James Sofia the service rep is second to none. I needed a full break job, rotors and pads, plus my A/C needed some work and new filters. He got me scheduled quickly, very pleasant and professional to deal with. I drove 45 minutes out of the way to use this dealership for my services and it was well worth it.

I like the fact that my vehicle is cared for in a meticulous way at Pinehurst Toyota. People say, taking your car to a dealership is very costly. If that may be, I d rather pay for good care of my car.It runs like a top. Thank you for your diligence and care with my vehicle. Feels like part of a family!

I booked an appt online, in which the date and time slot were accurate (which I'm used to other auto shops having to call and reschedule to a later date.) During the initial inspection, several issues were identified, and via their server, I was able to see the identified issues and could select what additional repairs I wanted. Very convenient and no pressure to add anything I did not want. Lastly, the online quotes and extras were accurate, so no surprise when getting the final bill. Overall, a great experience.

I really had a great experience with the sales and finance team at Pinehurst Toyota. Although the dealership is about an hour and a half from home, Brandon S. made the sales process pleasant and easy. The trip there was worth my time. Corey in finance went out of his way to be transparent and honest, even though I didn't finance through them. I wouldn't hesitate to send my mother to Pinehurst Toyota, knowing she would be treated fairly.

First, let me start off by giving a little of back ground information. I by pass two other dealerships and drive an hour to Pinehurst Toyota; that is how much I enjoy their service!I ve had nothing but amazing experiences at Pinehurst Toyota! My latest visit I came in for maintenance on my older vehicle. However, I was interested in a new one so I ended up trading in my vehicle for a new one. Huge thanks to Brent and team. I found a vehicle that would give me the piece of mind and warranty I need. The team worked effectively to make sure I was comfortable with the deal and even offered to buy me dinner. Everyone is kind and welcoming but, make sure to ask for Brent he was transparent and made my car buying experience lovely! Thank you Brent, and Thank you Pinehurst Toyota!

Hailey was amazing! She deserves a raise! Everything went smoothly and the only issue I have is with the garage and staff that work in that department! I had to go back the next day and get my balance and Alignment fixed, I was there for 3 hours. They didn't wind up fixing anything on the car i had bought the day prior and also one of the guys wound of giving me any attitude because I caught him out on a lie. He told me my car was being worked on but I found out from a staff member that it was actually sitting in the parking lot for an hour in the back . so the following day I had to go to my personal garage and they fixed it and told me whatever they did it was not fixed so I have to get reimbursed from Toyota for the job that they didn't do correctly the first time.I am leaving Hailey five stars!!!! the garage I give one star. The garage really needs to get more organized and they need to treat their customers with more respect

Says I declined all services but only one that was recommended on the app was ever offered. A whole new tire. Was told a mail was in my side wall. (Not near the sidewall as mentioned on the app) Was told it had to be replaced. When I took a look, it was not in the side wall using the thumb rule was a good thumb and a half away from the side wall. Only then was I offered a repair instead of an expensive new tire. I decline this service. The balancing and alignment was never offered to me except on the app. All staff were friendly which is why I gave 1 star.

My experience was different than most , I visited the dealership looking too buy a used truck , I ended up purchasing a new Tundra, what makes it different is we basically worked out a deal that evening and I was to come back in the morning to sign everything and write a check, well sadly for me that next morning when I work up I felt terrible and subsequently tested positive for Covid, I call my salesman and let him know I was unable to come in , he said he would call me back He called back an hour later and said he d bring the truck and all the paperwork to my house and we could sign everything outside and both wear a mask , by that time of the day I was really sick and told him I can t make that happen. I said possibly make tomorrow assuming I fell a bit better Well he reached out the next morning and I said yes this afternoon would so we set a time of 2:00, as my luck just keeps getting worse at 1:30 it started to pour down rain. I called the salesman and told him I m not going out in the rain already being sick , he said no problem will look at the weather a little later in the day , finally at 4:09 the rain stop and the salesman, the truck and all the paperwork were in my driveway at 4:30, we signed everything, wrote the check and the Salesman had his mask on and even brought along some Lysol spray with him, he went completely through the truck with me , explained everything and I thanked him and as he was leaving he told this transaction doesn t stop here , I will always be at this phone number if you need anything. So I m thinking this was a bit over and above a typical sale with finally a good ending , I apologize for the lengthy message it I thought the story should be told

I had the best service experience at Pinehurst Toyota/Hyundai since I've been driving, and that's been over 50 years. I knew it was going to be great the minute I pulled into the service bay. I was greeted by Josh who promptly checked me in and then politely escorted me to the waiting room. The waiting room is large and spacious. And guess what, loaded with free goodies! The snacks include a choice of donuts, muffins, mints, water, coffee and tea. There is also a snack machine loaded with more goodies. What dealership does that nowadays?To top it off, my service team was fast and efficient. They performed all the necessary repairs and then washed my car. I thought, Wow, my baby looks brand new! I was extremely pleased and impressed with this high quality of service. My service agent, Josh, was professional and knowledgeable. He came to me immediately upon completion of my service. I didn't have to find him after waiting for hours, as have happened to me numerous times at other dealerships.Pinehurst Toyota-Hyundai is my dealership for life! I'm more than completely satisfied. Thanks for your superior service!

Alex did a great job finding cars in our range with the monthly terms I wanted; didn't try to upsell or extend the loan terms. Upon inspection of the vehicle I found the coolant reservoir cap was missing and the coolant was low, he immediately contact the service department to report it and have it fixed. Had the car for a month now with no issues and Alex has contacted me a couple time to check on the car and if we were enjoying the car.

Went with my parents who were looking to purchase a RAV4 when I noticed a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited on the lot. My daughter s 16th birthday was just a few days away, so I decided to buy the Jeep as a surprise for her. Sales Associate Hayli Crowley was very pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely patient as she worked with both my parents and myself throughout the sales process for two different vehicles simultaneously! We each made offers and Hayli took those offers to her Sales Manager, Hillary. Hillary presented us with documents to show what our payments would be based on a few different down payments and # of months financed. Based on past experiences, I ve learned it s important to ask for a breakdown of ALL costs (taxes, fees, service contracts, etc.), financing terms (interest rate) AND calculate the payments yourself to uncover any unexpected costs. The first document I received from Hillary did not show an interest rate and some additional fees (some optional costs) were not obviously included in the amount to be financed. I discovered them when I calculated the payment amount myself and it appeared the interest rate was well over 15% (even though I have an excellent credit score). After two more documents from Hillary, I felt comfortable with the fees (optional charges were removed) & financing terms. So I agreed to purchase. The best part of the whole experience was how Hayli Crowley went above and beyond to help me surprise my daughter. She put balloons and a bow on the Jeep and hid the vehicle until my daughter arrived, then pulled the vehicle around and presented my daughter with the keys and told her Happy Birthday! It was such an unforgettable, special moment!! Thanks again, Hayli!!

Purchased a new truck last fall. The buying experience was fine but after that I really can t seem to get any service or anyone that cares really. My Tundra came with only one key and the salesman told me a new key would come in the mail. It never did, after following up several times with the dealership and being told something different every single time, I finally found out by reading an online forum that I needed to check my Toyota app. The app said go to the dealership and they will make you a key. So I contact the dealership and speak with a strange snippy little parts guy who pretty much acts like I m the idiot for not knowing this although I was told several times that there was nothing they could do. Finally the key was made and I have it. Not sure why I didn t have a second key for 6 months?Fast forward I called yesterday needing to speak to someone in finance needing paper work for tax purposes and had to leave a message. I explained it was time sensitive but no one ever returned my call?

The service here is OK. Mostly, I wish the men/women who help get you checked in and checked out were friendlier. They don t come across as inviting discussion or questions. I watched as my car was pulled into the area for check out. It sat there at least 10 minutes. The guy who checked me in was not at his desk. I assume he was at lunch. Finally, I found another person at a desk, and without looking up as he kept typing, asked what he can do for me. I explained my car was there, but the guy at the desk was not. He said Well, if that s yours, they should ve brought the paperwork to someone who s at a desk. I said, I don t know what to say, but that looks like mine over there. He went, and sure enough, it was my paperwork. Well, before hand, I had received some recommendations from the service tech on other services my car could use. I wanted to ask questions about that, but after this exchange, I didn t feel comfortable.In the meantime, I received a video from the service tech stating showing what was needed. I was in the waiting room, and I didn t feel comfortable playing a video which could have been loud. I declined the recommended services, so I could do some research and watch the video later. But when I went back to watch the video, it was gone. Another aspect to poor customer service is weeks prior to the appointment, I had sent an email to the service department asking a question about a recall, but they never responded. These types of things have happened before and they just get old and wears a person down.

Best deal in North Carolina! Literally! Worked over phone with three other dealers, including one in Georgia. None could beat the offer made at Pinehurst. I live three hours away. By the time I got there, we were out the door with our new car within 1.5 hours. Love it!

Very professional staff!! Shout out to Chris Sanchez!! You and your manager worked with me until the last cent(a lot of back and forth)! Very satisfied with the outcome! No tricks, no hidden fees, no floor mats(jkjk didn t get that package ) Another shout out to the parts department (forgot his name, but hook me up with my floor mats for both of my vehicles , and finally the finance guy(straight to the point (I like it ).Outstanding facilities! Definitely have my support and futures referrals

I took my Toyota 4Runner to have the oil changed. The vehicle was dropped off on Wednesday morning and they jumped right on it. I left a request to check the brakes when I made my appointment. I went back to pick the vehicle up on Saturday morning and was told there was nothing found to be wrong with the brakes. I asked the service writer could he come out to listen to the brakes. When I press the brake pedal they will not engage until the pedal is half of the way to the floor. I know that is a pad issue. The other issue is the air that I hear as if the brake booster was leaking. They informed me that the vehicle does not have a brake booster. That part was replaced with a mechanical component and it is operating fine. So quite naturally I assumed there is something else wrong. The service writer tells me he doesn t have time to come out and listen because they are too busy. He then proceeds to tell me that I need to have a technician look at it. According to what I know service writers are supposed to listen to the customer s complaints and relay that information to the technician. When I asked him isn t that what he is supposed to do, he told me to talk to the manager. Why is it that complicated for him to just do his job.

I went in for routinely maintenance. I arrived 5 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment which was 9:30. I waited there in the waiting room. It had already been an hour and a half, one of the guys up from comes and tells me there s a recall and that the mechanic already took apart the dash without letting anyone know. The guy says he could put it back together and reschedule for that recall service another day and just start on the routine maintenance I was coming in for. I told him to go ahead and start the recall repair and he told me it would only take about 40 minutes more. I finally received my car back at 12:35. I waited for over 3 hours and didn t get an apology about the wait time or anything. Wasted my entire morning there. Bad customer service.

The folks at Pinehurst Toyota/Hyundai Service Center have been very helpful in making sure the maintenance and recalls on my vehicle get serviced in a timely, efficient manner. They are very professional and organized, upfront and helpful. I have always enjoyed working with their customer service folks and their techs. The service center waiting area is always clean and well-stocked with complimentary coffee and snacks to keep you going as you wait for your car to be serviced. Thank you for all y'all do to make the customer experience seamless and less stressful.

Excellent service, great pricing, and best trade valuation within a 300 mile radius. We had such a great experience the first go round we went back the very next day and bought another. Alex (salesman) and Cory (finance manager) were the best part of the whole experience. Actually met a salesman I liked and a finance manager that cared about his customers. These two alone are worth the visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When I arrived I was greeted by James. James was very courteous and explained to me how my Toyotas first service was complementary and that my next service would be a 10 thousand miles. When went to pickup my Toyota I spoke with James again and ask about some accessories and he got me the information I asked for without any hassle. The facility was very clean and the staff was dressed appropriately. I plan to continue using Pinehurst Toyota for all my future needs.

Great experience buying a car from Pinehurst Toyota. Patti was my first point of contact and was very responsive and helpful. She got me the information I requested super fast and was able to get me a fair price. Working with her was a complete pleasure. Once we were at the dealership, we were handed off to Carolyn (Patti only does internet sales) who was outstanding. Very professional, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. Everything went very smoothly and we really owe our good experience to the excellent customer service provided by Patti and Carolyn. I would buy a car from these two again in a heartbeat.

Great place for service! Thought we needed an alternator but we weren't sure. We asked for diagnostic test to see if it was something else. They ran diagnostics and turned out we did. Cost came in below what was quoted and work was completed quick. Highly recommend!

Pinehurst Toyota was able to service my vehicle on short notice. The receptionist was friendly, professional, and made my appointment right on the spot. The service tech representative was just as friendly and professional. I was able to bring my vehicle in and have it serviced in less than an hour. I would recommend and Toyota owner to stop by and have your vehicle serviced there.

The service department , parts department and scheduling is beyond excellent. Parts, Joey, found the part I needed and our service advisor, Mr Joe Detorre, was so professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented and kind. Where do you get that these days?
