I highly recommend working with Dalton, I had a great experience buying a used vehicle from him. He was open, honest, and gave unbiased answers to all my questions. He was never pushy, he was easy to talk to, and he responded quickly over the phone. He also had the car pulled up front and heated before I got there for a test drive. Overall, great experience!

The place is shady. Do not think about buying here. Chances are you re going to get a lemon like me you the pictures below do not buy here. Caulk around the oil drain pan. completely filthy car when they delivered it oil on the headliner car was scratched completely up. The whole underbody was full of rust. Tires are bald. I was told it was a clear Carfax and it s obviously been wrecked. Somebody shot marks underneath the fender and signs of paint job also showed me pictures of one car and delivered another car, do not buy here !!! well there buddy, I ve tried contacting you twice and you ve yet to contact me back now I learned you have forged my signature on the buyers guide what a reputable place I tell you what cannot trust a person at all. You guys are a bunch of suckers, so that extended plan you put on my contract I thought you were gona take it off

I am a traveler from Buffalo, NY and they took exceptional care of my vehicle and calmed my nerves. I have family that live in the area and I will forever tell them to visit this location for service and sales. I am thrilled with the service I received and will be saying so for a long time. They made me a true believer in southern hospitality!

My customer service person, Damon Graham, was EXCELLENT. He explained everything I needed to know. He called me as soon as they knew what work was needed ( he didn't wait until lunch time like so many of them do). He explained the recommendations and was upfront with the price. He was cordial, polite and friendly. I will ask for him every time I go back now.

So far, everything is great. Just had the engine belts replaced 2 hours ago on a 2006Z. They were very timely in completing this repair work and had me out before the allocated time. The staff were very courteous and answered any questions I had.

I was able to get a quick appointment to do my 100,000 mile maintenance work done and after ordering a part, the work was completed in a couple days!Christian was fantastic in getting my car in quickly so that it was ready for our Christmas journey up to the northeast!

Beginning of December I purchased a new 22 Nissan Frontier. Came loaded with missing parts, bad alignment, and many other problems. Several weeks later still no help from southern pines with the issues. Tom in service has been great! This is the only good I have to say.Heavy rust in the frame and battery tray are a small portion of issues. Kunes Nissan of davenport claims I have been ripped off by Southern pines Nissan. Kunes offered me only $26,000 for new truck i paid over $34000. After diving in the snow the engine compartment and electrical components are covered in water. The hood is askew. I believe the new truck has been in an accident. I suggest reading reviews at BBB.

I traveled from Virginia to visit family in NC and my car overheated. I had an extended warranty and not familiar with the area however I was able to get into the dealership quickly and had a quote by the next day. They worked quickly with my warranty company and my cost was not so bad considering. Within a few days my car was ready and I had a few days of driving to make sure it was up to par for the ride home. Their service department has the best customer service. They communicate every step of the way.

I would give them zero stars if I could I spent an entire day dealing with John T. on a car deal even had the bank cut the check had multiple phone calls with him throughout the day sending him the letter from the bank showing him they did there part. I told him I would be down that afternoon called him otw over an hour drive he said come on I have the keys. I arrive early to see the car drive away not by a buyer so I said well they must be going to put gas in the car a lady meet me to say oh John said you would be here she took our name went to the back and came back to tell me they had sold the car already . BS . I was furious with them I seen him drive away in the car I don t know if they thought since I already had a check cut they would sale me something not new or what. I showed my butt needless to say and went to classic Nissan of Sanford and they where amazing .It was 7pm at night they stayed over late to make sure they put me in my car I don t know about you but never have I ever done something to someone so shady as they tried to pull with me PLEASE DRIVE ON OVER TO SANFORD DONOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE Below is my purchase from Classic Nissan of Sanford

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a brand new White 2023 Kia Sportage SX Prestige that started having problems. The car would shut off WHILE I was driving and would completely die and not turn back on for 30 minutes to hours. Very dangerous. I had it towed to the dealer and they could not find anything wrong with the car. Well, it kept happening. They kept saying there was nothing that they could do because no diagnostic codes were popping up. I get that there were no codes, but my safety is important too. THEY WOULDN T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I ended up having to get a new car that I HATE and now I have more debt, because I lost so much value off my Kia. The guy also made it seem like I HAD to get my car from their dealership (had I known I didn t have to, I would have gone elsewhere), so that was deceiving. I think the guy s name was Carlos or Carlando, but he wasn t the only one I had issues with. The managers were not receptive either.I saw that my Kia Sportage was back on the lot in a short amount of time. Ironic that they couldn t find anything wrong with it when I was having issues, so that means they put an unsafe car back on the lot. Beware. I d go elsewhere.

Randy, Freddy, and Lucas are all fair, honest, personable, and transparent.These descriptive words are seldom associated with car dealerships /and their teammates I had not shopped for a vehicle in years and, quite frankly, abhorred the thought of it. I would highly recommend for anyone to come to Southern Pines Nissan and Kia. Carlando Padgett is the one to ask for. He knows his stuff and will get you the car you re looking for. I drove one hour and twenty minutes especially for him. His mannerisms and hospitality are great. Carlando makes you feel comfortable and at home. Love my car. Everyone ask for Carlando you won t regret it.

I took my car to this dealership after an issue with my Sideview mirror. Of course they do what dealerships do, try to sell you a whole new car worth of parts. So I agree to get my brakes done, oil change and tire rotation. Dropped it Thursday at 10am and told it would be done Friday. I wait until Saturday to pick up car because I live an hour away and it was still not done. Told it wouldn t be until Monday. I told them to just give me my car back. I enjoyed my visit to Southern Pines but will never return to this dealership.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER FOLLOW UP!!!I took my wife to Southern Pines Nissan to purchase her a new vehicle just this past April. She hasn t been able to drive since her cancer diagnosis some years back. Recently cleared to drive, she was rather excited to do so. Our salesman was very polite and patient. The finance director was able to make the deal where we were comfortable with the final price. We picked up her new vehicle two (2) days later. Hadn t even put 100 miles on the new 2023 vehicle and I found several oil stains (now permanently in my driveway) beneath her new vehicle. I immediately contacted our salesman who said to bring the vehicle in. Upon the dealerships mechanics inspection, was told the vehicle had a faulty oil pan. Not a single person in the dealership made any attempt with any form of an apology. My wife called and left the general managing partner, Mr Eddie Pearce a voicemail that he completely ignored. Very poor customer service follow up.

I was called by one of your associates to come in and have an oil change. I negotiated a price which she took to her manager. It was approved. When I arrived at Nissan, the associates there didn't know anything exept that I had an appointment. I was surprised at the affect of the workers. They seemed unlikely that they were happy to be there or to have me as a customer. Except for a lady that wasn't servicing my car who was pleasant. The waiting room was terrible. I felt like I was at the DMV which is a nightmare to be at. The service was long and in the end I was unsatisfied by the place. I felt that it has changed and so has the staff's attitude. I don't think I'll be going back and when I buy another car soon it won't be a Nissan which I have defended against family members in the past.

Purchased a new Pathfinder from them. My sales person was Brianna. Let's Just say it was one of the most down to earth and satisfying vehicle purchases I've ever made. She was very professional with me from the initial negotiations to leaving the parking lot. Very easy going and great to work with. Anthony the finance manager was equally as easy going and professional. I traded in a vehicle. They gave me well over what any other dealership offered me, and a great price on the pathfinder. I was in and out in just a few hours. Highly recommend this dealership. Very genuine and professional all around.

Charlotte was amazing at getting me in and out in a timely manner! I told her that I had a horrible experience the last time because my oil change and tire rotation took almost 3 hours. I told Charlotte I didn t want a car wash and I wasn t getting any other work done that day unless something seriously needed to be replaced. I was out of there in just barely over an hour, which is what she told me the estimated time was. After my horrible experience the previous time I vowed I would never come back. The only reason I did is because I thought I had one more oil change left in my package. However, I m glad I came back because Charlotte deserves all the praise and as long as I can work with her again then I ll return!

Feel very disappointed after just 2 months. I was lied to and overcharged. The service that was promised on the vehicle is now requiring payment.More often than not the car isn't starting now, I purchased an extended warranty and you are saying you will have to call and see if it's covered.Don't purchase a car here.

Wish I could give less than 1 star!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUISNESS!!! I Purchased 2019 Nissan Sentra SV with 69,993 miles on 6/4/23. Paid an extra $2500.00 for extended warranty coverage called mechanical failure service contract. First time car broke down was on 6/23/23 wouldn't accelerate past 5 mph left me stranded on roadside couldn't make it to work. They towed car back to dealership I had to pay $180.00 out of pocket. They claimed it was transmission. They replaced some wires but stated in receipt that it may be the harness that needs to be replaced. Got car back second time broke down was on 08/11/23 exact same issue wouldn't accelerate, left me stranded again. This time they claimed it was sensor wire, repaired wire second time told me to come get car. Now car broke down again on 09/08/23 same issue again. They have towed my car to the dealership. They called me today and said it was the harness that they stated it probably was the first time they "fixed it" and that that wasn't covered and I had to pay them $3100.00 to have it repaired out of my pocket. When this was the issue not even a month after buying the car. At this point I no longer want the LEMON that was sold to me!!!!

I have been coming to the Southern Pines service center since 2015 & always had good fast service.I have had appointments last week to replace headlight & recall for theft & told over 2 hr wait, so I rescheduled for this week. I pulled up on appointment time & the holding garage was full & 4 cars ahead of me to get signed in.I m still waiting 10 minutes now & 2 of 4 cars just got in. No telling how long the wait will be.Someone is over booking appointments!!

Went to Southern Pines Nissan today, and had a pretty bad experience. I found the car I liked on CarGurus, had a check wrote out, and went. Within the first 10 minutes of getting there the salesman started going on about getting the papers signed, almost the first words out of his mouth. I hadn t even had a chance to take a really good look at the car. We went into his office and started discussing the vehicle and kept pressing me to sign papers. I immediately started feeling uncomfortable because it was almost like the didn t even care. He kept ignoring what I was saying and kept throwing papers at me. As soon as I had a chance I left the office. He almost pressured me into buying insurance just so I wouldn t leave to talk to my wife about staying on the same insurance we have. Long story short, we left. We went to lunch and went up to the Pinehurst Toyota dealership. The salesman there was helpful and I found a beautiful Toyota Rav-4.

We just purchased our third vehicle here. Derick are sales person listened to our needs and wants and made sure he only showed us vehicles that had those things. Anthony the floor manager was fantastic, Alex, Lucas and the other finance gentlemen made sure all the numbers worked within our budget! We will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle!!

I brought in my 2010 Nissan Rogue for a CV joint replacement after going to a small auto shop and being told that was the issue. They got the parts needed in the next day and fit my into their schedule.This wasn t a cheap fix given the nature of the problem and condition of the car, so I was flustered and upset my only car was having problems. Christian and Courtney were great, they both helped me feel so much better about what was going on, and after I left the dealership and the problem hadn t went away, they told me to come back immediately and they, along with another gentleman, explained they wanted to run a diagnostic and covered the cost. I was very grateful for the patience and the understanding.Christian is so sweet and a great listener. Courtney was so phenomonal at helping us figure out a game plan for my car. She made me laugh and felt so much better after the being in the difficult situation I found myself in. They all worked seamlessly, and my technician, Micheal was great. He spoke to me after I spoke with Christian and Courtney, and asked me many questions about the problems my car had and then reassured me that it would be looked into, and they would help me find the best way that was financially doable to fix my car.I had a great experience the many times I came back to them. I wanted to apologize for coming in so much and having to be worked in, but they ensured me there was no reason to be sorry and they were happy to help me. They have kept in contact with me and been absolutely the most kind and patient as I have tried to navigate my next move with my vehicle.I was also introduced to the gentleman in sales, Brent, who was also great. He listened to my concerns and was willing to look at all options and provided me with the most information to make the best decision.I can t say enough great things about the people who work here. The environment was friendly, yet professional. I was even offered a ride home while my car was being fixed, a free service they have. It was very helpful.Thank you Christian, Courtney, Micheal, Brent and the other gentleman in the service bay who helped me so much. THIS is top notch customer service, and a great place to go.
