I m new to the area and needed what I would see as a substantial amount of service. Gary & Blacks Tire came highly recommended and did not disappoint.I actually waited for my vehicle to be complete and worked in the waiting room. In doing this I was able to observe hours of quality interaction and satisfied customers. The overall energy was right in the business.I now have a Go-To in Southern Pines for all my needs! Thank you!

As usual the guys down at BTA came through with the W. Needed to get rear brakes done they were swamped but they squeezed me in and had me out the door and about 2 hours. Job well done. Thanks to you all. From inspections all the way up to major work I trust them to do it all.

I had 5 tires put on my jeep. I thought it it was going to take a couple hours. To my surprise, They were done in 1 hour! Alignment and all!Fast and friendly service is always appreciated. They were top notch and to the point. I'm very happy with the service that was provided and totally recommend the Southern Pines location!

Blacks Tire did excellent diagnostics and repairs at reasonable prices. They even recommended a great auto shop to do the welding which they could not do. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Tony and his team took amazing care of me and my vehicle! He found the needed tires quickly (they are a hard to find size) and had the shop ready to install them the very next day. Everyone was quick, professional and did an amazing job. Blacks Tires in Aberdeen, NC will be getting all of our business and many referrals from us.

Went into Blacks in Southern Pines for tires and ended up also getting front brakes too. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The entire crew there are friendly, helpful, but most importantly honest. They saved me money on something I asked about, being honest enough to tell me the service wasn't necessary when a lot of places would have gladly taken the revenue. Will be going back in the future...

It is important for businesses to know their clients. Tony always knows my name and attends to the needs of my car. They noticed a broken wiper today as it was pouring rain and also changed the air filter inside my car. I am very happy with their service.

In addition to the below, I recently had them do some suspension work on my newest car. Pictures below. Eric did a great job as usual. This is the only place I trust for dependable, professional service!Love Black's Tire! I've been taking cars to them for general service, tires, oil changes, etc. for many, many years. I recently had them install tires on new rims I purchased for two different cars. As always, they delivered. Aftermarket rims are expensive, and the last thing you want to do is damage them when putting tires on. No issues here! They take their time to make sure the job is done right. Wheels are always balanced correctly and alignment done perfectly afterwards. Van at the front desk has always been a pleasure to work with. The guys in the shop are great, Tony running the floor, Matt, T, Rob, Eric and a couple more working in the back, doing great work as always. They are particularly patient with me and always allow me to inspect their work, as I am very meticulous when it comes to my cars. I've always referred my friends and family to them and will continue to do so! Keep up the great work guys and as always, thanks for taking care of me!

Exceptional customer service! They set me up with a good set of tires for my truck at the most competitive price in town. While I was waiting I observed them provide caring service to two senior customers. They patiently answered all of their questions and addressed all of their concerns. I will use them exclusively for tires and other automotive services in the future.

Amazing people work here. I will always give them a great review for tire and automotive work! I honestly couldn t tell you home many companies I called asking for an estimate on a tune up on my car and they all said what s that until I came into blacks and all I said was all thank god you know what that is 100% they have a return customer out of me!

This is the place to go!Watching how they interact and do business with their customers, you can tell Black's automotive cares about their reputation. I went here after having several bad experiences with Thomas tires down the street, and Black's not only corrected Thomas automotive faulty work but ensured I understood the incompetency and what they did to fix it. gave me a deal on purchase as well. 12 stars, would highly recommend.

1call to learn that Blacks Tire could evaluate my flat tire. Took the tire in & got a call with options. Picked an option & got a call have the new tire on the car. Easy as , 2, 3. Very satisfying

I'm from out of state, had an unrepairable tire failure, there was confusion and finger pointing on the part of my tire warranty service. Tony Akridge offered that he would provide the replacement tire at cost, versus working through the warranty confusion. He ordered the replacement, and I'm back on the path to drive home on the new tire. Very satisfied with the Services provided!

I went to Black s Tire and Auto Service based off the reviews that I read about their services I needed an alignment really bad so I decided to give them an try I glad I did they were able to fit me in last minute!!! The staff is super friendly and helpful!! They explained to me what was done and I left feeling confident that they did a great job!! I think I found my new Auto Service Shop bc I will most definitely be going back..I highly recommend 10/10!! Great CX service and very reasonable prices!!

Great service today (3-1-24). This was actually my first time there today (because I was avoiding another local place where I did not get good service at all), and a friend recommended Black's. I brought my RAM 1500 truck in for new noise coming from the brakes. They got me in, (no appt mind you), diagnosed the problem, called me to let me know what was going on within the hour and got it all fixed in just a couple of hours (back on the road by noon). Work that was done was brakes both front and back, brake calipers, and 4 new tires with alignment. That type of service is nearly unheard of these days, and they did it with a smile and genuine good nature. No attempted upsell, no "we found this and that". This place is just one the the nicest and most professional places in the area for auto service, and the price was very reasonable given what I had done. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend this place to anyone, no doubt.

I popped in after work hoping to get a state inspection before they closed for the day. Everyone was so kind and though they were busy, they fit me in! Such a great experience for a pain in the butt errand. Thanks guys!!

Would give 0 stars if I could they failed my inspection because my back tires were AT bar. Not below bar, at bar. Then they tried to take me back and I read the inspection sheet and it said if it is below bar then it is a fail he measured the pressure in front of me and it was all around at bar. Then he tried to say it was because it was a smooth surface in one or more areas which it was not nor would it matter if the tire is at bar. Took it to jiffy lube and it passed same day. These people are ignorant save your time and money and go somewhere else. Oh not to mention they tried to sell me ONE tire for almost $160. Went to Walmart and bought two the next day for the same price. This place sucks!

Up until 2 weeks ago, I was going to leave a bad review. Had tires just under 2 years old I bought from them that ende up with dry rot around the rim area. Was dealing with Toni (the manager at the time) since October and was just given the run around for months. Fortunately, new management came in and was resolved instantly! Thank you, Vann for such great service.

I am from raleigh but visit my family frequently in Aberdeen. I always come here for my oil change and inspections while I m here so the loyalty is there due to the amazing service and the trust they have earned. They are professional fair and trust worthy I witness a worker and a customer arguing about an inspection they had to fail. while being yelled at the worker remained respectful, only explained what was relevant in a professional manner, allowed the customer to watch the inspection and explained why the inspection failed. all while being in a tough spot between following the law and an angry customer. The employee had to do his job and explained he can t pass all cars and have to obey the law, and they left threatening to file a report. I felt like I had to make clear that he did nothing morally wrong from what I witnessed and handle the situation as professionally as he can they are honest, fair, kind and as a young female driver they have never tried to take advantage of my wallet and only took care of my car needs for over 3 years. And will continue being their regular customer.

I have been going to Black's Tire for years. They have always been considerably lower than The car dealer on price. They will give a competitive estimate and they will stick to or better the price in some cases. They are very trustworthy and do the work in a neat and timely basis.

I had a tire blowout on my camper traveling alone with my two year old. Black s Tire could not have been more helpful and quick. They made a very stressful situation completely low key. Everyone was so nice and they even had toys inside to help pass the time while they replaced all of my tires. Highly recommend!

They were very professional, reasonably priced, and did exactly what they said they would do. They didn t try to add on stuff or cheat you like a lot of places do. I will return to them any time I need vehicles repaired or tire s replaced.

Black's tire service where located is very covenant. I have used them everytime I needed help with my cars. The employees are very helpful and polite.If I have any problems with the store, it is the cost for the service and inventory. I was charged $35 for a flat tire repair. Elsewhere I was charged only $20.Tires, I was offered one price for a set of 4 with no other tires or price available. I guess I'll be shopping around if I need anything else for my cars!
