I had very good experience purchasing a Ford Escape. The whole time I was not pressured and given plenty of time to make up my mind and no hard sales tactics. I have shopped cars at other dealerships and left feeling like they just were after my money. Not so here. They honestly tried to accommodate my desires and never pressured me. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

After contacting my home ford dealer with difficulties. I was having with my F350 and being told it would be 6 weeks before they could Look.At it, I went to cross road Fords of Aberdeen.Went to their service center was able to have. My vehicle looked at the same day. Did some maintenance too It was all was also looking for a second car at my home. Dealership decided to give Ford of Aberdeen. A chance ended up walking away. Totally totally satisfied with my experience with the service center and walked away. Owning a new used car will always come from my home dealership. To Aberdeen for now on for my servicing. And anything else I will need?

Great service without high pleasure. We bought a used car here after searching for over a month at several dealers in the area. We ended up coming back to Cross Roads ford, because they built a sense of trust with us the first time we visited. I will come back again.

The experience I had at Crossroads Ford Lincoln in Southern Pines was great. The sale person, Brant, the sales manager, Cameron, and the finance person, Cory were all great to work with. I felt comfortable and was not put under pressure. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to definitely check with these guys.

The service department always does a great job of notifying me of what service they are performing, when my car will be ready, and letting me know of any problems that my car might have that I was unaware of. This means a lot as I want to prevent small problems before they become major ones.

I am very satisfied with my new Ford Ranger and the service I received in the process of purchasing the vehicle was excellent. This is my third vehicle I have purchased here and have been extremely satisfied each time. I highly recommend Crossroads Ford of Southern Pines, NC.

I worked with Lee on an F150, he was super helpful, he knew about the product and knew all the inventory, including things they had just received that hadn t made it to the lot yet. This is definitely the better of the 2 Ford dealers in the area. Sales and Finance managers were just as easy to work with. Ask for Lee if you are looking at a Ford.

The service was excellent. I made an appointment online and pulled right into the drop off location. My service advisor was very courteous and even offered to have my vehicle dropped off when finished.

Proceed with caution...friendly staff that gets the sale....forgets about you after the sale!Dealership failed to hold thier end of the deal to pay off my trade. Floor manager/salesman made empty promises after my engagements at the 15 and 20 day mark. No call back or care about my concern. They got my money! At the 35 day mark, my engagement with the sales manager fixed the problem.I am still waiting on someone to call me back about the second key for my 65k vehicle. Again...promises not carried out. Fingers crossed...we get a second key!

I was treated poorly. The Sales manager and salesman were not fair negotiators and lied regarding some policies . I grossly overpaid mainly because I wanted out of their sales room, and crossroads is doing the absolute bare minimum of the services that they promised. I had to argue for the three oil changes they said were traditionally to be included and the only reason that there were honored is because I told them I would take my truck somewhere else. Very poor service skills on top of dishonest sales practices.When I have redeemed the services they when I have redeemed the services they are to provide, I will gladly change to a new dealership.Coopers Ford in Carthage is a far superior dealership.

They kept to their word. They did not add on any dealer extras and the price was the price I was initially quoted. The sales person Archie is one I would definitely recommend. The Sales Manager Cameron was very helpful. And the final paperwork was quickly handled without any pressureWe would certainly recommend this dealership.

Normally I do not write reviews about a business, but I felt compelled to share my experience I had last Wed (8th of Nov 2023) with Crossroad s Ford Southern Pines. Let me start off with saying I am beyond satisfied with my experience. The combination of outstanding customer service, product knowledge, transparency, and their efficiencies in not wasting my time makes them my go-to dealership.For several months I have been researching F150s, rebates, and total cost. I wanted a new truck, but I was waiting on that special deal / and truck type to show itself before proceeding. Last Tuesday evening I noticed a Black Ford Tremor which was reduced over 5K, and I knew I had to have the truck. If it had not been reduced, I would have continued on with my search. I sent a message to them at 9:30pm asking if the vehicle was available. It wasn t even a minute later I got a text from Archie explaining that in fact it was. The next day I came in and test drove the vehicle and purchased it, and my experience was truly painless. I have purchased over 9 Fords in my lifetime by far my best experience when purchases a vehicle.From start to finish, every aspect of my interaction with the dealership was top-notch, earning them a solid five stars in my eyes.Customer Service (5/5):The customer service at Crossroads Ford Southern Pines exceeded my expectations. The staff, from the sales team to the Finance department, was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my needs and provided personalized solutions.Product Knowledge (5/5):The level of product knowledge demonstrated was impressive. They were well-versed in the features of the vehicles I was interested in, and their expertise helped me make an informed decision.Transparency and Honesty (5/5):One of the standout features is their commitment to transparency. The Sale Manager Cameron was down to earth and is willing to have a candor discussion about a fair price for my trade. I believe he will give you the best possible deal he can provide. Lastly, the Finance team, had me in and out with my rate being below prime rate.In closing, I live in Fayetteville, and I was worth the drive to Crossroads Ford Southern Pines and I would recommend to anyone in search of a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience. -I had a great experience at Crossroads Ford of Southern Pines. The staff was amazing! Cameron, Galo and Hannah were all great to work with and couldn t have been nicer! Galo had to go above and beyond to help me to complete my purchase online. My Ford explorer is a great improvement over my other one! Driving at night is much better with the brighter lights ! If you need a new or newer vehicle I heartily recommend checking out the deals at Crossroads Ford of Southern Pines.

Overall a very good experience. Brought my vehicle in for a complicated repair that took several weeks to complete due to part availability. However, I was provided with a "loaner" vehicle for the duration of the repair which made the process easier to deal with. Jon Nolan, the service representative, did a great job keeping me posted on the status of the repair and the handling the extended warranty paperwork. I also found Evin Myrick, Service Manager, to be very helpful and sympathetic throughout my ordeal.

I hate writing these because I know there are good people there but your salesman represents your company and I have to be honest.We drove 4 hours to buy a car there which was a really great deal. When we got there it wasn t ready or cleaned and had some body issues that needed fixed. They agreed fix it all and have it delivered to us free. Great deal, great service. Once we signed the papers, I feel like the care Archie ( salesman) had left the door with us. Never once did he reach out and give us an update on the car or a timeline. I reached out to him a few times and he never replied. I finally contacted the sales manager (Hannah) and she was atleast helpful by telling me the basic stuff that I asked. She said it ll be ready in a week. Week goes by, I hear absolutely nothing. I reach out to Archie, nothing. Reach out to Hannah, nothing. I finally call and talk to the receptionist Michelle. She said who s your salesman I said Archie but he doesn t respond so I don t want to talk to him. She says let me get you to Hannah. I said she doesn t respond either. She says she will figure it out. She calls me back about 10 minutes later and says it s done and someone will reach out soon. Michelle was incredible. Why is she doing other peoples jobs? So finally Hannah texts me and she says it s done but they don t know if it can be delivered tomorrow bc they need to find drivers ( can t you find that out pretty quickly?) she says Archie will reach out tomorrow and let me know. (Yeah right). Tomorrow comes. I wait til about noon. Text Hannah. She s apparently off and it goes to another worker. Worker says they left at 9:30. WHAT?!?!? Now I have to find a way ti be home in less than 30 minutes because they lied yet again. Very very frustrating. F communication. Seems like all they cared about was getting a year end sale. We love the car and it was a good deal and Michelle was phenomenal which makes it 2 stars not 1.

I was helped by Archie. I knew what I wanted and he allowed me to drive my Bronco for a while as to make sure it was the right one for me.The whole deal went smooth and pretty quick. As a former receptionist at a dealership I have seen how long people sit there to buy a car. It definitely was not like this. Thank you Crossroads Ford.I love my new Bronco Sport!!?

I've have been looking for a used car for my son for several months, I found one at Crossroads Ford of Southern Pines and it was a long distance from me being in Wake Forest. The sales team made it easy to do everything online and actually bringing the car to me, it was a very easy transaction, and the car is great.

We drove 1.5 hours to this dealership because of the wonderful customer service. Matthieu Castle- sales rep has exceeded our expectations in customer service in every way. He has been prompt in our responses, straight forward- no sketchy price haggling like we got at another Ford dealership close to home. Our experience has been flawless purchasing a 2021 Ford Explorer. He has great support from his GM- and he has truly gone above and beyond for our car buying experience. We will absolutely purchase from him again. If you want a GREAT car buying experience- I cannot recommend him enough!
