Somewhat in disbelief. Every aspect of what was supposed to be cleaned was not done well. On the outside, there was still plenty of dirty spots, dirt in the crevices, and the mirrors were left spotty. Inside, the floorboards were still wet, there was still plenty of dust and dirty spots all over, and I can clearly see where they didn't vacuum. In top of that, I can see two spots where they actually damaged my car. The plastic cover over a spot on the door is missing, and there is what looks like a burned part on the inside next to the handle? I don't even know where that would've come from. I'm really not the kind of person to complain, I know these people are just trying to make a living, but at the same time, this was my money wasted.

I get three vehicles detailed here regularly. Best place in town for a detail. Keith knows his stuff and won t leave your vehicle greasy and throwing tire shine on the new wax. Shout out to Anthony too for great customer service! Sheri is always working hard and very kind and courteous to customers.

Had nothing shy of a great experience here at Champion Car Wash. Brian did a phenomenal job with on my Tacoma. I got the level 2 detail and it s worth the extra few dollars to have the car looking great. He communicated well and did quick and quality work! I will definitely use their services again. This is an excellent place to get your cars washed. Very reasonable and they do a great job. We go there regularly to get our cars washed and they keep all of the vehicles at our business clean.

Got my Odyssey detailed yesterday! She looks good for a 2019! Great job Keith! Thank you Sheri for getting me rescheduled in a timely manner since I had to cancel when my mom moved in! And thank you Anthony for running a great business with great customer service!

I had the Ultimate Wash and paid $5 more for detail vacuuming. The results were subpar; they didn t wipe down the inside, bugs and spots all over outside, and horrible vacuum job. My fault I left without checking everything first. I had to clean the car myself. Money lost but it s the last time.

I had a very bad experience at Champion. They did not clean the inside of the vehicle at all. They gave my 4runner a quick vacuum and missed a lot of things. I had to ask them to go back and clean some of the windows they obviously did not clean. I was really disappointed in my experience.

I've been coming here for a long time. It's hit or miss when getting the car wash and inside cleaned. Today was a miss. I got the ultimate car wash thats over 20 bucks. Outside of truck looks great. Inside looks the same as when I brought it in.

I can't rave enough about my experience! Another detailer absolutely messed my black paint up with really bad swirl marks and caused hologram marks in the paint. I took it to Anthony and he far exceeded my expectations of fixing the damage that was done! I swear my SUV looks better now than when I bought it brand new. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! This picture does it no justice as to what it looks like in person.

Got my car detailed for $300 and it was not great. Found spots they missed. Didn t get all the stains out of the seats. Could of had someone come to the house for cheaper, take less time, and do a better job. Never again!

I normally clean my own car and go to Champion on the days I can t get to it. It s hit or miss regarding consistency on the wipe down after my vehicle comes out of the wash. Today my wheels weren t wiped and the space behind my door handles, on all 4 of them was overlooked. I didn t notice until later because I had to leave right after. Might not seem like a big deal to most but to me it is. The little things matter. This isn t the first time things have been missed, this is just the first time I ve written about it. Consistency is key in my book.Service: Full body wash

Paid $30 for an ultimate wash and I still had dirt and paper under my seat. Furthermore, I paid for the interior clean which was half done. I had to stop by a local store and buy products to finish cleaning my car. I understand that the car wash can be hectic when busy, but it s not fair to customers who pay to have a clean vehicle receive mediocre service.Services: Full body wash, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

My dashboard wasn't done on the passenger side, it wasn't vacuumed in the hatch back. The lady running the place told me that they are only responsible for the driver side of the car not the entire car. I will never use them again. Took my slightly used 2015 F150 for a detail at Champion and they did not disappoint. Brian worked a miracle with my truck as it was in need of some TLC. Came in for a re-wash/clean due to the fact that they did a terrible job on the previous one (last wash of the day); management and owner (who were both very apologetic and professional) provided a card for a free service. The re-wash/clean was no better than the first. Will not return and do not recommend.

I've avoided this place for a few years; used the detail show and they did a terrible job.We decided to try it again, its close and we were in a hurry. In short, we plan to use Champion Car Wash again in the future. Oddly, the $24 car wash we get on 26MAR was better than the detail job I got a few years ago and was a lot cheaper.The outside crew did a great job. Upon pulling up, we pointed out some road tar on the passenger's side, the gentlemen said he'd take care of it and its gone. The folks wiping down the car were very conscious on the rear window's damage, likely caused by dogs.Car looks great and we'll be back.Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

Bought the 20$ package. Might as well had gotten a 5$ wash at gas station. Average to below average. Workers were nice, but that was about it.

Anthony and Chuck are wonderful to work with. My mother passed away a few months ago, and we had to prep her car for sale. The detail & clean job was perfect - looked like a new car!Both Anthony and Chuck were very professional and friendly, and I greatly appreciate all of their help and assistance. They did a fantastic job on my car this morning! I was at the car wash under half an hour and it almost looks like it was professionally detailed. A gentleman who appears to have been the owner was personally thanking everyone for coming. The woman at the register was friendly and attentive. The prices are very reasonable. I was treated to free coffee. There's another car wash nearby that isn't as good but seems to get more business simply because of its location.

Great place for a quick wash, I took our mini van in for some love. The crumbs and debris unleashed by 3 toddlers was no match for Champion Car Wash. For an additional $1.00, yep only a buck, they even took all my rubber mats out and washed them down. If your a looking for a detailed clean you may want to opt for scheduling an appointment with their onsite detail center.

I went in randomly because I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone, turned out the shop was actually closed for upgrades but they wound up letting me still book an appointment for when they opened back up. The day of my appointment, I got a text and call from Chuck saying that his earlier appointment had canceled and asked if I could come in earlier. I responded promptly and headed up there. Once I was there Chuck asked me about my concerns, a crock put of BBQ sauce had spilled on my seat a year ago, and though I thought I had gotten everything, it actually seeped under the seat and left a gooey mess that had been sitting there for about a year catching dog hair and other nasty stuff. Chuck assured me he would do what he could and I went in to wait. I waited about 3 hrs for my vehicle, I was told 2 but due to the circumstances of the BBQ sauce, it took a bit extra time. While waiting every one was very kind and the owner's (i think it was the owner) family came in (This was after closing) The owner and his wife were both very kind and seemed like they cared a lot about their business. My car was finally complete and I did need to do a few touch ups once I got home, but its understandable because... the BBQ sauce really was a nightmare. Only thing I would have liked to be done that wasn't would be a headliner cleaning. I just assumed it would be part of the detail, and maybe it is if you asked but unfortunately I didn't get that (Not a big deal, I just came home and cleaned it myself, like I said, i know everything else about my car was a lot of work)Overall, the shop was clean, the people were nice and the workers seem like they enjoy their jobs. My car was incredibly clean and smelled great. If you want something specific done, just ask! I am sure they'd be happy to help. I will definitely return to this detail shop again.

Outstanding customer service and top notch quality. This is the only place that details my vehicles. My families as well! Anthony and the fine folks over at champion will have your car looking brand new all over again.

Chuck took great care of me and my car this morning . I was his first appointment of the day (they open at 0830) , I showed 8 min early, he was already standing there with the doors to the shop open .I own the business next door and have watched Lamborghinis, McLaren, Porsche, Ferrari, and the list goes, come through Anthony's shop.Apparently with good reason.I have a relatively inexpensive car . But they keep her proud, and care for their customers . They have a great team

I paid 24$ for a wash and was disappointed. The outside was okay looking but inside was not done. They did not do my windows, door frames, or dashboard. That morning I got some soda splattered on my console, being the whole reason I went and it was not touched. I ended up going to auto zone to buy detailing wipes to redo my car after I had spent 45 minutes waiting for my original wash. Also, my mats were put back into my car completely wet.

The do an excellent job! I decided to.use them today over par3 which never cleans my car correctly and I will only use champion for all my cars. Their attention to detail was noticable and the guys wiping your car down work very hard! Plus it's cheaper than par3 so it's a win win. I can't wait to set up a full detail.

It s the BEST place for a car wash, detailing and more, in my humble opinion!!!Anthony, the owner is accommodating and pleasant, Keith, details a vehicle like no other andMs. Sherry is the oil that keeps them all running and on their toes! Love her to bits!!! Knows all her customers by name, keeps the boys on their toes and is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
