We really cannot say enough great things about this dealership and everyone we dealt with there! In these crazy times, it's not easy to purchase a vehicle without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. After going to other dealerships that add thousands in extra fees, "because they could", we were so glad we were referred to Crossroads Lincoln of Southern Pines. We felt we were treated very fair and were really happy with the deal we got on out Lincoln Aviator. We will certainly remember their honesty and integrity when we're ready to buy again, and will be referring friends and family.

Not very happy this time around! First service, I was very happy because every detail was explained in an easy to understand way and I felt like a valued customer! Second time, I felt like they still went above and beyond and communicated step by step but lacking in friendliness tone over the phone. Third time, I was disappointed with the lack of explanation and step by step communication, I didn t feel valued because of this and my car was returned not cleaned, with low tire pressure warning and gas almost empty! This made me question the quality of service provided and made my trust fade a bit. If there was another Lincoln dealership in town, I would have to switch but unfortunately not.

I did not purchase my vehicle in southern pines, but have taken it there for all services. I am treated like a valuable customer and has been pleased with their service. I will continue to take my Lincoln there, even though there is another dealership closer.

Eleven years ago I purchased a MKX and have had it serviced at Crossroads Lincoln Ford for almost all that time. My MKX now has about 115,000 miles and still runs like a brand new SUV. My thanks for that longevity goes to their outstanding service dept. Each visit to Crossroads was a good experience due to the professionalism of the personell who always demonstrate, a desire to be helpful, and are professional and knowledgeable. The dealership is modern and super clean. One feels the welcoming attitude of all that you meet. Be asssured, If my MKX was not running so well, I would buy again from them.So I whole heartedly suggest that if you are in need for a vehicle purchase or service , you would be well rewarded by visiting Crossroads Lincoln Ford in Southern Pines.Thank you
