I truly recommend Gerber collision. They are so helpful, they kept you informed of their progress, they are so nice which is very important after an accident. They want your best interest. Ms, Jennifer is so sweet and pro; Cathy, the general manager was so accommodating. I am so thankful!

My first experience with a damagedvehicle was very distressful. Although I discovered with the Gerber personnel it need not be.They were caring and professional.In addition the reconstruct on my vehicle was amazing and perfect!!I highly recommend them for any vehicle repairs.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Told me the repairs to my hood would take 7-10 days and had it ready good as new in 2. Highly recommend.

Very well job done. My car looked like a totally different car and like nothing ever happened to it. I was at loss of words when I show my car and couldn t be more happier then that day when I got my car back. I will definitely come back to Gerber for anything that happens to my car again. Very great customer service too.

Excellent staff with amazing customer service. Fixed my car quickly. Helped me out during a very stressful time. Repairs are done well. Gave updates via text every several days. Can t even tell there was ever an accident. Especially easy if you have USAA insurance. Highly recommended.

Martin did an excellent job. Was able to get us in really quick. Completely buffed out the scrape and paint from getting side swiped. Always excellent service and the go to spot in your need any body work or repairs.

We had to have our front end replaced due to a minor car accident. We received updates twice a week. They did a great job and their customer service was excellent. The stuff was friendly and professional at the same times, they repaired the car as quick as it needed, they dealt with the insurance company when it was necessary to confirm the assignment received. I recommend Gerber Collision, however I wish I never need them again in the future

Friendly, courteous, and professional staff! I have been to Gerber Collision in the past at other locations, and have been pleased with their services. This by far was my best experience at any collision center. Martin was my estimator, he was honest, knowledgeable and considerate of my concerns. Choose Gerber collision in Southern Pines. They will not disappoint!!!

Great work, attention to detail is wonderful and top notch. Front office connects with customer very well, I was well informed thru out the process. All work was done in a timely manner. Gerber in Southern Pines provided amazing service. They provided constant and much needed updates especially when my insurance company dropped the ball and were unreachable for over a week.Gerber went above and beyond to even reach out to multiple agents within my insurance agency just to find out the agent in charge was on vacation. This type of service and communication is very much appreciated.My car came back in immaculate condition looking almost brand new. Their people were very friendly and down to earth and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with genuinely good hardworking people.

I took my truck to Gerber Collision Southern Pines for repairs. The repairs on the truck were flawless. The customer service I received was excellent. They explained the process fully, answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. They did not even get a chance to care or look at my car and immediately declared it totaled with no explanation and still won t even fix it, unacceptable. It as well took awhile to get a call back on the estimate and I kept getting false hope factors.
