixed the new ding while I waited, but they didn t even charge me for the new work because I was a repeat customer. Great people to work with, and great results with their work.

Greg, Brad, and their staff did a fantastic job on my SUV. Great work, very honest, and the cost was turned out to be quite a bit less than what I was originally quoted. By far the best body shop in the area, without a doubt!

Great place for vehicle repairs. Our work truck came back looking like new. Very happy with the service! This is going to be our body shop for now on. Also didn't hurt he saved us some money on the repairs. Great job guys keep it up!!

I worked with Greg, the owner, and Brad, they are highly professional and their work is second to none. I love thirty miles from them southern pines and there are five other places that are closer to my house, I will only go to Southern Pines Paint and Collision.

You are the best people that I ve ever met and they do not take advantage of women they treat us with respect and dignity and give us the best price and they make sure that you re safe even if they have to call a ride for you or even take you!
